Fantastic time! My hubby and I went to Happy Nails for pedicures as couple time. We were immediately sat, each given a bottle of water, and had a great time. I want to start off by saying that all of the employees were very sweet and inviting and it is a pretty salon. I went here for the first time on Friday and asked for a simple manicure. A very coarse nail file was used to file down the top layer of my nails and then they were soaked. I think the nail polish was old bc it seemed to clump a little on the corners, otherwise they looked ok. By Saturday night the corners were all chipping. I worked Sunday and looked down and chunks of polish were missing. It was just peeling off. My nails are extremely thin and bending from being filed down. I was incredibly disappointed. Read Less

Take my Grandaughter to get her nails and Eyebrows done. I found a relaxing environment and a friendly & helpful staff. It was a nice visit and the done a great job. The only gripe I had was with the young lady in the front that took you in. Dont get me wrong she was very nice but when I started looking at the herbs in the containers on the herbal spa shelf she was like miss can you please not touch those. I said are they not for sale? She replied no. I said well why are they here. She said for the herbal spa. I am like what. Where are the prices for that I dont see them on the menu board. She handed me a pamplet which I sat down & reviewed. First of all why in the world do they have them on the front on display if you are not supposed to touch or smell them. Second if I was going to get something with the herbal spa how would I know what I wanted if I didn't smell the product first. If I wanted to get something and I could not smell the product then they would have lost a sale. When I asked about this orange hand scrub the others were more than helpful and told me yes they sell it. I could order it and just come in and pick it up. I enjoyed the environment and the place and people were very nice. I was crowded and it appears it is very popular among the young and older crowd. I would definitely recommend the place. Every time I go to this salon they charge me a different price for the same service. Every time it's a new person at the front desk that just likes to take advantage and charge an extra five dollars whenever they can. And when you ask why they say oh we have been doing this for three years. When in reality I was just there three weeks ago and that was not the case. Also, I paid an extra $5 on top of them cutting me on 3 different fingers.Horrible customer service. Sloppy and rushing to get the next customer in at the expense of your hands. I loved how my nails turned out. The girls did an amazing job & were very kind. They dipped my nails & put mood changing colors on them. Turned out awesome, however getting to that point was a very unpleasant experience. They remedied the situation with the rude guy that works there. Unfortunately there is a guy that works there who had bloodshot eyes, was sniffling the whole time who was going to put acrylics on my nails. I asked for them to be a little pointy, not too long & thin. He said they will break if he does that & my nails are too wide to make them skinny. WTF?? I asked if he could do the marble look as well, he said no. Also I was getting a pedicure & he walked over & wanted to start sticking tips on. I said, my nails need to be trimmed first, there's dirt underneath, can u do that first?? He didn't like that & said no there's not & they don't need trimming. Ugh, then he walks over to the other girls that work there & starts talking in a different language about me!!! That was extremely unprofessional. At that point I said I'll go somewhere else. I can count with my (polished) fingers the number of times I've had my nails done professionally. Saturday, August 19 2017 was the date when I had the best experience of my life! I noticed immediately how wonderful it smelled in the salon (floral, pleasant). Secondly, I noticed the color of the walls - a lovely orange - that just lit up the room. The lovely staff lit up the room to the fullest with their wonderful service and good attitude. Here was the cherry on top: due to unusually hasty planning, my girlfriend and I had 10 min (after getting our feet pampered) to get our pedicure (after having a great manicure experience). I can't say enough good things about Happy Nails! Almost every nail tech that has done my nails there is patient and pays close attention to detail. For the past two years since I moved to this area, I have been looking for a nail spa, I can now stop my search! I came here for the first time yesterday.  There was no waiting time, which surprised me as they were so busy.  **Points earned**I was greeted by Lin (sp?) who was very nice and  welcoming.  **more point earned**. She took me to her work station and noticed the tub liner which I have never seen before. **additional points**.Her service was exceptional!! I pointed out an ingrown nail and she did a super job working on it, which has relieved the pain I was feeling. Also, She along with her colleagues helped me decide on a nail polish color as I was undecided and she added a bit of pizzazz (see picture). I definitely will be coming back,  and if I can get Lin as my nail professional! One last thing, they give you a bottled water at the beginning of their service. Great customer service all around!! Went here because my normal place I got to my lady was not in and I need to get my nails fixed. I asked for a pink and white ombré and had about 6 different people come over and try and figure out what I meant. I paid $50 and it looked awful, they had no idea what I was asking for. I asked for just a gel polish and I didn't get any of my money back even though I was unhappy. After I got them repainted they looked alright but definitely not great. Read Less

I have been going to Happy Nails for a few weeks now. The first few times I loved it. The ladies and Jake or Jake did a nice job, it was clean and the gel stayed on! This past time a different guy did my nails. He was quiet and took forever!! I was there for an hour and a half just for a gel mani. He didn't do a very good job and only put one top coat on, hopefully they don't lift. I will continue to go back but won't let him do my nails again. Read Less

Love this place! The staff is professional, super nice, and really take good care of your hands/nails. They have a million colors to choose from and can do custom nail designs if you show them inspiration pictures of what you want. Was very disappointed in my first experience here. As a Saturday walk-in, I was very pleased to pick out my color and be tended to right away. However, instead of being sat at a manicure table I was instead sent to a stand- up counter top where what seemed like a very young and inexperienced girl proceeded to chip away at my gel nailpolish. She dug so hard into my pinky that it is now infected. Originally, I wanted a gel manicure, but after seeing how she did with removing the old gel nailpolish, I asked to skip the gel and just do regular nailpolish instead. I went with a yellow-gold color for spring. The nail technician applied two coats, then messed up on a few nails and ended up starting over again. The entire process took almost 2 hours and by then I just couldn't wait to get out of there. The end product looked horrible and between appearance and my now infected pinky, I am taking the 2-day nailpolish off. While I am glad to see many have had good experiences here, mine was terrible and I have no reason to return nor would I recommend this location. Read Less

Went in a day ago, place very busy. I did get a nice gel manicure, but the women Cindy keep talking to fellow co workers in another language. Awkward and not very friendly. I felt like I had to keep up the conversation. My 2 girls had mani/pedi, and my daughters friend informed after we left, that her polish was all over her fingers and they really didn't do a great job on her feet. It was expensive, total $115 plus tips. We had been there before and they were really great. I've been here several times and have never been disappointed. Their price point is slightly higher than other salons but I feel that their work is worth the extra. I always get exactly what I ask for here. The girl I had this time (Lala I believe) listened to exactly what I wanted, a full set that was short and round and natural looking. They look so natural that the lady who rang me up thought I just had a gel mani on my real nails. Thy have a great selection of gel polish as well and I can always find the perfect color. I also got my eyebrows waxed for I believe the second time here and was very happy as well. The lady who waxed me looked them over and told me they just needed cleaned up which was exactly what I wanted as well. She cleaned them up and didn't alter the shape. Read Less

I'm trying out salons as I'm new to the area. I went looking for a regular pedicure. They had 12 chairs with 11 of them open so I was able to be seen immediately as a walk-in. There were about 6 women having manicures so the place wasn't empty. The salon had a good selection of polish colors. The pedicure was pretty thorough for no "upgrades."  I wish I was able to see the instrument sanitizer as they are in the back room (I hope!).  Otherwise a clean environment.
