I usually go to b n b nails but today I didn't have n 1 1/2 hours to wait so I decided le nails is near my house and wasn't a long wait so I thought, (there were 2 people in pedicure chair and 1 getting painted) go in there sat down for about 5 mins they put me In a pedicure seat I sat there for 30 mins then finally someone came to help me very impersonal didn't say much spent about 25 mins on my feet when I get a pedicure I want all the dead skin gone cracks n smooth feeling feet n legs when I leave yea no, skin peeling looks like I didn't even have one dry no shine, she painted my skin on my feet looks like my 3 year old niece painted them like I said I was kind of in a hurry so i didn't have time to complain, so then I go over for the fill and I needed one fix I have white tip so I asked her to please make the one I needed fixed as short as she could to match well she must have no understood bcuz clearly ot looks different she painted 4 of my nails to match my toes my nails are bumpy and globs of paint pissing on nails and and some pieces of the nails had no acrylic on them I will say I will probly rip them off in a few days let my nails breath n start fresh I will NEVER go there again or recommend them to anyone, there is 1 nice girl there she seemed like she knows what she is doing but the other two fast n sloppy I wouldn't even go there if it was free.. completely pissed and a waste of money and time... I had an awful experience. From the very beginning. I walked in and felt like I was interrupting their day by needing my nails done. I must have been there first customer. I told the woman I wanted them round and light pink. She tried to talk me into getting a French tip and square but that isn't what I wanted. She then filed half of my nails square and I insisted she round them. They already looked awful. I picked my color and she painted them and they looked even worse. The polish was old and didn't sit nice on my nail. At this point I've been here for an hour and a half. I left to meet my lunch appointment and returned for her to repaint my nails. The second polish she used was also old. She offered to repaint them again but I did not have another half hour to waste. My nails look horribly shaped and terribly painted. I asked for a refund which was refused. I would spend the money I paid her just to have these removed and pay someone else to redo them. They are that bad. Don't waste your money.Read Less

My experience was awful. I am not a complainer when it comes to services like these, but I have to say - I will never come here again. When I first arrived, I was greeted and asked what I wanted. When I told her I just wanted a regular nail manicure, she nicely said to pick a color off the wall and head down to the end of the row of tables. It seemed promising. A woman in her late 20's, maybe early 30's was waiting for me. Well, not really, but she knew I was her next customer. She had a cold disposition and didn't even say hi to me. I could just see on her face she was not thrilled. She was just there to do a job and that's it. And I get that! I really do - but come on. We did not talk until she asked me if I was paying cash or credit card. Which I honestly did not understand her at first, so then she shouted it at me in front of everyone in the salon in which I could feel everyone turn and stare at us. I calmly responded, "credit card". When I go to a nail salon, no matter which one, I expect a nice mini pampering. That's why we do it, right? To kind of treat ourselves or get away from daily stresses for maybe just 30-60 minutes. This woman acted like the end of the world was drawing near and she went so fast. So fast in fact, that she cut me with the skin/cuticle trimmers pretty badly and I bled for the rest of the day. She didn't even apologize. She just tried to put some salve on it to temporarily stop the bleeding and just said "see - it stopped bleeding" ... I was just super disappointed. I did not tip - which I never not tip. I need to be really unhappy to do it. She didn't even make the effort - she was too busy listening to her ear bud from her phone and trying to ignore everyone else around her. I wonder if she was listening to some Rage Against the Machine or Korn to get her all jazzed up and that's why she was going fast. She might have been rocking out too hard! Read Less

I went here the other day for a fill and left incredibly disappointed. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. I didn't mind that the staff wasn't too talkative, but the woman who did my nails was doing them as if there was a 5 person wait behind me.. there was no one in the place (wonder why). She didn't get all the old nail polish off of my nails and I'm pretty sure there isn't a top coat on my nails lol. I would have asked her to fix all these things but I honestly wanted to get out as soon as i could. Last time I EVER spend my money here. GO SOMEWHERE,ANYWHERE ELSE. Read Less

Worst pedicure ever by the guy there in the last chair on the right ... Spa pedicure chairs are outdated and equipment/products are cheap... Guy rushed through my pedicure and I'm not sure if he didn't know what he was doing or jus did a bad job... I sat and let my toes dry while my sis got a gel polish manicure and my toes still smudged after all that waiting .. My sis hated her gel polish manicure because it was sloppy .. I was in a serious time crunch and needed tips in a hurry while on vacation in Erie earlier this month. I made an appointment over the phone an hour ahead of time (I'd say this made a difference otherwise you will probably wait just like every other nail salon I've ever been to) and I was taken care of within 5 minutes of arriving. I know the other reviewer said she made a reservation and had a different experience. Anyway, I got gel tips and I'll tell you these things are made of steel. I got French Gel Tips. I was having photos taken of my hands the next day and so was careful with them for the first 24 hours. After the photos, I didn't care anymore and have been beating my hands to hell as I usually do and they look almost just as perfect as they did two weeks ago. See photo I posted, it's of my hand with big silver ring in the general description, this was taken today after almost two weeks. There is only a little bit of separation under the edges, but they are growing out and I'm up for a fill but I'm taking them off tonight instead. I very much recommend this place, the nails were done beautifully and they lasted a long time. Read Less
