The salon is nice. The people are nice. The girl that did my hair was so sweet.. but my hair is awful. It was not what I wanted the first time. I came back and had her redo it and it’s even worse. The blonde is not toned at all and people keeping pointing it out and asking me if I did it myself. It is so uneven on the one side. My 1st visit was with SYDNEY who did an excellent job in both cutting & coloring my hair. I have difficulty finding stylists who actually get the correct shade of copper but Sydney was spot on! 1st try!! I'm also very particular about my hair & how it's cut. Once again, perfect! This is my second time there and I loved it. Diana did an inverted, long bob haircut and all my expectations were fulfilled. She truly does a great job and understands what you are looking for. Show her a picture and she'd deliver. I trust her professional advice because she's being on the job for years. She is amazing at what she does and she is very funny too. The place itself is lovely and Diana did some amazing things to my hair, walked out and really looked at the outcome when I got in my car and was blown away. I had never gotten my hair colored before, but wanted to try something different. I found a balayage that I wanted to try. I am new to the area, and researched for a good salon, and seeing Profiles rated extremely high on multiple sites, decided to give it a try. I called and the lady at the desk (can't remember her name) was extremely friendly and helpful! She booked me for the soonest she could and booked me with Elisa. I was nervous going in, but the atmosphere was warm, ...welcoming, and friendly. I was offered refreshments numerous times. Elisa was professional and friendly. I could not be more pleased and in love with my hair! She explained to me what she was doing and why she was doing it (since I am new to the experience). She took her time and didn't rush. I also wanted (needed) a trim, but I always hate getting a trim because it always seems to turn into more of a "cut". However, Elisa trimmed my hair just as much as it needed, and the trim isn't really noticeable except for how much healthier and fuller my hair looks!
