I called before coming into the salon because I wanted to know the price to remove my younger sisters nails and the young lady that picks up tells me its $10 so I bring her in. She sits down and the lady who's ready to remove them tells me they will be $12. I mention the person I spoke to on the phone just said $10. I ask for the person I spoke to which is the person sitting right next to the one doing my sisters nails and she says I meant it was $12. I said you can't take back what you said. How disappointing. I came to this location, due to convenience. Amy did my nails, I had refill with acrylic and gel polish. As we sat down she asked if I am a regular there, and I stated I wasn't, that I was in the area. Maybe, that's where I went wrong. She was not very customer friendly. ( you would think she would be extra nice, to have me come back in the near future). I tried making small talk, and she had no care for what I had to say. She was very rough with the electric nail filer, cut up my cuticles.They are on the cheaper side, for a fill with gel polish ( and $3 charge for trim) only came to $28, I would rather spend the extra money where my fingers aren't hurting when I leave and the person doing my nails, at least appreciates me as her customer. Stay away from this nail salon!!! They refused to do my nails because they were "too long" in their opinion.... My girlfriend got her nails HALF done and they charged her almost double what is posted on the price list. Seriously this place needs to be closed down. Needless to say I will never go back. If I could give this place a negative zero I would!! Avoid going to this salon like the plague! First of all they lie about their prices ! They tell you one price upfront and then when you are done with your nails they charge you something else . My daughter went to go get a full set which clearly stated $25 on their price list ...and she also had gel polish which they told her was an extra five dollars...when she was done with her nails we expected to pay $30 for the full set and the gel polish we were surprised when the lady told us that she had to charge us $40 because she charge extra for shaping my daughters nails and $10 for gel (originally they said gel was $5 extra) and because her nails was not a certain length they also charge .....wth!! I have been getting my nails done for years and have never ever been to a nail salon where they charge you to file in shape the nail --shouldn't that come with the full set service? On top of that they did a very sloppy job on her nails I would never go there nor recommend that place again ---when I spoke with the manager the manager said that they charge to file your nails & they charge for the polish and they also charge depending on the length I wish they would've told us that upfront ---shoppers beware ! they are so many other and better nail salons out there ! never again will they receive my business! It's a nail salon inside a Walmart. My expectations were not high going into this, but it still managed to disappoint. Very limited selection of non-gel polishes, and the one I chose was clearly old because there were tons of bubbles on my nails after they dried. No evidence that the tools had been sanitized at all. I asked for round nails, I got square. The manicurist got nail polish on my hand; in trying to fix it, she got tissue caught in the paint of one nail (that she just painted over, causing a big lump), and still didn't get the nail polish off my hand.$13 for a regular manicure, although for that price I could have bought a manicure set and polish in the Walmart and done a better job myself. I would rate this salon with no stars if I could. I have been to many nail salons in different parts of the country, this has to be the most unprofessional. The staff are in their own world and seem to have a chip on their shoulder. First visit the worker had the nerve to smack her lips when I mistook a polish for a top coat. When I gave her the tip not even a thank you. Second time I was reluctant but gave the the benefit of the doubt, then I had to sit through a continuos debate with the worker because I questioned her techniques and shabby work. She offered to have someone else do my nails but they all refused. I was wondering if maybe they were confusing me with another customer who had been there before. But after reading these reviews I can now see they are just rude and unprofessional. The manicure was $10.00 and was charged $13.00. If this is a franchise the owner should really look into the negative ambience and poor customer service the workers demonstrate. What are they so angry? Read Less

I was in there today I wanted to get a mani/pedi. During the pedicure the lady used a nail brush on my feet and legs, which actually burned! Then she used exfoliating stuff on my legs, which again, hurt. While doing the massage portion she literally punched my feet.... then I decided ok I want a design and gel polish for my mani.... I left there less than 12 hours ago and already the gel is lifting on my one nail and not to mention the lines on the design are so crappy, they're thick and dark on one side and on the other side you can see the tip color through the [black] line.... HORRIBLE! My normal place was closed, I didn't want to wait. First of all does anyone in there speak English??? I went for a fill the woman without mentioning anything (besides that I wash my hands too much???) she ripped the tips off of my nails!! Only on one hand and she didn't even soak them or anything just started digging the cuticle nippers underneath to pull them up. I didn't make a scene however until after it was done and she tried to charge me an extra $15! They tried to make me pay for her ripping my nails off!! Then they were only gonna take $5 off, no customer service what so ever. It was absolutely terrible experience and I will not be back. Read Less

First of all I dont like when Im sitting there getting my nails filled and either they dont say one word to you, or are talking to the other workers in their languages. It is rude and I feel like Im being talked about. Also I like my nails short and I couldnt stress enough how short I like them. No matter what I said they never made them short enough and always seemed annoyed that I kept saying shorter. So from now on I file them as shirt as I want so all they have to do is fill them. My last visit the man doing my nails told me they were to short. He didnt say anything else to me except that. I work as a hair stylist so I make conversation all day with people that I dont know. I think it is very rude and unprofessional having to sit there listening to them talk in thier language to eachother. Read Less
