I went to Annie's for the first time a couple of weeks ago because they are one of the few places near me that can do chrome nails, which I really wanted to try. I love my usual nail place (Young Nails in Morrisville) and consider myself loyal to them, but for whatever reason, they don't do chrome or fancy designs. I absolutely loved the chrome nails and the technician, Tea (sp?) at Annie's and will be going back to them whenever I'm in the mood for chrome gel nails. However, was very disappointed with the pedicure technician -- she didn't seem to understand at all how to give a comfortable and relaxing massage -- she kept slapping my legs, really weird technique to say the least. They also don't give a nice back and neck massage with the manicures like Young Nails does. So for pedicures and regular gel manicures, I will be staying with Young Nails but for the occasional chrome or fancy nail set, I will go to Annie's until Young Nails finally figures out how to do chrome nails. Went here because of a rec. Pretty bad experience. The nail polish is old, the employees don't care about doing a good job and are pretty rude. My nails looked like they dried fine but ended up ruined 2 hours later bc they hadn't dried completely. They also try so hard to push gel nails. Never going back Read Less

STAY AWAY FROM THIS NAIL SALON. I visited Annie's Nails in Fairless Hills yesterday, and it was my first time getting a manicure and pedicure there. During the mani pedi, the man who was doing my nails was very rude the entire time (literally scoffing when he found a callus on my foot--if I didn't have calluses, why would I need a pedicure?) and applied extremely thick and bubbly layers of polish. 6 hours after the fact it still was not dry, and I could not touch ANYTHING without it getting nicked or messed up. By the next day, the entire mani pedi was destroyed, and right now, over 12 hours later, it is still not dry because of how much polish was put on.This morning I went back, and tried to tell them what had happened and asked for my money back. They told me it was not their policy to issue refunds and that they were too busy to repaint them. The workers repeatedly talked over me, telling me that the manager wasn't there, and then laughed in my face and walked to the back. I then called the manager, who talked to me with the same arrogance and disregard.I have had my nails done at a number of salons in LMT and have always had great experiences. I have never been treated so rudely by any establishment in LMT and am honestly just dumbfounded. Please, if you're looking for your July 4th mani pedi, go see one of the other amazing establishments in LMT that has more respect for their own work and customers. Read Less

Terrible! They left the water running for my pedicure and it overflowed! Then when I was getting my nails painted she stepped on my still wet toenail and ruined it and didn't offer to repaint it! The gel on my fingernails is so thick and bumpy it's ridiculous! And I still tiped the woman because I felt bad but I will never ever go there again! No stars! Read Less

I only go to Lana but I've heard the others are good as well. I can't say enough about Lana, she's amazing!! I am so picky with my nails and designs and she is the first person I've found who gets it right every time. She's quick too which is a plus. Her acrylic nails last 4 weeks and still look good. I used to come here all the time. I came in tonight with my friend to get our nails done as a fun thing to do and we waited forever because they are really busy. Which is fine. That's understandable. What's NOT UNDERSTANDABLE OR ACCEPTABLE is to make it back to a table and as my friend gets Her nails done, I'm STILL WAITING while they take other customers who came in well AFTER we did. The first time I went here was to meet a friend the day before her wedding that I was in. She got crazy cool nails with gems and 3D designs on all fingers. I had never had the gems before so I decided to try it -told her to just do whatever, but nothing over the top. I did have an idea of the design I wanted so she did the gems to fit with that. My nails looked amazing! Way better than the picture! It's been weeks and I don't even want to have them redone because I love the way they look right now!About 10 days after having them done I jammed my finger and the nail snapped. I was so upset that I ran straight up there. They fixed it right away with a fake nail (so it would match the length of the natural ones) and redid the design - she charged me $3 for this which I thought was great.My regular salon recently closed so as long as I don't encounter the rudeness mentioned in the other reviews I will be sticking with Annie's. First Time Left a BAD IMPRESSION: We went to the Sports Clips next door and asked if they knew of a good nail salon for my spouse and I to get a pedicure. We were told to see Lana. We went in and Lana (first station) granted us. Within a few minutes, my spouse was directed back to a lady on the third row back, by the wall. Shortly there after, I was directed to sit at the station next to where my spouse sitting. I waited, and waiting, and after 3-5 minutes, an older lady came up and asked if I wanted a manicure. I said yes, She asked if I wanted a pedicure. I said no. She asked again. I said no again. She asked I were sure. I and I said yes...I only want a manicure. She grabbed my hand and started cutting.....'without soaking my hands first....quite strange as I have had manicures twice a month for the past five years and this is the first time my hands were not soaked first'. I told her I wanted my nails to be cut short and buffed...a gentleman's cut. The nail salon lady was very aggressive with the cutting and did not give me the relaxing feeling. She asked if I wanted my eyebrows wax. I said no. (I really did not want her to do my eye brows if she was giving me a "WHAM BAM THANK YOU MAM" nail service. She asked me if I were sure. I said 'no thank you'. Needless to say, this was a very bad experience and my spouse said the service he received was not up to par. Yes, we are a gay married couple but we also expect good quality service as I know anyone would expect. Good service = repetitive visits. We went to pay for the services and I stated that this was not the best service I have ever received. My spouse stated the same. Lana was sitting close by at this time. There was no attempt to want to save us as a patron. If I were to revisit this place, I would only go to Lana but the problem would be with her availability as many others request her too. I would have to agree with Caitlin on this that Lana was very sweet but the others were less friendly in comparison to Lana. I would have to agree with TheKatNip....the whites of our nails are uneven and the clipping was terrible. Today is Sunday but I will be going in on Monday or Tuesday to show Lana the type of work the ladies did on my nails. I will let her know that I wrote on the page. Don't come here if you want a pedicure! I went for a mani-pedi all french. Almost all of the white is uneven and messy and there is still so much dead skin on my feet it is like they didn't even try. :( I have been other places and never left with results like this. If you are looking for a new spot...THIS IS NOT IT. Save your money and go somewhere else. Read Less
