I was a walk in. I was seen immediately by John. He was so precise and gentle around my cuticle while doing my fill in. We discussed services and prices before hand and agreed on things before he started. While there, we even discussed pricing and options for my next visit. John is very knowledgeable and I feel I was well taken care of and my nails look great. He was even able to correct imperfections that had been overlooked from my initial full set visit at a different salon. I will definitely be a repeat customer! Read Less

Readers scrolling down might see reviews a month or a year ago, but now things have changed! I would highly give it a try! The worst place I've ever experienced for a pedicure. The nail polish did not appear even after I left and I should have gone back. Two days ago have gone by and the nail polish is already coming off. Very disappointing. I would not recommend this place to anyone, not even for the price. Read Less

TERRIBLE!! WARNING DON'T GO HERE!! I have been here twice, both of which were the worst experiences I've ever had at a nail salon. First time I went for my Eyebrows and left crying. The second time was recently and I wish I could add pictures because it's almost unexplainable how much pain I've gone through In the last week! Not to one but NUMEROUS nails. One split my real nail through the middle and has been bleeding since day three. 2 popped off. Two are coming up from both sides so feels like an elephant is standing on the underside of my nail. And 3 of my fingers have bandaids. AND IT'S ONLY BEEN 7 DAYS SINCE I GOT MY NAILS DONE! Not to mention the Polish is terrible I have dirty looking air bubble bumps all over my white tips. AND lastly, during my pedicure the lady cut the whole cuticle the full length under my toe with the machine and it's been a big scab ever since. Also, my friend I went with messaged me yesterday saying she's never going back, and all her nails are broken and hurting too. First of all I wanted to say Something positive: I loved Kim's work. I went to her several times a couple years ago. She was wonderful with my nails and excellent with waxing my brows. I stopped in a bit over a week ago with a friend of mine and my oldest child. I was overcharged, according to the prices listed on the board, my total should have been about 70. ( 2 full sets one for my friend and me plus a manicure for my daughter) I was charged 85 (this total was not to include the tip) Plus, I left a cash tip of 22. (As a former hairdresser, I always tip decently.) Unfortunately, I will not return as my nails look terrible. They have lifted and the acrylic was applied to thickly and unevenly. I think the lifting could been avoided if he would have pushed my cuticles back. (Perhaps that costs extra) I will be going to another Salon to have these nails removed and done the right way this evening.Read Less

I'll begin with saying that my standards are rather high... I'm here from out of town, and my usual place back home is pretty magical! With that being said, these guys did an adequate job. The pedicure was relaxing, except the sugar scrub was a bit too harsh, but I had shaved my legs earlier that day, so perhaps they were overly sensitive (what was I thinking?!). Next, I received a gel polish manicure. I showed a picture from online for inspiration, and my results are pretty. They could use some soothing music (as opposed to silence), and it would be a nice touch to offer complementary beverages (soda/juices). But overall, my experience was pleasant. This place is not happy at all. They charge $12 for nail removal--way more than other places. The guy popped off my nails in about two minutes and charged the full amount. Then he complained to me about how he doesn't like how the shop is run. I showed him a photo of a design and what he did looked nothing like the photo. I told him that and he argued with me and said something like "Don't expect me to be here all day doing this." Been to many salons in town, this was by far the worst. Read Less
