Just had my first body massage with the super sweet Aishlin. I didn't tell her I was nervous or that I'd had a week long headache but listened to her instructions, concentrated on relaxing my mind and breathing slowly. Her massage was amazing. The pressure she used was good - not to soft and she really worked my neck and shoulders. I could feel myself relaxing deeper and deeper. An hour seemed to fly by and I cannot tell you how calm and soothed I felt after. ... Lots of advice was given to me afterwards and Aishlin even commented on how much she enjoyed giving my treatment which was a really lovely thing to hear. I have already rebooked and thank Aishlin for making me feel relaxed, warm and comfortable throughout the treatment. I didnt feel awkward, self conscious or exposed at all. I was reluctant to write such a complimentary review because you'll all want her now and we will be fighting for slots! My headache has eased and my shoulders and neck feel so much lighter. I went in to get a gel manicure and it was my first visit. The other Salon that I went to my nails lasted four weeks these did not even last one week. When I went back they ground my nails down so thin that it was painful to even touch anything. For the first time in 20 years I have no fingernails. They broke off and they are down to nothing. Went in on a Saturday without an appointment to get a quick mani pedi because I was in the area doing other shopping. I was pleasantly surprised by the extremely friendly atmosphere and the fact that most of the other customers appeared to be regulars--staff knew the names of customers as they entered and there was much genuine laughter and banter. I felt a little left out, actually, but understood as I was a newcomer to the place.As far as the basics you'd look for in any salon, the place was very clean, instruments were sterilized and equipment was was well maintained. The decor was bright and attractive. Regarding the services I received: I had planned on a traditional lacquer mani pedi and did get a traditional pedicure. But as I was waiting for my manicure to start I noticed another customer getting an SNS manicure, which I'd never seen before. It is basically several layers of gel with powdered color in between, and it was absolutely gorgeous. The customer said that the she got these done every 3 weeks and there was no chipping or fading between services. I decided to spring for one myself, and I am THRILLED with the results. The manicure feels like a traditional one, very light and comfortable, but looks like gel. And it was basically bulletproof upon completion--they were actually challenging me to try to dent it! I also really liked Jason who did the SNS manicure--I am sure to be a customer for years to come. By the way, SNS manicures are hard to find, they are not a common service. The salon is very clean and there are a lot of color selections.  I had one person complete my pedicure and one person complete my gel manicure.  The technicians skills are okay but there is room for improvement. On my manicure the light curing phase was not well done as I had to ask multiple times for the light to get turned on or turned on again for a second round.  Additionally with the top clear coat, I could tell it was not fully or evenly applied across each nail when I got home and was looking at them out in the sun light. I walked in after reading excellent reviews and was not disappointed! I did not have to wait long and was seen by Jason. He was very personable and funny. I felt comfortable and welcomed. In fact, the owner asked his employees not to speak in Vietnamese and instead to speak more in English. While it didn't bother me that they were speaking in Vietnamese, I thought it was very considerate of the owner to request this. Further, Jason did exactly what I asked for and did not make me feel bad for being picky with my nails. I highly recommend this place!! I went in because of the reviews I saw and I needed my nails done for my wedding. I went in, and Jason was very helpful and informative from the beginning! He gave me advice and made sure I got what I wanted. Even while he was doing my nails, he would show me and double check that it was what I wanted. I paid $55 not including tip for a full set acrylic and gel polish and it's just alright. For one they're all cut unevenly. Secondly I wanted one speciality nail on each hand that had gems on it. I asked for just clear but she ended up doing clear blue and red so now it looks like 4th of July colors. I won't go back and will have to go somewhere else to get them at least evenly cut. Today was the first time I have been to Nails time! I had a rough week at work and just wanted a nice relaxing pedicure with a clean atmosphere and friendly people. I have been in this area for 3 years and have not found a salon that I have stuck with because I just have not found one that has consistently made me feel welcome. This salon is perfection. It is clean, inviting, open later than most, extremely sweet family, and they did  wonderful job on my shellac manicure & the pedicure was extremely relaxing! I absolutely love this place. I went in yesterday for my first time ever getting acrylics. I have very short nails, as I am a dreaded nail biter. I went in around 5pm and they only had a 15 minute wait. All of the employees are so nice and welcoming, I was offered a drink while waiting, and taken back promptly. The man doing my nails was so gentle, and frequently asked me if my nails looked good. He wanted to make sure the length, style, everything was perfect. My nail family is back!!! I have followed them from salon to salon from 1999 and this salon is their best yet!(For those of you that have met Tony and Tiffany and their family, this is their latest salon. If you've been to a salon in the route 19 corridor, there is a good chance it was one they owned at some point. If you have never visited Tony and Tiffany, you should!)Anyhow, this salon is top notch! All the services you know like gel polish or pink/white acrylic, etc. plus some additions including a high end massage chair that you can pay for a full body massage. (Of course, all the pedicure stations have massage built in too, but these other massage chairs are like the ones you would see in Brookstone - but more expensive.) Pedicure bowls have individual liners for those 'extra' concerned about cleanliness. Hot stones can be incorporated to your pedicure. I just put pink/white back on and I feel like my nails are back! They are always trying to find better ways to serve their clients. I heard that wifi may be coming this week! Woohoo!If you are looking for a new salon, you should swing by.
