When you are paying $30 to have your nails done & your client says don't cut my nails you DON'T cut their nails and say same as file, then continue to cut & file the nails down to nothing! I walked in...
When you are paying $30 to have your nails done & your client says don't cut my nails you DON'T cut their nails and say same as file, then continue to cut & file the nails down to nothing! I walked in with nails well out over the ends of my fingers and I walked out of there with three nails over the ends. The rest were cut back. I will never go back there. I am sorry I didn't have the time to get all the way to my usual salon in Dublin. That mistake will never happen again

My first time at Happy Nails & Spa; a truly great experience. Im glad my friend recommended me to this place. Wonni was very nice, professional and friendly. Had a gel manicure/pedicure and she did a fantastic job! Loved the massage, and before I left she also gave me a Christmas gift/hand cream. Will recommend to a friend too. ThanksMeg A.

RUN... As fast as you can away from this dump. If you want to be insulted, talked about right in front of your face, and have the worst service ever, then you could come here. By far, the most rude and nasty staff I've ever seen. Just disgusting! Save your money and go ANYWHERE else. There are so many places in Doylestown who will do a good job and treat you with respect.

These people are RUDE! The owner (I presume she's the owner, earpiece for answering the phone) is the rudest! The first time, I had a 9:00 am appointment. The "owner" barked to sign my name. I told her I had an appointment. She walked away. After 35 minutes and a few people coming in after me, and being seen within minutes, I was seen. The nail tech spoke to her co-workers in Vietnamese, but nit to me! RUDE! The second time, I made no appointment, waited 45 minutes, while watching others come in after me get seen. Again, same issue with the nail tech! The third and final time was last Sunday! More of the same, but this time, after not being greeted, but signing in, I only waited 15 minutes before leaving! I will NEVER go back, even though they are within five minutes of my home!

RUDE! That's the kindest way to describe these people! I have been there on three occasions! Not really satisfied, but thought I'd give it he benefit of the doubt. Each time worse than the one before! I get a simple manicure and pedicure. They are within five minutes of my house, but I will be driving 20 minutes from my house for better and friendlier service!

The worst. Dirty implements. They were so rough when using an emery board, they cut my thumb and it became infected. No apology, just arrogance. One star is more than they deserve!

HORRIBLE experience. The women were so rude and extremely rough on our nails... would not go back or recommend. They don't even do acrylics on Sunday. What's up with that?

Just got my nails done here and will be coming back for sure! Clean and efficient service - The owner susan is super chill and the ambiance is very homey and friendly. It's a popular spot, so it was busy and crowded, but because I made an appointment first, ahead of time, it was no problem and zero wait. Definitely recommend it!

When you are paying $30 to have your nails done & your client says don't cut my nails you DON'T cut their nails and say same as file, then continue to cut & file the nails down to nothing! I walked in with nails well out over the ends of my fingers and I walked out of there with three nails over the ends. The rest were cut back. I will never go back there. I am sorry I didn't have the time to get all the way to my usual salon in Dublin. That mistake will never happen again

Just got my nails done here and will be coming back for sure! Clean and efficient service - The owner susan is super chill and the ambiance is very homey and friendly. It's a popular spot, so it was busy and crowded, but because I made an appointment first, ahead of time, it was no problem and zero wait. Definitely recommend it!
