Have been going here for years and each time gets worse and worse. Went for a gel manicure and was in and out in less than ten minutes. None of my nails were filed straight, my thumb nail is completely slanted. Cuticles weren't pushed back, no other maintenance to my nails. I understand that it's a busy place, but if I'm paying to get my nails done don't rush through and give me a sloppy manicure when you spend almost an hour on the regulars you see. Read Less

Nail tek is definitely the best salon in the area....by far!!!  I won't even consider going elsewhere.  And, there's a reason for this.....the owners and their staff work very hard to provide the best services imaginable for their clients---they will always go above and beyond and their pricing is more than fair!   In the past, I drove to a nearby town for services and paid a great deal more, but why...when the very best is close by. Been there several times over the years & never had a problem until now. I took my daughter there today for a pedicure, the DAY before her wedding. The girl scrubbed the side of her foot so hard that she literally scraped the skin off of her foot! I wish I could post a photo of it! To add insult to injury, after we showed the owner the FRESH wounds (yes multiple wounds), the technician claimed she came in with them. He did nothing, other than rush us out the door. $100.00 later, I can honestly say I will NEVER be going back!!! Beyond unprofessional & unhygienic! And now my daughter has these wounds to deal with for her wedding day.Read Less

I wasn't that impressed, unfortunately.  I wanted to be as this was one of the places closest to me.My pedi was nice but the girl busted out this electric buffer thing for my soles and just put it back on its charger without cleaning it.  That was a first for me seeing that thing in a nail salon. I know they are all different but that was weird to me. I went in on Mothers Day weekend so it was busy. I had to wait a bit but that was understood as I was only a walk-in. The guy (owner??) was nice and kept me up to date on my wait.  Otherwise I would've just felt like a name on a piece of paper.  Which you really are in these places. But he was nice and I was greeted nicely. That's big for me! I feel like you walk in these places and all they say is "sign in"! My view of the backroom area while getting my pedi wasn't all that nice. They could do well to spruce up the place a bit. Hang a curtain so you don't see the crap laying back there and maybe replace the faded pictures on the wall.  Give the reception area a sweeping everyday. I know these places generate a lot of dust but you have to keep up with that or your place looks dirty. It looks old to begin with but add dirt and it's just not somewhere I want to frequent. I don't want to say this place was horrible. It wasn't and besides the buffer thing turning me off, my pedi was nice. I would go back if I was in a rush or for the convenience of it being close to my home. Otherwise, I'm still looking for my favorite spot. Read Less

The environment in nail tek is your typical, factory line of nail services. The prices are right, the employees work at a quick pace and their work is quite good. Don't go expecting a quality spa experience,  go expecting a safe and sanitary environment with high quality professional products being used. I've done sets, refills and pedicures here with great results.  Barely would one of my nails get broken or have I received shoddy workmanship. If you are dissatisfied,  the staff will rectify the situation and do what they can to ensure you leave with a smile on your face and beautiful nails. They don't try to strong arm you into spending more than is necessary and are quite fair.  As someone from the beauty industry I give much respect to the staff and the services they provide. Even at their busiest of times, their service is prompt and you will be attended to in a timely manner. If you want a high quality "spa" experience then I suggest seeking out a day spa , however for amazing nails with an amazing price,  this is the spot !! Read Less
