I just went in for the first time as a walk-in to get my eyebrows done (and they were BAD! Hadn’t been done in like a year!). They were fantastic! This has been my go to nail salon for the last 2-3 years! The staff is friendly and they treat customers the way they should be treated. If i walk in without an appointment, they are always honest about the wait time (if there is one) and they take my limited amount of time that I have into consideration. Just got my nails done and couldn't be happier!  I am extremely particular about my nails and this salon gets a 10+. The staff members are very nice and very experienced.  They take pride in making sure their clients are completely satisfied with their service.  The salon is super clean and the noise level is minimal so you can relax during your spa treatment. It's worth every penny for the quality of the results. My daughter and I have been coming here for years. Everyone is so friendly and professional. Each time we go in we get treated to excellent customer service. They always ask us exactly what we want and make sure we write our names on the sign in. There was one time I needed to change what I had signed in for so I made sure I changed it on their book so there was no confusion.Read Less

Went to get a pedicure, they did not soak or scrub my feet at all or cut my cuticles. They rushed me into getting my color. Literally all they did was a sloppy paint job on my toes and called it a pedicure. Will not be coming back here again. They also did not wash anything after they used it on me. Read Less

Staff is so friendly! I typically get powder nails but hate how long the process takes at other salons ... LV has never made me felt rushed but they also don't have me sitting for hours doing nothing. The powder they use stays on my nails for weeks, makes them feel strong, and never cracks or peels. The last time I went in they didn't have a color I was looking for so they mixed one up to get the perfect match. They truly care about making their customers happy! Definitely recommend them! Recently moved to the area from Philadelphia and was looking for a nail salon. The first time I went in for a gel manicure, I was cut by the nail technician. I made the mistake of returning, because the price was affordable and I did not feel like trying out other salons. The second time I went in I was cut again, this time 3 times! I ended up developing an infection in one of my fingers and had to go to the doctor to get antibiotics and have the infection drained. The nail technician was the same both times so I am not sure if the issue was with the salon or with her specifically but I will not be going back and urge you to think twice before going to this salon. New management came in last fall and totally transformed the place, it's fantastic. The people are friendly and professional, prices are terrific. There were issues with the old owners when it came to certain hygiene things and as soon as the new management came in all those issues were gone.
