I have never felt so ignored at a nail salon. They speak in their language. They are loud and laughing the entire time the rest of us have no idea what they are saying. All the customers just sit there and look at each other like we don't even belong there. That is not how to make your customers feel welcomed. How are we supposed to know that they are not laughing at our expense. I find it rude and extremely unprofessional. If you want to have a business in America, then speak English! Read Less

I think it's terribly RUDE that the staff including the owners Tony and Mimi speak their language while the rest of us sit there and wonder if they are bad mouthing us! They exclude the customers from all of their conversations while they talk and laugh. Are you kidding me? If you go to Nails By Sally, Jimmy would NEVER allow his staff to do that! It was the first time I went and I will not be back. The entire time I was there they spoke to each other in whatever it is their language was. They did not speak to any of us. There was a very animated conversation between all of the staff...I have no idea what it was about. I paid 22.00 only to walk out feeling unimportant, devalued, insulted and feeling that they did not want or care about their customers. I did not give a tip, and I told them how I felt. I came here as a walk-in. Last minute and they took me in with no problems. I loved the services. Diamond service is truly heaven. A bit pricey however still competitively reasonable. Ask for Lynn and Henry for Pedicures and Gel Manicures. Read Less

I've lived in the area for all my life, so I've tried many places in Cranberry for pedicures and I have to honestly say this is the best place I've been to. The atmosphere isn't the best, but you're in a walmart...so what can you expect. Other than that, the people who work there are extremely accomodating and care about your time. I was a walk in and they still kept thanking me for waiting, even though the wait was about 5 minutes. The massage was fantastic and surprisingly long enough. If you've ever gotten a pedicure, you know what I mean by this one - the massages never last as long as you want them to. The color was perfect and even though it was super busy, they took their time to do a great job. It was also only $25 for a pedicure, which is great! I definitely will be going back. Read Less

The atmosphere is lackluster, being inside a walmart, I was cold the entire time. Customer service also lacking. The technician hardly said a word to me I felt rather uncomfortable considering the other techs were very chatty. But that's not why we go to nail salons, however it surely contributes to my returning or not. My nails are also mediocre. When I pay $45 for a full set, I expect a FULL set, which typically includes trimming my cuticles ( they neglected to trim my cuticles)  :-( which will surely result in my having to get them filled days earlier :-( I got them done TODAY and had to go buy the polish color she used to touch up the chips. So I guess all in all I'm unhappy with them. Hope I can find a place that will make me feel welcome and give me the mani I paid for.  Also. In the "spa" pedicure there was no foot massage!!! Tony ruined my nails.  My pinky bled a lot.  He blamed it on another nail tech because 'she did not smooth her file'.  He went entirely too fast, was sloppy, and didn't ask if the length that he cut my nails was long enough UNTIL AFTER HE CUT THEM!!! by then it was too late.  He acted as if he had an appointment to get to in 15 minutes.  I've never had such horrible experience.  And now I have a finger in a bandage! I used to love this place.  But of course, I used to have my mani-pedi's done by the owners.  But things change.  And doing natural nails doesn't garner as much revenue for them.  So, I got handed off to the over changing revolving doors of employees.  I would find someone that did a decent job that I sorta liked and by my next visit, they would be gone.  The final straw for me was when I made an appointment for both me and my boyfriend.  I told them that we needed to both be done at the same time.  And they advised that it would be no problem.  Both of us at the same time.  So, when we go in, one of the owners start on my boyfriend right away.  Because of course, it doesn't take as much time for a man.  So, he was done with his pedicure before my pedicure was even started.  And he was done with his manicure before my pedicure was done.  I skipped my manicure and I have never been back. We love this place!!  When they first opened we were nervous about the idea of having our nails done at Walmart.  It just felt counter intuitive.  But then we thought why not?  I have tried a lot of nail salons in the area and this is definitely my favorite. As Callie said- Tony and Mimi are awesome.  It doesn't matter how long it's been since I've been in town- they always treat us like family.  They do an amazing job and their manicures last a seriously long time.I also agree that it's best to get there when they first open.  It's not a huge salon and they fill up quickly.  The prices are great and I love that I can get my nails done & get some shopping done after.
