I was a customer here approximately five times. At first, I was relatively happy with the work, but after the second visit I noticed the quality and attention to detail dropped noticeably. Then today ...
I was a customer here approximately five times. At first, I was relatively happy with the work, but after the second visit I noticed the quality and attention to detail dropped noticeably. Then today I noticed that the owner, Scott, was doing a very careless and crooked job in filing my acrylics. When I politely asked him to fix it, he laughed, raised his voice, and screamed at me. Within a minute, Tamy, a co-owner, came out to see what was causing the commotion. He then threw down his tools and left. She finished the job and apologized. For me, the process is not only about getting the manicure, but also the customer service experience. There are many other nail salons in this area, and I will find another one which values my business. I will never use this salon again.

Tammy did my nails and they look great! Husband and wife team only at the moment so call ahead but hey were nice, clean and personable.

I went to Dragonfly yesterday for the first time, and I have to say its the best salon I have been too. Kathy is the sweetest woman, she makes you feel right at home and does a fantastic job. I will be coming to this salon for now on and I live 40 minutes away. I recommened this salon highly. Thank you Kathy

ASK FOR KATHY!! She is so amazing, I've come here before and had the best nail experience ever! She was so friendly and great at doing nails. I went this last time and I got an older woman who just kept telling me how good and fast she was at doing nails but took an hour just filing my acrylics (I came in for a fill). During that hour she ripped up the skin around my nails with the filing tool and would mumble every time I pulled back in pain. I thought it was just me being too sensitive but afterwards I had cuts around my nails. Not to mention they are all different shapes (some more rounded some square). I'm still giving this place 4 stars because I genuinely believe if you just ask for Kathy you won't be disappointed! (Just be careful about other people)

Went to Dragonfly for the 1st time today and I absolutely LOVED it. The salon was so clean and Kathy was the best! I didn't feel rushed at all and she took her time with doing my manicure and pedicure. I'll definitely be returning in a few weeks for another visit!

The girls who do your nails socialize and connect with you and everyone is always in a pleasant mood. They have a great variety of colors and one if the best varieties for gel polish. I wont go anywhere else.

I went to Dragonfly yesterday for the first time, and I have to say its the best salon I have been too. Kathy is the sweetest woman, she makes you feel right at home and does a fantastic job. I will be coming to this salon for now on and I live 40 minutes away. I recommened this salon highly. Thank you Kathy

ASK FOR KATHY!! She is so amazing, I've come here before and had the best nail experience ever! She was so friendly and great at doing nails. I went this last time and I got an older woman who just kept telling me how good and fast she was at doing nails but took an hour just filing my acrylics (I came in for a fill). During that hour she ripped up the skin around my nails with the filing tool and would mumble every time I pulled back in pain.
