Did not like the atmosphere at all..pedicure barely adequate..woman stood over me..looking in my purse...NO CASH.? NO CASH? Did not want my credit card..you have check.? No cash.? Make check out to cash. Let me sit in chair for a very long time...waiting game for toe nails to dry....no drying machines...by the way..till finally l had to get someone to look if l was dry..after they take your money..and that's soon as they get done with you..from that point on..your on your own..Also the language barrier is terrible..they asked if l wanted massage 10 minutes ..l said ok...as l have Always had a leg and foot massage with a pedicure...she set timer and said ok 10 dollars more for massage..NEVER EVER AGAIN.. I agree with Katie D, I would not describe the salon as "dingy" at all. Maybe because I'm an on/off 14 year client and they know me by name, but they are always kind and will accommodate anything even, if they are unfamiliar. Example: I was the first client to ask for stiletto nails and they had not heard of them, as most clientele get basic round or square with French tips. I showed photos and guided  them to show what I wanted. When I went back they knew exactly how to do stilettos for months afterwards. I've had zero problems with the hand area chairs but I've never had a pedi. The older gent is named John and I think he's a delight. The younger kid (the couple's son) seems more interested in flirting than doing a good job so I prefer Tina or John if possible. If you are descriptive and explain what you want, they will accommodate and fix anything you deem a mistake.As a plus, being a long time client I often get gel with no extra charge. It pays to be a regular!The only con I can express is the lack of colors, especially in the nudes which are my fave, but that's my personal issue.I suggest everyone give them a try!! Read Less

I have been to Fancy Nails multiple times.  I have never had a bad experience.  Usually, they can fit me in fairly quickly without an appointment, maybe 15 minutes was the longest wait.While I have been at many other salons that have newer pedicure chairs or were brighter, I wouldn't describe it as dingy as the previous reviewer did. Old chairs didn't work. Dingy atmosphere. Person doing my nails not very helpful. Bad pedicure and canceled my manucure. Couldn't wait to leave. My daughter was with me had a much better pedicure than me. Won't come back. Read Less

Dingy atmosphere, old equipment.  Chair didn't work and sat in uncomfortable position the whole time. Older man rushes through my pedicure.  Wanted manicure and waxing but decided against it after the terrible pedicure.  My daughter had a better pedicure experience  then I had.  Took picture: fellow in foreground did a nice job,  fellow in background  with earing did terrible job.
