Awesome experience- i took my 12 year old daughter and some friends for a birthday pedi. The staff at nail savvy treated us like royalty! to begin the one with the really manly voice and sloppy lipstick, was completely and utterly rude and abusive, not to mention unsanitary, she was playing with my friends "fat" under her arms, and saying she was loud and needed to stop taking. she was very distracted with her work. the quality of my friends nails was awful. she upcharged her in a sneaky way and denied the fact that she did it. she filed away my friends cuticle, and when she said stop she said it's fine you have thin skin and proceeded to do her abusive work. I promlceded to tell her to stop and she said it's no big deal. i shall let you know that this trashy and rude and completely unprofessional woman should be removed from her work as soon as can be done. thank you, you just lost 7 regular customers, hope you feel better about yourself. Took my mother and law here to get her nails done for the beach for her birthday. She got a gel manicure Thursday and by Friday they were all peeled off. They just bubbled and came right off. So she spent her week at the beach without her nails done, and went back to them after she returned from vacation. They did not offer her a refund or free redo. Instead she got a regular manicure and they charged her $5 for that!! Spent way too much to get her nails done the first time for them to not last! Highly disappointed, we will not be returning. Best place for pedicure in ephrata that I've found. Whatever u do DO NOT go to the place in giant/starbucks shopping center. Just not up to par. But back to Nail Savvy- prices same as surrounding salons but so much better/more for ur money. Real thorough pedicure, great leg massage, offer u free candy/ drink during pedicure. I love this salon they you treat like a queen . They offer you a complimentary drink quite the selection on the menu. They offer you candy . Beside this they have the largest selection of colors to choose from and matching gel colors. A pedicure is $22 for the basic and they have several others to choose from. Beautiful and very clean salon with new equipment and an impressive selection of nail polish. Very well staffed with plenty of nail and pedicure stations to adequately accommodate everyone. I had Amy who gave me a basic gel pedicure for $35 and acrylic full set with gel polish and cuticle manicure for $45. Amy was very nice and took her time with her work and made sure that I got exactly what I wanted. Prices are average and possibly a little bit on the higher end but definitely worth it. Great location in downtown Ephrata.  Everyone was very friendly and welcoming.  My nail technician did a great job.  If you can go during the morning or early afternoon - they are not crowded.  They do have many stations for both manicures and pedicures.  And sooooo many color choices!!  I will be back.. I've been visiting nail savvy for about three years. I've watched them go from a bare bones nail facility to a full scale beautiful salon with many options and great service. I've been very loyal to this salon but today was pampered by someone who appeared new and I didn't recognize. He was very rough, cut my left big toe to where there was a bleed. The towel for pedi was cold and he also wouldn't honor a 2 dollar coupon that I received earlier this year. He told me that it was 4 years old and wouldn't honor it even though there was no expiration. I felt like the service that I have been enjoying for the last 3 years was nothing compared to today. I'm disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. If the risk of losing a loyal customer is worth 2 dollars then I am not going back. I'm thrilled to have found this nail salon! I recently moved to the area so I was looking for a new nail place. They are amazing! I called last minute for a Sat appointment and they accommodated my needs. When I went it was busy but they were efficiently keeping up with the appointments and the walk ins. This is important to me because I'm usually on a schedule.They're extremely thorough and their work is high quality. I typically get gel but went with a regular polish manicure one time and it lasted for a full week without chipping!The pedicures are relaxing and very well done. Even when they're busy they don't skip steps or rush through it. I'm always greeted politely right away. Their prices are super affordable. Have been going here since we moved to the area. We are from a major metro area-& a lot of the Asian salons were somewhat dirty, & the regular salons were overpriced & didn't do such a great job. Nail savvy has had some improvements over the past several months, from their decorating to their services. I have gone past this nail salon many MANY times and never given it a second thought.  Then one day I decided to look in and check it out.  They have multiple levels of mani and pedis.  I got the quickest mani as I just wanted my cuticles done and polish.  I was warmly greeted and seated right away.  Every employee was very nice.  I was offered a mimosa which was really tasty.  The best part of this experience was my cuticles  were done properly and weren't hack all to hell.  The hot steamed towel was heaven after a great hand massage.  The only thing that I found slightly disappointing was the nail art I got.  But I will totally be coming back for the pedicure next time!
