This salon is absolutely amazing. I 100% recommend to anyone who is looking to find their new “home” when it comes to pampering yourself. I’ve constantly struggled with getting my hair to a perfectly blended balayage with ash blonde hair and Nina completely transformed my head from a brassy disaster to a classy, edgy hair do. I was so nervous to try new places, but having moved I had to take the risk and I am so happy I did. Came here for my beauty day for my upcoming wedding - waxing, peels, spray tan. Kimberley was so attentive and made me feel like a princesss. She worked around my schedule to make sure I was getting all the treatments and strategically schedule them for different times of the day to accommodate me. I am always happy with the cut I get and with the friendly family-like service. I'm usually in a rush or bringing my toddler or just throwing them curveballs and they have been accommodating and focused on great quality cut and styles. I love the highlights I've gotten too. I have come to this salon for waxing services a couple times now and they've been good experiences. Both times I made appointments online, but when I walk in, no one seems to reference that and I'm treated like a walk in. The most recent time, I also don't know who did my waxing because the woman never introduced herself. However, I am always met with quick service and nice conversation. I love this salon and spa! Everyone here is so friendly and the services are amazing! Jess is fabulous! Her color and cut is hands down the best I've ever had and I'm very picky as a blonde. I also get hot heads extensions which she is great at applying and blowing out weekly. Katie is great with lash extensions and make-up application. Very precise and dedicated to detail. I usually only have a broad idea of what I want to do with my hair, Jess is great at taking the general idea and tailoring it to my hair type and style. Becky has been waxing and tinting my eyebrows for a long time and I wouldn't see anyone else they always come out looking great. I never leave this salon feeling anything less than absolutely gorgeous. I came in to have an up-do done for a wedding I was attending.  Lori was nothing but amazing!  She listened to what I wanted and she went to work and was able to create exactly what I wanted!! I got a spray tan. It was not even at all - I could see areas on my legs and arms that were unevenly coated on the first day. There was an area on the upper part of my back legs that was not coated at all. I was on a time crunch and could not get back in to the salon to have it fixed. I waited the requisite time period to shower in the hope that my tan would last, but  it lasted about two days and then I noticed I had random pale and orange patches all over my body. It was especially bad on the front of my thighs - pretty embarrassing.To top it off, I was asked what color tan I wanted. I asked her for her recommendation, and she told me a color without disclosing that it was more expensive than the typical spray tan. Was not impressed and will not return. Read Less

I LOVE this salon.I actually went there to get a spray tan by Kim before my vacation.We instantly had a bond. I had a lot of broken hair from color that had been done to me over the past few months at another salon in Conshohocken.Kim instantly noticed and we started talking.. Not only about that but, about everything.She recommended a colorist who would help fix and repair my hair. I was super hesitant because I loved my previous stylist, however not the outcome of my hair the past few months.I trusted Kim, and made my next appointment with Faith before leaving he salon.I don't write many reviews however, leaving Kimberly's salon I felt inclined too.My hair came out absolutely AMAZING! Not only that, she took so much time with my consultation, foils, cut.. Everything. She didn't skip a beat. She knows exactly what she is doing when it comes to color. By far the best color I have everrrr had.I'm actually a stylist(specializing in men's hair only)So I'm Very picky and know what I want when it comes to my hair.I would tell anyone to go and treat yourself to a day of whatever you want. I won't return. The staff were yelling to each other from across the room about where they were going to order dinner from. I had a Brazilian wax by Kim and it was the most painful I've ever had.. She left spots of hair, and I bruised in a few areas (never happened before). While I was getting my wax Kim was complaining about how slow the business is.. I wonder why.... When I was there, there was no one in the hair portion of the salon, just the nail area.. You would think that should've been a sign to leave as it was the week before Christmas and most salons are extremely busy. The salon is pretty but you need to do better work, and have a professional staff to successfully run a business!!! The staff reminded me of one you would find in a Bronx salon.. I literally just got my hair done here and had to leave a review! I have been really self conscious about my hair after losing some due to health issues and I was hesitant to go anywhere but this salon is close to me and looked cute & is reasonably priced so I thought I'd give it a shot. I was able to book my appointment online which was convenient. I had zero wait when I arrived and the head massage during my wash was so nice! I wish you could pay for it to be longer haha. I had a haircut with Val and she made me feel super comfortable and I'm so excited with the results! My hair looks amazing! She made me feel like a new lady :) she gave an excellent blow dry and she used quality products. I'm so glad I took a chance because I've definitely found my new salon!
