I have a new favorite nail salon! I just wanted to find something close to my work, and was excited that they do liquid gel tips. They're beautiful, and I always get compliments on them. The atmosphere is very relaxing - no TV or loud talk, just peaceful music and warm lighting. They treat you special, right down to serving free beverages and warmed towels to dry your hands. This was the worst customer service, and nail experience I have ever had. I called before I traveled 20 minutes away from my home, to confirm an offer that they have online stating, "we will take any in town competitor's coupon". When I arrived they did not take it! I was very specific about how I wanted my nails done, and after he did one nail the way I wanted, he rushed through the rest of my nails. He Didn't speak to me the rest of the time to ask if I was satisfied with... the work he was doing, and clearly had an attitude about performing the service. My nails were too thick, and crooked. I asked him very politely to fix them and all I got in return was his attitude. I paid full price not even the price from the coupon that I should have been given because of their mistake. I will Never go back here!!!! I had my nails done as a gift for my wedding I leave tonight so it was really important to me to get this done and to have it done right! They did a French gel set not even 24 hours later my nails are bubbling and coming off!!! The service was beyond horrible my nail attendant didn't listen to anything I said!! Worst experience I have ever had. I had to ask what twenty times because she would whisper answers and I wanted to make sure I heard her. This is by far my favorite nail place in the Twin Cities. It has a clean and relaxing environment, lots of complimentary stuff such as beverages and Ipads for the customers and the staff is very kind. Tina is taking care of my nails for 4 years now and she is the best! Read Less

I came to this shop ( my first visit) after finding every shop in the area was crowded to the maxx !!!! Unfortunately I found out exactly why this shop was soooo available! TERRIBLE !!!, AWFUL !!! and just down right horrific job !  I got a pedicure and was cut three times !! The paint job was sooooo sloppy and lumpy I had to ask the tech to please remove the paint and please redo it, SHE HAD A COW !!! she told me flat out no !! and that she is not wasting that time !!! I told her I was not going to pay for that service and THEN she re painted, still looked bad too ! Hidden gem, among all the nearby nail salons! Salon is clean, staff is friendly, prices are good... Nancy is wonderful, she takes her time when doing my pedicures and is really good at designs (just tell her what you want and she will come up with something you love!) It's nice to sit in a new, clean nail salon that doesn't smell all that acrylic powder around you while getting your nailspedicure done. The nail tech name Linda knows NAILS. She is very clean, sanitizes her tools and friendly and def knows about nails. The salon is new. very clean and very professional.
