I was there wirh 3 friends for my birthday, had a facial by Annette, it was amazing, my skin feels and looks great! We sat by the fire with our robes for 3 hours after our service, brought wine and food, the staff was very attentive and provided place settings and lemon/cucumber water to rehydrate. What a great experience it was from orchestrating the food pick up and spa services for everyone through Emilie to Giana who was our superb hostess. I thought I finally get the right salon. I really loved the place and the atmosphere. However I hated my hair, I want it all to be one color and instead I end up with light roots and dark end. I went to get it fixed they said I have to pay 70 dollars for color remover on top the 100 something I already paid. I think I'll be back to jcpenny after all. Make sure befor you go to ask if they are able to get it all the one color or at lease what u want and what you should pay extra if I didn't went well. Read Less

I recenetly visited Panache salon for a pedicure, lash lift and eyelash tinting and the entire experience was incredible. The staff was so nice and the salon was so clean and elegantly decorated. I had the pleasure of having Jennifer do my pedicure and she did a phenomenal job. Aside from the relaxing foot massage and paraffin treatment that left my skin so smooth, they offer an awesome selection of quick drying nail polishes. It was great to not have to worry about smudging ...or messing up my toes. It was completely dry in about 3 minutes after being applied. After my pedicure I had my lash lift and tint done by Alex. She was so friendly and since this was my first time getting this done she made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Called in several times to make an appointment. Finally got someone and when they went to check on an available time for me I was redirected to another girl and had to give my information again. I've never been here before and I received a gift card to get my hair colored from a family member.. To drive in twice, once for a consultation and second for the actual appointment, is very inconvienent and now I'm stuck with a gift card for a salon I really don't want to go to...I just had a baby and it wouldn't been nice to get this done and not waste gas driving in two separate times! I was told my color(for one simple all over color)was going to be almost $200. That's crazy! Read Less

Terrible experience. The actual place is beautiful, but I asked for red hair and they let me leave with brown, wet hair. Even had to pay even though I'm super upset. None of the staff agreed that my hair was the wrong color, and most of them just told me to wash it out... as if washing brown hair will some how make your hair red. I wanted a vibrant copper red and they gave me an ashy mahogany brown... strange. I do not recommend this place!! Read Less

I have never been more disappointed with a salon. Their customer service terrible and I will never be going back. I went because I bought a "spanache" package where I paid for 6 facials in advanced. It was managed so poorly, every time I got my facial, I spent over 15 minutes proving to them that I had already paid for this in advance because their computer system never had it correct. The very last one that I had scheduled was a week after the 6 month period that I paid for and although they always scheduled the appointments for me and I asked to make sure it was covered, I got the facial and they made me pay for the facial because it was a week after my package expired which no one ever told me. When I talked to the manager, I was shaking with anger and she offered nothing in return for my dissatisfaction. I also bought a product from them and once I took it home realized it was over 6 months expired. So the next month when I returned the product, it was still on the shelf with the old expiration dates. And their products are not cheap!And my last complaint is when my friend had the bridal party there to get their hair done for the wedding. Our appointments were at various times in the morning and we all got there for the first appointment to hang out toegther. Only, we were not allowed to hang out with the bride getting her hair done because we had to hang out in a different section, completely ruining the point of us all being there at the same time. When I got my hair done, it was not only the most expensive updo I have ever gotten, but it was also the absolute worst. As I tell all my hairdressers, I need a lot of hairspray for my hair to stay. After my hair was done at Panache, I felt like she did not nearly put enough hairspray in so when I told her she did not put more in, instead the she told me that it was not moving the whole night. Unfortunately, she was wrong and my hair was flat before the wedding started. So completely disappointed and I have never felt so strongly about how terrible a business is.
