Over the years, this place has been going down the drain but today was the last time I come here. Materials unclean, old, and nail polish was dry. I made an appointment and as soon as someone else walked in, the nail rep started working as fast as she could on me (mind you, I was the only customer there). The top coat was barely put and was spilling over my nails -.- . The other person only waited about 5 minutes and because she was huffing and puffing, the rep freaked out. Most horrible experience in the world..felt unwanted there the whole time...and had the nerves to tell me to go to walmart..very disrespectful and unappreciated to their guest. As a professional business owner you should have better customer service and respect for your customers. Completely offended and appalled this happened to me today how peoplle can be so blatantly rude when they don't have to...its plenty of places I could of told her ugly behind to go but karma is a virtue. This nail salon was awful !! First, they have a very inexperienced male nail artist who took 3 hours to do 1 full set !!! he also put the acrylic on extremely thick and he pushed the acrylic all the way to the top of My nail and got acrylic on my skin and pretended that it was my nail !! When my nails grew out , I had fungus !! DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON!! I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON ! they are very uncleanily and it seems like it didn't pass inspection!!! Read Less
