I went to get my nails done and the nail tech had no idea what he was doing. His liquid to powder ratio was wrong, too much monomer. He filed my arches out and when i told him about it he proceeded to yell at me. When I told him that i wanted them fixed and to look nice, he tried to convince me that he couldn't fix them since he already filed them i corrected him again and said how acrylic will stick to acrylic and that he can fix them. He then threatened to call the cops when i said i wouldn't pay more for him to fix what should have been done right the first time. He then proceeded to take the file and cut into my skin around my nails to the point where they were bleeding all because i had to correct him. At which point i stopped the appointment, proceeded to tell him I will go home and fix them myself and left. I can't speak on the other techs work but i can on their character. When this happened they did come over and try to tell me I was wrong and proceeded to agree with other tech. As someone who does nails and has her nails done I would highly recommend not coming to this salon and if it was possible I would have given them 0 stars instead what i did. Read Less

It is cheap...that's the good news. The bad news is that they seem to have no idea what they are doing. I went in to have gel nail polish removed since I am going to the mountains next week. I actually had to submerge all of my fingertips in bowls of acetone. She actually tried to use some kind of a grinder, at first. This place was absolutely terrible. A monkey could have done a better job. I wish I could give it negative stars. I took them a picture of one thing and got a completely different thing (pics below) all of my nails are different shapes and sizes. My friends nail also chipped and broke not even a day later.
