I love this place! The atmosphere is perfect for a relaxing day of indulgence. From the moment you walk in you are treated like family. They go out of their way to really get to know you. This is probably one of the few places besides my home I feel comfortably being freely me. I get my hair done by Mariah and she does amazingly beautiful work and I wouldn't go anywhere else. You guys are honestly the only thing I miss about Minnesota. (Obviously I miss my Mom, but now she comes to you guys!) Courtney did such and AMAZING job with my hair cuts, and I miss her deeply whenever I have to get my hair trimmed. I also loved everyone that I saw for waxing - they make you feel so comfortable and the girls did an amazing job with keeping the pain level as low as possible. Stopped in to get a fill and replacement on one finger. Instead of removing the old acrylic on broken nail very young man was trying to glue nail on top...secondly was asked if i wanted filed a little shorter and i replied yes...then was told it would be an additional $3. Unfortunately i was watching the tv while he proceeded to fix nail then after i looked down and noticed he had put a regular nail on instead of the white tip as to match the other nine. I couldn't even bare to let him finish painting them ..I asked him if he was aware of his mistake and his response was you paint the tip ?? I paid the $for the fill and replacement and walked out ..they new i was extremely unhappy but didn't say one word.. Dont know how they stay in business! !! Read Less

I had a big change planned. I have been growing my hair out since my time with chemo ended, so lightening my hair was a huge deal for me. Luckily my hair grew back long and fast but still I was worried. Not only did the work by Kat turn out amazing, but every person was so kind. My fears were quickly put to rest. First time here under the new management (which took over at least a year ago). While the shop doesn't look high end and they look like they are changing wall decor, don't let that worry you! They know their business! I came in for the spa pedicure,  and it's so worth the price difference from the regular pedicure. For $35 they spent a little over 30 minutes pampering me. It includes foot massage, wax dip on your feet,  moisture mask with hot towel treatment on your legs,  and polish.  My feet look like a newborn and I felt it was worth the cash!  Highly recommended and I will be back! Not worth the price. My hair ended up shorter than I wanted and there were random long pieces of hair and it was uneven in the front. I called and asked what they could do and they offered to have the same girl fix it. I said I'd rather go to someone else. The next girl I had did fix it, for the most part. As someone who works in the service industry, I was pretty surprised they didn't offer any type of refund or gift card for having to take the time out of my day to come back and have my hair fixed. After my recent experience I will not be returning to Diva Nails in Connellsville. The staff was not only unfriendly but absolutely rude to me. I went there to get acrylics put on for an upcoming beach trip. Before my nails were even finished I noticed that none of the nails were the same size, the paint had bubbled under the top coat, and I felt as if I was being rushed out the door so that the next poor customer could take my place.. I told him that I was unhappy with the final result and if he could fix the bubbles underneath the top coat and also fix them so they were all the same size/shape he rudely replied by saying "you should have told me before." I ended up leaving the salon very unhappy especially because I paid 35$ to have uneven, bubbley nails. I ended up going to Spa Faces down the street to have them fixed.. Spa Faces was in shock that they allowed me to walk out the door with such poorly finished nails. I'm not one to ever complain but I was so upset with the final product and service that I thought I would share with all you ladies out there looking to get your nails done for a special occasion.. do yourself a favor and go to SPA FACES in connellsville. Bought 60 dollar gift certificate at Christmastime for my son's girlfriend....when she tried to use it in Feb  they refused to honor it.  What a ripoff!!!!!! I've been seeing Heather at Bella on the Bay for 8 years. She is a miracle worker!! I get so many compliments on my cut and color and this is all thanks to the amazing Heather! She also cuts my son's hair and has since his first haircut! The entire staff goes above and beyond to ensure your experience is a good one. My favorite memory of Bella was when I was about to pop and Heather fit me in to her busy schedule for a last minute cut and color before baby arrived! The ambiance and location are also amazing!
