Not good at all. My mom, sister, and I made an appointment for a pedicure and arrived on time. They took all three of us back and started on my mom and sister, while I waited a good 45 minutes with my feet soaking in the water(which had turned cold at this point). Then, after soaking my feet for that long, the lady notified me that the color I chose would cost $3 extra?? I asked her if she could pick out a color close to the shade I already had since my feet were already wet. She told me I could go pick the color myself(WHILE MY FEET WERE ALREADY SOAKING). So I had to walk across the store with bare, wet feet; gross. I finally got a nice man who did my pedicure. All three of our pedicures were rushed and the results were not good. It wouldn’t make me mad if there were actually a lot of people there but they rushed our pedicures just so they could play on their phones. Crooked and poorly painted toenails. Try somewhere else.

They were able to fit me in on short notice and were nice. However, the staff ignored me when I came in and needed help. I knocked over their infuser (I am a class A clutz) and just needed a towel. More importantly, my nails aren't done well. I had a refill for a full acrylic set. They are crooked, thick and uneven. I will not be going back unless it's just for a manicure.

First off, it took 2 and a half hours to get my nails done just for the nails to get destroyed by the atm I had to use to pull out cash since they don't accept anything other than cash tips and fail to mention it ahead of time. They would stop what they were doing with one customers nails (no not even waiting for paint to dry) to go do a whole pedicure on someone else. They do not use clean/and or new tools nor do they appear to have a cleansing system for those tools. The old Altoid tins they keep very used files and blades in with old nail clippings and dust is not a comforting image. As soon as I said I did not want gel the man instantly asked me to pay before the service was done and they did not ask this of anyone else. Very offensive honestly. They were backed up, which is normal but did not mean I should have to have my nails aggressively filed or the sides of my nails pushed in with the techs finger nails instead of proper tools. Biggest waste of 50 dollars. Being rushed, and being made to feel like a burden instead of a customer because I needed to find a new nail color since this location does not do a single thing decal wise and has limited colors that more people would want than not. Getting attitude until all was said and done and I gave my normal nail tip. Wishing my experience was better and that I did not have to try to find the time this week to go get these re done and pay even more somewhere else. Avoid this place.

I did an pedicure and a acrylic fill. The pedicure was fine. However, I was not asked what I wanted done, so none of the herbs or salts were used which could have upsold the pedicure, but the young lady did a nice job. The manicure, not so much. He was either the manager or the owner, and asked me about the length....I said do NOT shorten. Next thing I know I am looking at stubs. They look very fat and stubby. He used too much acrylic and they look horrible. I was going to get my brows waxed while I was there....changed my mind about that after my nails.

They are the worst I've went there like 3 times and all three times they've rushed to finish just because they were about to leave I ask for a coffin shape and end up with a square shape any design I ask for they apparently don't have I went with my friend for the first time saying it was a great place and we left and she said "we are never coming back here" yes we might not be all that old but doesn't mean we don't pay for what we get done my mom as well went there and she came back unsatisfied it's not worth the money tbh

DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT go here!!! Rushed through my acrylics, sliced underneath my nail, final product was absolutely horrible. Clumpy, spotty, and polish on my skin. When I went back to ask if they could fix them, he said he would only fix my thumb nail. Instead of changing the actual nail, he placed the acrylic paste on top. Then instead of removing my polish to change the color, he wanted to paint directly overtop of what was previously there. Long story short, not worth the hassle, or $70 you'll end up spending after going elsewhere to have them redone.Not even worth one star.

Best nail salon in Exton!! Han and his wife run a great business. The salon is kept very clean and updated. They have tons of color sections of regular Polish and gel. They are priced very reasonable and the quality is excellent. The pedicure massaging chairs are the best and so relaxing.

I did not have the best experience at this nail salon only because the person that did my gel manicure and pedicure was a young boy in training. The woman who was in charge of the salon kept coming over and checking on him to see if everything was alright. The results were not that good but I didnt have the heart to speak up because I knew the boy was trying his best. They were very friendly and I dont think my experience should reflect on the whole salon. I just wish I got a discount or something!! (Keep in mind though this happened over a year ago so maybe he is up to speed now)

In search and desperate need of a new Nail Salon...A employee at the tanning salon I go to recommended this nail salon. Needless to say, I am so glad she did!They did an outstanding job. THE BEST manicure/gel manicure I have received in my 25 years of living and 10 years of getting my nails done. This salon will be the only one I go to from now on. Super friendly, clean & great service!

This salon is the BEST in Exton! It is super clean, the nail techs are talented, and the prices are unbeatable. I won't go anywhere else.

i was at TCBY for some frozen yogurt when i discovered this place. I was in need of a pedicure so i decided to give it a try and i love it! The worker was really friendly and she gave me the best pedicure ever! it was so relaxing when she was giving me a foot massage while i enjoy my frozen yogurt. Not only she gave me a good massage but they even have hot towels for my feet! that was the best $25 i ever spent!

I have recently tried Kreative Nails and Spa in Exton because of its location. I was in the area and decided to just walk in for a pedicure. The salon is clean and attractive. The ladies that work there are very attentive and careful to meet your every need. I had a very relaxing, affordable pedicure with no wait time. I will be back!

Not good at all. My mom, sister, and I made an appointment for a pedicure and arrived on time. They took all three of us back and started on my mom and sister, while I waited a good 45 minutes with my feet soaking in the water(which had turned cold at this point). However, I was not asked what I wanted done, so none of the herbs or salts were used which could have upsold the pedicure, but the young lady did a nice job. The manicure, not so much. I did not have the best experience at this nail salon only because the person that did my gel manicure and pedicure was a young boy in training. The woman who was in charge of the salon kept coming over and checking on him to see if everything was alright. The results were not that good but I didnt have the heart to speak up because I knew the boy was trying his best. They were very friendly and I dont think my experience should reflect on the whole salon. I just wish I got a discount or something!! (Keep in mind though this happened over a year ago so maybe he is up to speed now)

The worker was really friendly and she gave me the best pedicure ever! it was so relaxing when she was giving me a foot massage while i enjoy my frozen yogurt. I have recently tried Kreative Nails and Spa in Exton because of its location. I was in the area and decided to just walk in for a pedicure. The salon is clean and attractive. The ladies that work there are very attentive and careful to meet your every need. I had a very relaxing, affordable pedicure with no wait time. I will be back!
