The guy who did my nails told me they where to long made it clear he did not like them. He seemed to Be very annoyed he kept cutting my fingers and at one point it hurt so bad I jumped he told me because my nails are so long they are hard to work on. I went to wash my hands when he was finished and i noticed the gel polish was still sticky when I told him he said the gel polish dries instantly there not sticky. Which they clearly where my nails ending up looking more matte because of it. After I left i noticed he didn’t paint all of the nail there was space at the bottoms. I went to this salon a long time ago and had a bad experience but thought it would be better. I will never make the mistake again. The guy that did my nails did not remove all of my nail polish I had on before coming, he made my acrylics way too long and they’re now hurting my fingernails and there are are bubbles around the edges of my nail bed that are causing more pain. I can’t even have my boyfriend touch my nails without them hurting. I will never go here again. Not to mention every time I have gone here, they have made my nails bleed. Read Less

The guy change my nail color and very pushy about the color I wanted. He tried to match the color I wanted and it was way off. I had to raise my voice so he would understand it's not what I want. He got offended then. Then when I went to pay he charged me double. His sign says 8/10 ...u would think that means 8 try paint 10 gel. He charged me 20$ to change my gel paint. If you want a gel manicure due yourself a favor and do not go here! I get them done in Savannah, GA all the time and love them. Was short on time and didn't my nails done for a party. Said they could not do what I wanted (what I always get in GA) so he did a French tip! Shorted my nails to my skin and had a skinny crooked white line for my 'tip'! Charged $33.00 for a gel manicure no fake nails applied! As I look at them now an hour after they r done I question if they will even last a day due to the bumps. I will not return. Read Less

I came in to get a mani and pedi and the guy started to work on my mani. He started to cut my curticles but was pinching my skin and not my dry dead skin. I told him he hurt me but he continued to do the same to the next 3 fingers. My fingers were bleeding and I said no I told you you are hurting me and he started yelling at me. To leave, to never come back and he doesnt care. What a horrible, horrible place. Now my finger is infected and inflamed. This place needs a health inspection and needs to be SHUT DOWN Asap! My friend brought me to get my nails done for my birthday (so nice of her) so we decided to try this place because it's close to my gym & tanning salon. After the tech texts on his phone for several minutes, I literally got yelled at by the male tech because I told him I disny want my nails wide my fingers are to skinny for that, the nails he put on were way over my nail beds, he yelled at me and said he was doing my nails, not me! He didn't care who I was! I didn't have to come to his shop 🤔 I said I'm the customer I'm paying him he can't do my nails the way he wants them thier my nails! He literally said for me to stay on the east side! (I'm Hispanic) What a racist POS! (How does he figure where I live, I could easily live in Milcreek) Then to top it off they have dogs running & barking around, it smells bad, a baby and playpen with a hammock in the middle of the nail shop! 1st time going. Older lady (maybe owner) was very rude and rushed around. Didn't dedicate time to just me.  Worked on 2 other people at the same time.  Just had simple manicure with gel Polish  (no fake nails), upon checkout I was charged  $35!  The board said it would cost $15. When asked why I was paying so much she spoke so fast and not in clear English and just swipped my card and hurried me along.  I will not be going back. Not the worst place I have ever been to for nails, but far from the best. The look and feel of the place left alot to be desired. The chairs were not in the best shape. The chair kept lowering itself while I was getting my nails done (side note I'm not large). The pedicure chairs have rips on them, and the towels used during the pedicure had Nail Polish stains on them (not sure if they were reused or just not washed very good but any other salon I've been to uses white towels without stains). Also I found it rather strange that 2 small dogs were running around freely, sniffing people and their stuff (not my idea of a relaxing environment, not to mention some people have allergies). I may have been able to look past the previous issues, if the service was up to par. By the time I got home, my nails were already chipping. The pedicure, while priced the same as other salons, was far from the same experience. When I pay $25 for a pedicure, I expect that any dead skin on the bottom of my feet be removed (I have cerebral palsy and my feet get very sore and dry this time of year). If I wanted someone to put some lotion on my feet, file my toes and paint them, I would have done it myself. As a result of this experience, I am still in the market for a nail salon in Millcreek.... First time here, and definitely not what I am used to. When we first walked in immediately "WHAT YOU NEED?" Not the best way to start off. I received a gel manicure and my mom got a fill. My moms were way too thick and had nail polish covering her cuticles and were crooked. (Hers were done by a man) My gel mani was very thick but over all looked decent and atleast in the lines! My nail specialist put acetone on my nails and then was about to begin painting- I am an esthetician and know that you cannot do this or they will peel within a few days. I feel like everyone would understand this. I was not impressed with our nails, the nail salon and the overall experience. Save your money and go somewhere else. These people do not care about the services they give. I gave her a 6$ tip when I normally give 12 at other salons..... And unfortunately my mom paid before her nails were painted so the tip she gave was definitely unwarranted. Like I said.... Go some where else! Read Less

So, I went here to get my nails filled and painted. Brandon, who did my nails, was very nice and did such a great job! My nails look so real. To me the price was a lil much $45 when im use to paying $17 back home . He did cut me 2 times . when i saw him put the cuticle clippers in the jar it was so gross . there was nails and skin in the blue water . i will not be going back cause after seeing that i felt it wasnt very clean . i will keep looking for a nail place Read Less

This Nail Salon took an appointment for a wedding party: my sister (the bride), my other sister (Maid of Honor), her friend (Bridesmaid) and myself (Matron of Honor). We showed up 5 minutes ahead of time. They were not ready to take even ONE of us on time, much less ALL of us! I explained multiple times that this appointment was for a WEDDING and we could not afford to wait! They finally took the bride 30 minutes after her appointment time, and the rest of us got in about an hour late. They still weren't ready though - - they just plopped us onto a pedicure chair and started the water, but then proceeded to make us wait another 20 minutes. In the end, the other bridesmaid and I were SO LATE that we had only about 15 minutes to do our hair and get dressed for the wedding - - and we should have had nearly 2 hours!
