The service Is ok but pricey. They don't follow the appointment time so don't expect to be serviced at the time of your appointment. You will definitely wait and you have to ask about cleaning your cuticles and stuff. I come here for the convenience of location but not worth my money. I gave 2 stars because the place is very clean, spacious, and a great atmosphere. Also tip is cash only.

If you want great quality work on your nails go this place you won’t be disappointed! It was my first time here and won’t be the last. Tracy my nail tech was absolutely a sweet heart and was amazing. I’ve tried several nail places but by far this was the best one yet.

Everyone is super nice and laid back. They remember their customers. Tracy is the only nail tech that gets all of my nails perfectly straight and shaped correctly. They also sell natural lotions and essential oils now. Prices are decent and they offer student discounts on certain days.

Make an appointment and go see Tee. He is a nice young man who gives the best gel manicure I've ever had. He takes the gel off gently by soaking them and scraping it off. Not just filing it off along with most of your nail. He takes his time and makes sure each nail is even and perfect before having the gel cure. I always get 3 weeks out of his manicures.

I love this place from the minute I stepped in. My nail stylist was awesome and he did the perfect match from the picture I showed him. This was my first time, and I will continue to come back!

Best nail salon in the east stroudsburg area. My boss recommended me to this place last year and I can't get enough...now my nails are so healthy and strong and my French mani gel last longer then before. Everyone can't believe those are my natural nails I get compliments left and right. I've gotten my nails done by everyone in the salon but recently I've been going to "two" I recommend him for French mani' very polish great finish.

Super nice service and really friendly! I got a French gel manicure and a pedicure- it took about an hour but they really did an awesome job! We were just passing by on our way to the Poconos and saw this place in the shopping center while we were waiting for the light to turn green. Good catch!They really took their time layering your nails so that it would last long. $55 for a gel manicure and pedicure. I think mine was a little bit more because I got French. My friend got ombre gel nails- super cool! The nails change colors based on the temperature-so when dipped in water they change!!! Would come back if i I was passing through the area.

I came in with two other friends on a Tuesday afternoon without an appointment and they were able to take us quickly. First impressions are everything and the place was very clean and bright. I had a basic pedicure done by a very nice woman named Lee. She didn't rush through the pedicure and took her time painting my nails. I would definitely recommend this place. Also on Tuesdays they do a 10% discount for ESU students!

I've been going to Alpha Nails since it opened, and every time is a great experience. If you want to pamper yourself in a clean and friendly atmosphere, Alpha nail is the place to be. Great customer service which is very hard to find in this area, I am so glad we have such a nice place to go to, and have a relaxing time after a hard day at work, or when you just want some me time. :-)
Alpha Nails the best place in town, please stop by and see for yourself you won't regret it.

Went to Alpha Nails for the 1st time (April 9, 2016) & received a spa pedicure and I loved it !! Went back 2 weeks later to receive a regular pedicure just to see if it match the same quality. It did!!! They're clean & friendly. They even offer you FREE Water, Juice/Soda or Coffee & even WINE as your being serviced.Both Pedi's were amazing, she didn't rush & she took her time. They had a HUGE color selection. From Shellac colors & regular colors. Even tho I'm plain Jane. If you live in Stroudsburg/East Stroudsburg area u have to go visit them. I told her I will give them a good review on Yelp/Facebook for the awesome service I recieved today.

You will definitely wait and you have to ask about cleaning your cuticles and stuff. I come here for the convenience of location but not worth my money. I've been going to Alpha Nails since it opened, and every time is a great experience. If you want to pamper yourself in a clean and friendly atmosphere, Alpha nail is the place to be. Great customer service which is very hard to find in this area, I am so glad we have such a nice place to go to, and have a relaxing time after a hard day at work, or when you just want some me time. :-)
