First and foremost, they burned the top of my foot with their “callous remover”. Said remover is only supposed to be applied to the very bottom of the foot the pedicurist grabbed my foot to scrap bottom and had the solution on her hand. When I presented my burned foot to the owner she begrudgingly gave me a gift card for 2 “free” pedicures with callous remover. Each time I was treated like a second class citizen because I wasn’t actually paying for the treatment so last time I got a regular manicure just to appease them. That was Friday, today is Monday and each nail is peeling polish, it looks hideous, especially since it’s a very dark color. I called to send pictures and was told that wouldn’t happen if I got gel nail polish. So I guess a manicure polish should only last 2.5 days. Just as a precaution, be careful, I also noticed the woman rinse the tools with water and use them. Needless to say I won’t be returning. They are not only ineffective and rude but putting your health at risk. STAY AWAY!!!!!!! Read Less

I just moved to area and was looking for a new salon. I checked reviews around and I am glad I found this place. I got a gel manicure and royal spa pedicure, so happy. Royal pedicure was little pricey, but definitely worth it. I don’t even talk about courtesy drink they offer, I got a sangria, delicious and relaxing. Don’t get me wrong, but almost everyone listens you and understand what exactly you want to get done, kind and grin. It was a really nice experience for me. I would definitely recommend everyone. Grin Nails was taken over by a new owner last year and since then has blown other salons in the Chalfont area out of the water. The salon is clean and updated, the staff is lovely, and they offer you a nice beverage of your choice while you enjoy your service! They have just added a membership program which is spectacular for those who visit frequently. I am a graduate student and model that is always in need of a perfect gel french manicure and a french pedicure for photoshoots, shows, and interviews/auditions. Therefore, I travel frequently and only allow these women to work on my nails; I stick with the with the salon I trust and they never disappoint me. P.S. I highly recommend the paraffin wax hand treatment; it's wonderful for this frigid weather. Read Less

They say it is a 20 minute wait for a manicure. I sit there for 40 minutes, while the two women who walk in after me (pedicure and eyebrows) are taken back for service. I finally walk out a walk out after no update and no further acknowledgement. This is not my first time at this nail spa, but it is certainly my last. Read Less

I'm still in shock and because of that I had to leave a review. I've have been getting my nails done for 10+ years, everything from gel manicures to acrylic sets. I'm working in this area today and decided on my lunch break to get an acrylic full set with gel nail polish on top. Before the nail tech started for whatever reason she said "Ok, it going to be $70 today." I have never paid $70 for acrylic tips and polish. I left. There's 5 other places off the same road that will charge $35 for the same service. Read Less

Nope. Nope. Nope. Sorry.  I do a better job myself when I polish my own nails. I gave them 2 chances and both times my pedicures were splotchey (i.e. Polish was too thick and uneven). Like maybe the woman needed glasses and couldn't see my toes! And they're NOT CHEAP! They charge more than the neighborhood  competitors because of that stupid massage. Ok. Here's an idea... This review is for their SpringHouse location next to Giant which is not closed but it should be. This SpringHouse location is extremely racist and hateful. I left shaking. I just couldnt believe it. Do not patronize these people. This is a beautiful neighborhood and we don't need this kind of energy around especially to good Christian people who don't deserve it. Say no to this business. My first time getting a pedicure at this place. Thanks to a review from 7 days ago, I decided to check it out. Smiles and friendliness from everyone working there.  I thought $30 for a pedicure was a little pricey but am SOOO glad I decided to stay anyway.I had Cindy who did a great job on my pedicure complete with hot stone and leg/feet massage--added bonus!  She did an impeccable job and I wasn't rushed at all.  Eyebrow wax was great with Cindy too.  I will definitely be back. When I stepped into the place, pretty much everyone who works there smiled and say hi to me. I care a lot about good manners so, that was great for me. Now, the service: I didn't wait, I was immediately seated, I always go to these places because I bite my nails and I've been in very expensive ones, high quality and cheap ones, low quality ones. I'm new to the area and since they are besides my bank I stopped there, I had fake nails with gel manicure, I paid about 30.00 first time and the last time I went (for refill) I paid like half of that.What I love: The massage with stones they give you when your nails are drying out, also, I have a horrible finger (from biting it) and somehow it looks great now, they added lotions to it, no one ever did that before. I recently moved back in the area and was looking for a good salon to go and get acrylic nails done. I ended up going here and absolutely hated it! When I walked in I was greeted nicely and the salon was clean, however the man who greeted me continued to follow me around as I was looking for a color polish for my nails. Then the lady who was doing my nails was not paying attention to what she was doing at all! When she was buffing my nails, she wasn't looking at my nails. She instead had her head turned to her friend talking the whole time, and ended up going off my nail with the buffer and cutting my finger! And while she was painting my nails, she touched the fresh wet polish and did not fix the polish that she had messed up. For how long the woman took and how over priced it was for a full set, you would think that she would've done a great job, but that was not the case at all. I have never had such horrible service at any other salon I have been to before. One of my nails actually fell off the next day, and the acrylic was applied so badly that my nails looked as though I had them for weeks, not a day. I ended up having to go to a different salon to get them fixed. I will never be going to this salon again. Read Less

I get pink and white done here and I find the service really good. I take my daughter for pedicures and they are always so kind and gracious. The price may be a little more than other nail salons, but the massage and hot rocks are the best!!!! I def. recommend this salon.Read Less
