i’m not happy. i called about 10 minests before asking how much my full set was going to be and they said $25 and i said that sounds great. so i came in and told them i wanted coffin nails and they said that was good. then the man there was specking in his language and he kept saying “coffin nails” and laughing while looking at me. it made me a little uncomfortable bc i thought they were talking about me. then they were doing very good but it look very long about an hour and a half. when it was all don’t it looked really nice but they charged me 10$ extra which made me mad b/c they said it was only $25 and that’s what it also said on the sign when u walk in. i was not happy with my experience and i don’t think i will return again. My mom and I have been going there ever since they opened their salon, never had a problem! Vinny and Van (the owners) always greeted us and asked how we've been! I personally love when Vinny does my nails and so does my mom. I never had a problem with these people. I read some of the reviews and some are self explanatory. 1) people shouldn’t go to the salon 15 mins before they close and expect a not rushed job, I’m sure you guys would love to go to your family after work and don’t like when people go right before closing time. 2) they speak their native language because that is what they are comfortable with; I know since my families first language is Spanish. 3) not everyone or everywhere is perfect. I’m sure you are not. I love these people and I’m sure people will find flaws in everything. That’s life! You gotta work with what you have! And if you do like it, SPEAK UP instead of sitting through with it then complain on the reviews. If I saw something I didn’t want, I tell them right then and there and they fix it to how I please with no questions asked and they always turn out great. I have been going to Rose Nails since it opened many years ago. The service has been consistent and very good. The place is very clean. Van and Vinny the owners take great pride in their salon.  They are very attentive and professional and continue to be very nice people.  I go to the salon at least 2 times a month and I have Van do my mani and pedi. She does a great job every time. Once or twice in all these years I had to wait a little. However, sometimes if I have time and Van has time she lets me soak my feet a lot longer then usual. I can take that as I enjoy it and can relax for a while. I also let Van do my eyebrows and she does an excellent job. Love this place. Read Less

The man with the spikey hair does a horrible job and is very unpleasant. He is the owner. Its overly priced. Its 20 dollars extra just for gel on your hands The man..owner also would not take my gift card that was two weeks expired. They should of made an exception. Don't buy gift cards there. He was also nasty about it. I went with five girls and we spent over 200 dollars total. I was looking for a new place and this place was close to home. Wont be back there and either will the five girls that went with. They all thought it was wrong. We do not reccomend this place. Read Less

cost is very high. a new set of acrylics is $30. if you want a french manicure polish on those acrylics is a extra $20-or you can save yourself $15 and get airbrush french white tips and spend $5 for a gel clear coat. each time i've gone for the same service and paid different amounts each time. i have crummy nails and no manicure. all the while they speak to themselves in their native language. go somewhere else. I love this place, I have been coming here for years! The shop is very clean and sterile. The wait (if there is one) is always what they estimate. They keep to their appointments. The owners are awesome people, very talkative and helpful. The prices are no different from any other nail shop. I would recommend anyone to this nail salon. Read Less

I was a loyal customer of Tam for about 2 years now. Just had the worst service & I will not return. I was put in the chair for a pedicure, Tam started my pedicure, another customer comes in & she leaves me sitting in the chair for a half hour to do the other customers manicure! Massage chair turned off & my water was now cold, Tam returned to finish my pedicure & gave me a $25 12 minute pedicure. 12 minutes! After waiting a half hour for her to start & complete someone else's manicure in the middle of my pedicure!!!! She then told me to go sit in her chair for my pink & white refill & I told her no & I won't be back after my ignorant service. Both the owners came over & tried to argue with me to stay I was not interested in an argument they had already lost my service. After spending About $80 every 2-3 weeks & sending them multiple new customers I feel like at the very least I should have an uninterrupted service. Read Less

Well first of all when I first entered, the man was on his phone instead of helping us right away. I also felt very rushed while I was trying to pick out a color. Then when I sat down for my manicure, the technician rushed and was very messy. She eventually cleaned it up but there was still a bit on my skin. And when I told her to cut my nails short and round because I play violin and I needed them out of my way, she only filed them down and I had to asker her twice to shorten them. Then once my sister and I sat down to dry, she showed me her toes and I just saw lines of white and sparkles in no particular fashion. Other times this place has been ok but not this time. Read Less

Awful! They cut my skin on almost ever finger! I said don't cut my nails too short and they did, I said I don't want thick gel and they are. They gave me short stubby thick nails. Can't wait til they grow so I can find a better place. Do not go here!!!! Read Less

The pedicure I got looks fine. The service wasn't great though. My technician refused to speak and just tapped my feet and pointed where she wanted them to go. She did the same when she was finished with my pedicure. I was very unimpressed with the communication and service. Read Less

Came in this salon about a week ago due to being in the area. Was rushed through my pedi. Asked for a design on my toe and she told me flat out no. I said no she said no. And she hurt me cause she was rushing. I will not be returning here. If you want a great pedi go to natural nail bar. They are great. Read Less

My mom and I went her two days ago. Called before hand to see if it was busy and they said come in. They rushed through our pedicures and my mom asked for tips put on her finger nails and the lady told her no. They also said we were both done with the hand/foot dryer but left with nails still wet. If i could leave 0 stars i wouldI went in for an acrylic removal which they denied because "they looked new".When i asked them if they could at least fix the shape, and even showed them a picture, they did not shape the nails remotely how i liked.It was addressed to the nail tech multiple times. Lastly they painted my nails so thick they looked like giant blobs. I was overcharged without an explanation when i asked to speak to the manager she argued with me and told me i was just a child and did not know what i wanted, i'm 20 years old. Worst experience i've ever had, left nearly in tears.I got them fixed 20 minutes later at signature spa in Oxford valley mall, terrific work. Read Less

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Giving this one star is EXTREMELY generous!  The technician was rude and reprimanding for not coming in sooner.  She used a razor on my feet (without asking)-while my head was down in a book.  I have FOUR deep gashes (which bled).  She made no apologies.  I was in a rush, and didn't realize the extent of the gashes until I got out of my car and walked.  Three days later and my feet still hurt!!! The technician didn't even bother to carry my shoes or bag to the dryers or bother to turn the dryers on.  NEVER AGAIN!!!!! Read Less
