I was super excited to treat myself to a spa manicure . I arrived for my 10 am appointment and my nail tech wasn’t there yet . Once she arrive and got settled she had me fill out paperwork, took me to the back to wash my hands and pick a color. I always choose pale pink or a dark color . She thought a pale Color would be better. I asked if she could do a French manicure and she informed me she had never done one before ... I found that odd. Anyway she did the manicure and it was time to polish , We decided on the only pale pink that they had (also odd) she started with a blue/ green base coat which I assumed would alter the color . But my thought was she does this all day long so she knows best. The color wasn’t going on properly and it had stripes and the green coming through . She agreed it didn’t look good after 3 coats . She took the polish off, at which point I had to excuse myself to feed the meter again. I planned for an hour visit and at this point it was an hour and 20 minutes and my nails still weren’t polished . She tried again and after 3 more coats she said “well this is a little better “ I said I don’t want a little better I want a pretty manicure . I asked if there was another pink and she said no that was it. She asked if I just wanted my nails buffed and shined. I explained that I was there for a manicure with polish and it was disappointing that I couldn’t get a basic nail polish . In the meantime I had already paid so I asked for a refund which no one there knew how to do. They were also unable to do a gift card for a potential customer . The woman came in asking for a $50 gift card and no one knew how to do it so they just let her leave . I was very disappointed and expected more , it seemed as if no one knew what they were doing (except the girl doing eyebrows) . The owner might want to consider training the girls better and making sure the polish is usable . In the time I was there they lost a gift card customer and lost me as a customer . I received 3 services(dermaplaning,brow shaping, and lash lift) all done by Erica. She is very knowledgeable. She goes step by step on what she will be doing and what products she will be using. She left my face,brows, and lashes looking fabulous! Love her! Read Less
