Typically the staff here is VERY friendly. I am a caregiver for an 84 yr old lady. I called to cancel her appointment 2 hours ahead of time because she was ill when I arrived on my shift, which is at 9 a.m. She wanted to get out of bed and have some broth and warm ginger tea to see if it would help her feel better before we cancelled. At 11:15 a.m. she let me know she just couldn't make it due to severe stomach cramps. I called to cancel. The girl was definitely polite, but let me know they usually need 24 hour notice. I could tell she was a bit frustrated/annoyed by the cancellation since it was only 2 hours, but people need to realize no one can predict becoming ill, especially when you are an older person. We come here often. Being understanding and sincere is what professionals need to also remember is a part of their job and being human. It also keeps loyal customers coming back. Tried this place, liked it, tried another place that had higher ratings on Yelp, but I am back at Completely Polished. Although the decor is plain (comparatively, we are in Cranberry), it is very clean and the services are wonderful. I always get a quality pedicure that lasts for weeks, and the products they use are amazing. My husband doesn't ever notice anything about me (we've been married for thirty years) but even he commented on how soft my feet are after coming here regularly. There was only one visit where I walked away not satisfied, I emailed the manager/owner and she quickly corrected the situation (I wasn't pleased with a trainee's work). For the price and description of what I booked (manicure), I feel it could've been better. My nails were done yesterday and are already chipping. Young lady who did my nails was very friendly, but it felt rushed. Description stated "massage", which consisted of a lotion application and nothing more. Never go here!!!! My mom and I walked into the salon there was NO ONE there. Three workers starred at us and we inquired on a mani/pedi and the response was ummmmm we don't have anything til 3.... no one was there and no one had an 11:10 appt lol. Jen and her staff are a fun bunch and get the job done (and done well!) in a pleasant manner. If I'm feeling chatty, we have a nice hour of nails and talking. If I'm in a quiet mood, they let me hide in my book. I love getting pedicures and they do a great job in prepping my feet for sandals. I haven't taken advantage of it, but they have a Nail Bar where they do fun designs on your fingernails, and I know they have deals for girls under age 10. Went here with a friend for a pedicure for a girl's afternoon. While everyone was very nice, the "receptionist" was very confusing and soft spoken, so it was difficult to understand what she was saying. When we were paying, she flat out asked us if we were tipping our tech, of course we were, but then she wanted to know how much and she said she would put it in their "envelope" without explaining what this meant. We ended up asking her and she explained at the end of the day, they would get the tips together. Not that anyone would try to steal from someone, but I just didn't like this idea especially after I had seen other customers hand tips to techs. I went over to my tech and told her I had put a tip in her envelope because I wanted her to know she earned it. Regarding the actual pedicure, my tech didn't check the corners of my toes for ingrown (I've never gone to a salon where someone didn't do this) and I just feel like she didn't spend a lot of time eliminating the cuticles and dry skin. The pedicure was done on a Friday and as early as Saturday, you could see dry skin and cuticles reappear. I get regular pedicures (monthly) so I know how my feet should look for weeks after. My polish on my big toes also isn't up to the sides of my nail or the bed of the nail. Additionally, my friend's pedicure chipped on day 2 and she has a huge flaw on her big toe. I also expressed I was a first time customer and they didn't remember to apply the 10% discount offered on their website. I even asked if I needed the coupon and they said no. There are also no massage chairs or jet tubs for your feet. This salon isn't worth the $40 basic pedicure (my friend paid $53 for a callus treatment!) and we won't be back. Just because they're in an upscale neighborhood doesn't mean we want to waste money on less than mediocre work. Read Less

I have been going to Completely Polished for quite a while now and absolutely can't express how wonderful Olivia is.  Very personable and very good at her job (I book my appointments well in advance to guarantee my time and day)!  I won't go anywhere else.  Yes, you will pay more but you get what you pay for as the saying goes...  I only go to salons that are use high standards for cleanliness, etc and this is the place.  Look forward to seeing new Fall/Winter colors as those of us in Cranberry Township love to stay in trend... I've been going to Completely Polished for over a year. The girls are all fantastic and the place is always super clean.  My complaint is that they do not update their gel polish selection. It's pretty much been the same colors since I started going there. I like to get nail art also and they do not have an adequate supply of nail art tools (jewels, nail art pens, decals, etc..) The girls use their own tools and supplies when it comes to doing most of the nail art and even then it is very limited. If you want to keep your regular clients happy, you need to keep your products updated. Lastly, the prices are getting ridiculous. I hear that prices are even going up more! A gel mani at Polished in Zelienople is $29 and they have a huge color selection and that price includes nail art! You can't expect to keep clients by charging more and having bare bones polishes and supplies. I adore the staff but am strongly considering switching salons. Read Less

No bare spots, great nail shape, and they had a bunch of glitter color choices! Ignore the bad reviews, this place is great, sanitary and super cute inside! Received a gift certificate for Christmas and wasn't going to use it based on the poor appearance and quality of the certificate itself. Very unprofessional and cheap so I figured the salon would probably be the same but my niece assured me that I would like completely polished and she was right. The atmosphere was modern and clean. Kathleen my technician was friendly, funny and did a wonderful job. The pedicure was really good but didn't include a scrub which surprised me but overall I enjoyed. I was offered coffee which I wanted until i was told they only have powered creamer yuck! Does anyone really like that stuff. The nail tech was very kind but the gel nails all fell off in one week! I went on vacation immediately following the service and had to keep getting them repaired or replaced while on vacation. When I returned to salon after my week long vacation, I was told there was nothing they could do to replace my 50 dollar service. She said I should have showed them within three days. I explained I was on vacation and she said it didn't matter. I said what was I to do take a picture of my hand and text it to her? Ridiculous. I even still had my receipt! This place was nicely decorated,  but they had almost no color selection and the worst part was the job they did.   They did not even remove all of my previous nail polish,  my nails were left jagged and crooked,  and that is after I asked for them to be fixed twice! In addition,  neither my nails nor my sister's were painted well.   The paint is layered unevenly,  the top coat left visible strokes,  and it just looks like crap-you can see the nail itself through the polish because it's so thin in spots.   To be clear,  my sister and I had two different technicians so this is obviously the standard of quality that is normal for this salon.   Finally,  the last offense was that for one basic mani pedi and one pedi only we were charged $106! I was so excited to find this salon in my search for a relaxing/spa-like nail salon. The decor is everything the website claims and the owner is very professional. Those attributes, in my opinion, do not make up for the poor quality of the pedicure that I received or the extremely high charges.  My primary residence is Florida but I am in the area and decided to make an appointment   I was the only client there, while all the other salons in cranberry were busy.  Jen, the owner did my pedicure. I asked for a French polish and she indicated that she wasn't very good at it, that I should pick a color. Reluctantly I did and decided it didn't matter.  I received the deep moisturizing mask which she simply applied to my legs and put hot towels on them. Afterwards, she rubbed lotion on my legs but there was no massage   No massage chairs. No jacuzzi foot bowl. I asked her to please clean the cuticles and trim areas which were rough, which she reluctantly did. I felt as if I was teaching her what a pedicure should provide.   Once she applied the polish she asked me if I'd like to buy a pair of the throw away sandals.  I have never been charged for them anywhere across the country.  I had no choice, as it was 15 degrees outside and they did not have a nail drying station.And this horrible experience cost $55.00 plus tip, which she had no problem asking for.  After I left, I stopped at a different salon to have my toenail polish corrected ( it was a very messy job) and got a great manicure.  I did attempt to get my money back from the owner the next day, and she has offered another pedicure instead.   I can only speak to my experience, but I would not suggest that you waste your money at this salon.   I will not be back Read Less

I had a wonderful experience at Completely Polished! I went for the Deep Moisture Manicure and Pedicure, which definitely made my hands and feet feel super soft. In addition to all the normal stuff that goes along with manis and pedis (buffing, filing, polishing, etc) a moisturizing mask was applied to my hands and feet. They stayed soft for days! The salon is clean and bright, and they use different tools on each client. They really take their time with each client as well -- I was there for almost 2 hours and the attention to detail was painstaking.
