Today was my first time going to Regal. I’m very impress, I wasn’t able to get the name of the lady who did my nails but she was very gentle on my cuticles and was very gentle. I LOVE THE WASY MY NAIL...

Horrible service, arrogant employee says his name is Sam and sits at the entrance. It's the 1st time I ever had to shape and my nails myself at a nail salon because it wasn't done well or with any ef...
Horrible service, arrogant employee says his name is Sam and sits at the entrance. It's the 1st time I ever had to shape and my nails myself at a nail salon because it wasn't done well or with any effort. His attitude was because I didn't want gel polish. This is what I paid for...Never go here!

Every time I come to this salon they SLAY my nails omg they take care of you as if they have known you all their lives, they are really genuine people and not only in it for the money you feel reall...
Every time I come to this salon they SLAY my nails omg they take care of you as if they have known you all their lives, they are really genuine people and not only in it for the money you feel really appreciated when you come here. They are also inexpensive and worth the trip. You can show them pictures on Instagram and they will do their best to make it look however you want

This salon has changed ownership repeatedly. Sadly, the large chairs used for pedicure are totally worn to tatters. The staff use towels to cover the tears in the chairs. The tables used for manicures...
This salon has changed ownership repeatedly. Sadly, the large chairs used for pedicure are totally worn to tatters. The staff use towels to cover the tears in the chairs. The tables used for manicures are dusty and dirty. The entire place needs a thorough cleaning.As for the service, the staff never reproduce the same level of care two times in a row. Sometimes the service seems quite good. Other times you wonder if the staff were daydreaming and forgot to take of you.As for relaxing atmosphere: forget it. This salon is directly inside Wal-Mart located near the entrance/exits and checkouts. There is a constant roar of noise and disturbance. If you thought you would go in here for piece and quiet you will be sadly disappointed.
