No need to call ahead to make a reservation because when you get here, it's first come first serve.  This is the reason for the 4/5 stars.  There are 8 pedicure stations and more than enough stations for manicures.  Delayed greeting upon walking in but my technician was a lovely 19 year old from Vietnam.Overall good experience and a clean facility.  I'm attaching pics to show business and the wifi name as it's not posted inside. First time and most likely last time coming here. Took an hour and a half to do dip powder. Picking up phone calls, calling people and counting money in between doing my nails. I thought a hot towel and lotion is standard but apparently not. Didn't happen. $45 wasted. I believe it was the owner who did my nails- Jason? Don't recommend this place at all. When I first got to PA Nails, the youngest nail tech smiled brightly and greeted me. I ended up having her do my nails, which was a great experience! She was super nice and made me feel like her long time friend. She had a gentle touch and worked on my nails at a slow pace, which was nice. She asked me a lot of questions about myself and told me about herself too.Her manicure job on my hands were clean and professional. She was quick, but it still looked nice and clean!I'll definitely come back and get my nails done again by her. She's my favorite. Super nice and fun! Read Less

Not happy with the results.Although they are clean and pleasant.I paid way too much money for the product purchased. My nails are not smooth,the gel was not cleaned properly and the chrome application was sloppy. Yoy can see the black polish at the edges of my cutilcles.Highly disappointed. Read Less

Went to this nail salon early on a Saturday morning. They only had 2 employees working. There were 2 people who walked in right before me, both getting pedicures. I was also getting a pedicure. The 2 employees started on the 2 people ahead of me and sat me to soak my feet while I waited. Well I waited and waited, several other people came in asking for various services. As I'm waiting 20 min, 30 min, 40 min...the one employee finished up her pedicure and started on a manicure of someone who walked in after I was already soaking my feet waiting. And by now the water I'm soaking in was ice cold. After waiting 45 min the employee finally comes over to me for what I'm thinking was to start my pedicure but no! She tells me she is going to wax someone's eyebrows then start on my feet. I was annoyed and told her I was leaving which then prompted her to start my pedicure. At the speed of light she was done and to her credit did a nice job! Except that its only been 5 days and it started to chip. I don't think I've ever had a pedicure chip so this is a first. And a last bc I will not go back. Not to mention the only other employee there was so rude to a customer that the customer actually asked him if he was having a bad morning to which the employee relied by telling her to leave if she didnt like his attitude. So she did along with another woman waiting and 2 other women who were also soaking waiting for a pedicure for an hour! I've never experienced anything like it. Read Less
