Stopped by on a whim on a rare, kid free Saturday. Place was empty at 10:30 am which made me nervous! Technician was quick and pretty rough with my feet (feet up, down, pushing my feet everywhere) and rushed thru it quickly without attention to detail. My two big toenails were both uneven. When I asked her to correct she looked at me like I was crazy! there was only one other person in the salon so I didn't understand the rush. WORST! I stopped in this nail salon on a whim and I can honestly say this was the worst gel manicure I have ever gotten in my life.  When the male technician started doing my polish, I said to him that I did not like the color because it was extremely sheer . He told me once he did a few coats it would look much better.  Fast forward to an hour later (yes he was that SLOW!!!) and 5 coats later the color was still sheer and looked horrible- Streaky, on my cuticles, just plain HORRIBLE. He asked me if I was happy and I was honest and said not at all. There was a language barrier as well so it was hard to communicate and I didnt have the time to sit there and ask to get it redone. First time there, went with a friend who wanted to try it. There was only one customer in there. Now i know why. They did an ok job on my pedicure, but didn't ask how I wanted my finger nails, they just cut them way back, a few were crooked, and they filed the edges paper thin!!!! I didn't notice how thin they filed the tips of my nails until they had me soaking in water and I could feel them. It's going to take me months to get my nails back to being as nice as they were. :-( All due to lack of communication from staff. The bigger aggravation came 4 hours after I got home. I took off my flipflop to put socks and sneakers on to walk my dogs. After I took the socks off, my pedicure was a mess. FOUR HOURS LATER. They must use old/thinned polish in there. Horrible. Happened to show up to a sold out movie...came to get nails done with my boyfriend (just a quick manicure). walked in and although they were supposed to close in 1/2 hour they told us they had time. rushed through my boyfriends "manicure", barely massaged hands, didn't buff fingernails etc. rushed onto me and did the same. went up to pay and was told my manicure would be $12 but then changed it to $15 (understandable because i needed some shelac removed). It was time for my boyfriend to pay and they said $15. I asked why that made sense if mine was going to be $12 without gel removal. they said because it is a man they charge more??? how does that make sense. they did the same process if not less  to his nails. I even had polish and it was priced at 12! This makes no sense. Rushed us out even though they were still "open". will not return. Read Less

I must admit I am addicted to getting gel nail polish manicures. This is not my usual place and it was my first time there. I had an excellent experience. The did a paraffin treatment to my hands and a back massage on top of the normal manicure. Price was very reasonable. I'm going back. Read Less

This nail salon is fantastic. Extremely clean and offers a ton of services, including waxing and facials. The technicians are very friendly and professional. The reason why I liked this salon the most is because they offer great deals! They have a promotion going on now that is for a Manicure and a Pedicure for only $30! As with all nail salons, I would definitely call a head and make an appointment...you never, ever know what you're walking into when you enter a nail salon! Haha!Read Less

This is the second time I've been here and both were similar experiences. Minimal effort on attention to detail: no massaging, no lotion, no removing of callouses. $35 for mani pedi. Seems like they are in a hurry to turn things over. Friendly staff. Same person did mani and pedi and checked her texts messages about 10 times in the short time I was there. Overall disappointing. Best part was the massage chair but they put tissue paper on it (like a doctors office) and it was noisy. Clean place. Read Less

Although staff were friendly and the manicure was extremely cheap ($10!), I am not satisfied overall. The nail technician cut my skin while trimming my cuticles, and I was bleeding. It continued to hurt for hours afterwards. Also, the Polish is uneven, even after I asked her to fix it. The top coat is also uneven, and it chipped within 15 minutes. From a distance it looks good, but is not top quality. You get what you pay for. Read Less
