This is the only salon I continue to go to. I have tried numerous nail salons all over many areas and either they rush you, take absolutely no pride in their work, or snap at you when you tell them that they aren't doing your nails anywhere near how you told/showed/described it to them. I have been to Kevin and Jack who are both so sweet, humble, and talented. They understand that people have specific ways they like their nails done and they really pay attention to your personal likes and dislikes. They are both very nice, funny, and engaging which is much more than what can be said about most people who would do your nails. Conversation is always flowing in this salon. The prices are very reasonable and on the lower side if you compare them to other salons. People get aggravated when they stop in and there's a wait. That is for two reasons. 1. They take the right amount of time when doing your nails, they never rush you or do a messy job. 2. They honor appointments. I always make appointments and people who are waiting without appointments get angry because they think it's first come first serve, it's not. If you want to get in and out then I recommend making an appointment. Lot's of people I know go here and love it as much as I do. I 100% recommend seeing anyone here, they're all patient, talented, and do a great job.

Just moved to this area and I was looking for a nail salon nearby. On my way to another salon I spotted this one. I was a little hesitant, but I went in anyway. It was a Thursday afternoon and when I walked in I was greeted and seated immediately. Huge plus!! Place looks a little outdated and needs some repairs but overall clean. Jack did my nails. He was friendly and made me feel comfortable. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and I could tell he wasn't comfortable with the design. He ended up doing something completely opposite of what I wanted and although it came out nice, I wish he would have been straight and told me he couldn't do it. He did explain that he usually doesn't get requests for designs, so he didn't charge me for it. I desperately needed my eyebrows done and have been getting them threaded not waxed. I was super nervous since I have thick eyebrows and I didn't want to end up without any. He did an amazing job, they looked clean and he didn't even burn or pinch me while cleaning up with the tweezers. He was gentle and thorough. I will definitely go back. Overall for my nails I would give a 3.5, but for my eyebrows I would give a 5.

The girl gave me a great pedicure yesterday. When i went to pay, the owner insisted I pay cash and wanted to hold my credit card till I came back to pay. I said no. Then she said she needed to write down the numbers off the front and back of the card. I told her no again. Finally they allowed me to leave and come back today to pay. They should have a sign that says cash only. I have half a mind to take them a check.

Stephanie, Jack and Lynn are always ready to serve their customers. They are pleasant and dutiful. I find that my acrylic nails stay for several weeks, and the polish is always first class. I get compliments on my nails often. It's sometimes a wait, if you don't call first, but it's always worth it to me.

The worst rip off ever!! Charged me over $60 for gel manicure/pedicure and the polish didn't even last for 2 days.. chipped and peeled off! I would never go here again!!

My family has been going to pa nails for years and wouldn't think of going anywhere else! Jack and Stephanie take such pride in their business and treat all of their customers like family. The service is always excellent; they take their time and make sure you have a good experience every time. My gels last longer than they do when I get them done anywhere else. I also love that they have a wide selection of gel colors and keep them up to date! The hot stones they use for pedicures are also amazing. Would highly recommend if looking for a regular mani/pedi spot around Chester springs!

I've been going to PA Nails since the first week that they opened. They treat everyone like family. If I ever go anywhere else I feel like I'm cheating, lol. But above all else, no one is cleaner and does a better manicure or pedicure that lasts well over 2 weeks, if need be. I've been getting manis/pedis since 1990 religiously every two weeks so I have many salons in which to compare.

went there for a pedicure . The lady who did my pedi completely forgot to clip my nails, shape them, remove cuticle,polish, massage, oh i could go on. All she did was put the nail polish. And even that was lousy. When I told the owner that she shd charge me for an express pedi as the job was so lousy, she said that the pedii i got was very good and she was sorry that I did not like it. Needless to say, I am never going back there again. They lost a 2 yr old customer.

My daughter and I go together every couple of weeks and really like at this salon. Friendly clean and they really do a nice job. My daughter gets designs on her nails and they always do something a little different. They always make you feel welcome. Waiting is never really an issue. We are usually in and out pretty fast. They do a great jop.

PA Nails is quite the above-average Vietnamese-owned and operated nail salon. These folks care a great deal about customer satisfaction and go out of their way to ensure the customer is happy with the look, shape, and outcome of their nails. The salon is very, very clean, and their equipment is all new and kept up-to-date. Waiting time is minimal, but if you have to wait, it is quite pleasant since everyone feels quite at home there, with lots of friendly banter going back and forth.

This is the only salon I continue to go to. I have tried numerous nail salons all over many areas and either they rush you, take absolutely no pride in their work, or snap at you when you tell them that they aren't doing your nails anywhere near how you told/showed/described it to them. I have been to Kevin and Jack who are both so sweet, humble, and talented. They understand that people have specific ways they like their nails done and they really pay attention to your personal likes and dislikes. Just moved to this area and I was looking for a nail salon nearby. On my way to another salon I spotted this one. I was a little hesitant, but I went in anyway. My family has been going to pa nails for years and wouldn't think of going anywhere else! Jack and Stephanie take such pride in their business and treat all of their customers like family. The service is always excellent; they take their time and make sure you have a good experience every time. My gels last longer than they do when I get them done anywhere else. I also love that they have a wide selection of gel colors and keep them up to date! The hot stones they use for pedicures are also amazing. I've been going to PA Nails since the first week that they opened. They treat everyone like family. If I ever go anywhere else I feel like I'm cheating, lol. But above all else, no one is cleaner and does a better manicure or pedicure that lasts well over 2 weeks, if need be. And even that was lousy. When I told the owner that she shd charge me for an express pedi as the job was so lousy, she said that the pedii i got was very good and she was sorry that I did not like it. Needless to say, I am never going back there again. They lost a 2 yr old customer.

These folks care a great deal about customer satisfaction and go out of their way to ensure the customer is happy with the look, shape, and outcome of their nails. The salon is very, very clean, and their equipment is all new and kept up-to-date. Waiting time is minimal, but if you have to wait, it is quite pleasant since everyone feels quite at home there, with lots of friendly banter going back and forth.
