This is a beautifully decorated salon! I’ve been here 5-6 times since they opened (as I’m mostly traveling out of state) but, when I return home I always try to go. First visit and last. I’m giving it a 3 because my nails turned out great. I got a full set and pedicure for a wedding this weekend and vacation next weekend. I’m not sure the girls name but she hurt the life out of my toe nail. It’s hard to tell what she did cause it’s painted but I believe she cut my cuticle too deep. And then when I found out my total I could’ve fainted. $88 for a regular full set and pedicure. It was way over priced. Like I said my nails look great but I’ll stick to the nail house in KOP. The place is beautiful inside! They always have plenty of staff to take walk-ins and work quickly. I always forget to make an appointment but it's never an issue. I am in the area for business and found this salon.  Seriously, amazing! Everyone was so nice.  The lady who did my nails took her time and didn't upcharge me for every little thing. This is such a great place- owner was very responsive and accommodating (even for a Saturday afternoon). Got a classic pedicure and gel color on my nails and it turned out great. Went here for the first time today and I was REALLY impressed.  Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, and the salon was clean and trendy.  I got a full acrylic set along with a classic pedicure and was in and out in 1.5 hours.  (Which has to be a record).  The best part was that I never felt rushed and I didn't have to feel guilty about going during work.  The prices are also very reasonable.  I couldn't be happier with the experience today and will def return! I had a lovely experience at Lush Lacquer Nail Bar. I'm very picky when it comes to manicures, as I have long natural nails that need special care to keep looking their best. Olivia gave me a relaxing pedicure, followed by a meticulous gel manicure. She worked with precision and made sure that my nails were filed to my liking and neatly painted. I had really high expectations for this salon given all the amazing recommendations but unfortunately I was pretty disappointed. I went on a Friday, with no appointment and I knew that was a stupid move on my part. I was told the wait would be an hour or more, but I needed nails for a wedding the next day so I agreed. I was taken to the chair in about 35-40 minutes so I was pleased it was shorter than what I was quoted. However, when it came to my technician that's where it went downhill for me. She did not speak to me or acknowledge me the whole time. The filing on my coffin shaped nails was not straight at all - curved on one side, straight on the other, and the tip was angled on some nails. The acrylic placed on my right hand was pretty even while my left hand looks like a joke. Not smooth at all, thicker in spots and thinner in others. When I asked her to even it out, she snapped that "if it's too thin it'll break." I know how thin a nail needs to be before it reaches that point and this was no where close. The coats of polish were too thick, especially the top coat, and I got bubbles when drying. I was clearly rushed, and I understand it was a busy time of day, but that's really not an excuse in my book. When I got home I immediately tried to remedy what I had going on and went to town on filing to even things out. I did want to try this place again with a different tech, because everyone else seemed really nice, but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. The lady who did my pedicure was extremely nice. Most of the people I interacted with there were pleasant. However, the lady who did my pedicure scrubbed too hard that I left the nail bar with broken skin and a bleeding wound on my heel. I been here twice the first time I had a toe polish change and gel mani very cute but within a week it was chipped the lady who did it seemed like she just started doing nails and seems uncomfortable. I said I would give them a bother try I went back a few months later and had the same thing done the girl Jane I think her name is was really nice and professional and she did a great job with my gel Mani unfortunately I went on a Friday and by Sunday they chipped again so I'm not sure if it's the polish or what but I will not spend $30 to have them chip in a few days Read Less

Excellent. This is the cleanest and most organized nail salon I have ever visisted. The are 200+ colors are sorted and labeled to find gel/regular matches. The staff was very attentive and gave realistic wait times for walk ins. Their website currently encourages appointments due to understaffing, but they still have faster service than most salons. I am so happy I decided to try a new nail salon. I've had bad experiences with other salons in the area but Samantha and Lush Lacquer Nail Bar exceeded my expectations. I made an appointment via the Yelp request and I received a prompt reply. I arrived at the salon at 12:30, they took me immediately and offered me a beverage and made sure I was comfortable. I went during my lunch break to get a full set acrylic nails with gel polish and I was done in a little over an hour. Not to mention my nails look great. I am going to write a very honest review.About a week ago my friend and I had booked an appt on a Sat for mani and pedi for him and gel mani pedi for myself. We arrived and we were greeted by a very friendly receptionist! She was super informative she helped me pick out colors, and was just so sweet! It was her first day and you would have never known it!!! She took us back and I must say the place is extremely clean. It is spotless! They offer you a beverage and that includes wine or a mimosa! Very nice. We both got our pedicures and I must say after a week mine still looks good. Great? Well, good.Ok, here is where it went downhill a bit. I discussed when getting my pedicure if they had powder I could do instead of gel as my mani. Absolutely! Not a problem! So after our pedis they took me up and I choose my color.So a new girl sits me down, picks up an old school orange emory board (doesn't ask about nail length, etc) shapes dips nails and finishes. She then proceeds to tell me I would have gotten a mani with the gel but not powder???????? So basically my cuticles and shape look like hell with powder that will last 3 weeks. Great. She could have offered before. I also clearly stated I wanted a mani and the powder as a polish. The powder was 39.00 with no mani! It doesn't even reach the beds of my nails. If people ask where I got my nails done, they won't be going there.Thank you for your clarification and response!Now that I you informed everyone the powder is 45.00 and does not come with a manicure because it would not adhere, I know to seek elsewhere. This is also not the case. As a professional in the industry if the nail bed is cleaned thoroughly the powder will adhere. My nails were long at the time of appt and certainly could be shaped. Let me start by saying I've never posted a review before but lush lacquer definitely deserves it! It was my first time there the other day and my first time getting gel overlay. The salon is clean and everything looks brand new; and they have TONS of polish to choose from. The employees at lush lacquer were really friendly and helpful too. The guy who did my nails (I'm not sure what his name was!) did an incredible job. He made sure each nail was even and perfect and gave me exactly what I asked for. They even saved me a bit of money by using pink gel and a gel top coat so I didn't have to pay additional money for polish. Lush lacquer also has a rewards program (which my usual salon doesn't have) so you can accumulate points every visit and get discounts. Overall I would definitely recommend (especially for overlay!) and I'll be back in a few weeks for my refill! Read Less

A little more expensive than what I'm used to since I am new to the area however, they are knowledgeable, friendly, honest and it is the cleanest most beautiful nail salon I've ever been to. The colors of the wall, the chandeliers inside are stunning. They are really easy to talk to and they are very meticulous in their work. This place was great! It's a newer place that we decided to try and so glad we did. We came here with a bridal party to get our nails done for a wedding and they went above and beyond to make our outing special. The actually had a cake and other snacks along with drinks nicely set up for us! Other nail places I've been to we had to bring our own. The people working were SO nice and accommodating. Our nails were also nicely done. It's also brand new and very nice and clean inside. I do not recommend getting acrylic done here. The salon is very nice inside, they use quality products, they keep it clean, they offer a complimentary beverage; it really has all the makings of a great place. However, I went in to get a full set and my nails were completely ruined. The technician shaved the layer of acrylic so thin that the nails starting snapping in half within 2 days. Because the acrylic was snapping/cracking, my underlying nails were being torn up as well. I'm giving them 3-stars because my experience was good during my visit, everyone was friendly, and if I had gone in for a standard manicure or pedicure I probably would have been perfectly happy. But, with the acrylic being so poorly done I just ended up really disappointed. Hopefully my situation was a one-off and others have not had the same problem with acrylic from here! Read Less

Ok so when I went to lush lacquer nail spa I thought it was such a pretty place. It has been open a couple weeks now and definitely a place I will return to. Everyone is friendly and does a great job. Today I went and the owner Sam gave me a complimentary beverage which a choice of a mimosa or a glass of wine while I had my nails done which made me feel special..... and anyone who knows me really knows how obsessed I am with my nails and design. So now to the nails...I had an acrylic full set done with every nail done with a different design to get me ready for Halloween  (I know I'm early, but I celebrate design the whole month). So the full set was done nicely and then they asked me if I had pix of the design I wanted so I showed them pix cause I always come prepared and Sam personally did my nail art.......I definitely love that she looked at what I wanted from my photos and did further research to make it much better and showed me pix she picked out as well. ....To all my friends who want a pampering day I definitely encourage you to check the place out.....here are some photos of my nails Read Less
