I love this place! I've been going here for a couple of years. The owner does get busy, but I schedule my busy for a time that is not too hectic. On the rare occasion it may take a while, but well worth it as Linn has always done an expert job on me, and her prices are the best around. Worst place I've ever gone to. I called serveral times go book an appointment and finally talk to someone on the 13th call. When I got to my appointment she was doing two customers nails and mine at the same time. She didn't cut my cuticles back and she made my cuticle bleed, it hurt alot. She proceeded to keep telling me to wait when I told her something was wrong. When I was done the nails were way too thick, glued to my skin, bleeding, and too long. I heard good reviews and drove 45 min that I greatly regret. I have never written a review before but I urge people to not waste time and money with this place. Read Less
