Been going there for a few months then the last time I went I got some young guy and he did a very bad job on my nails! I got a nail repaired in the same day I left from getting them filled and fix it...
Been going there for a few months then the last time I went I got some young guy and he did a very bad job on my nails! I got a nail repaired in the same day I left from getting them filled and fix it broke off again +3 other ones also the polish chipped off the day after I got them done ! Which that’s never happened before ! So I went back in to get them fixed they fix them but the guy left wrinkles in my nails with the Polish and it was supposed to be gel! he wouldn’t let me pick a different kind because something was seriously wrong with the polish try to charge me another $25 for another polish! He finished my nails then walk straight out into Walmart and ignored me when I told him there was a problem with the now he just fixed so I told the other lady sitting there that I think runs the place and she was so rude and just totally looked and then ignored me I definitely wont recommend going back there there only nice if you’re spending money but if they mess up their ignorant! I suggest going up to oasis they’re a lot better it’s just hard to get in there without an appointment

I have been here before and I would of rated them a 3 but unfortunately yesterday was the worst experience ever me and a friend went together we got there at 3:10 and didn’t get done until 5:15! I got a full set and a pedicure no one was in there they were not busy! The guy did my nails but then did not paint them he watched a show on his phone while doing my nails and told me to go sit in the pedicure chair the other lady in there turned the water on and went back to my friends nails she then said I’ll be right back got to go get kids almost 40 minutes later then went and did someone’s eye brows then came over to me!! While she was gone the guy did another girls nails and then sat and did nothing she then came over to me and tried to brush off her being gone so long and then kind of rushed my pedicure which i have had plenty of them before! I will never go back!!! Customer service sucks

Came with my girlfriend yesterday and she’s very consistent here, but the one younger big guy was constantly on his phone, unprofessional and honestly shouldn’t even be doing nails, highly disappointing and came back today and was charged an additional $15 to fix his mistakes and laziness.

I think most people come into this salon for the price but I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for....and sometimes much less! I have tried to give this salon a chance but I cannot patronize a business with such horrible customer service and sub par technical work. I had my nails done here by a young man some time ago he cut my finger open giving me a manicure then proceeded to stop the bleeding with nail glue...nail glue, really? The pain in my finger lasted for about 2 days. I think the owner may have reprimanded him in their language at the time, but why would you have someone that lacked basic technical knowledge working there? I still tried to be understanding and still tipped the salon. On a separate occasion I had my eyebrows done by the owner. One of my eyebrows came out crooked and the other was too thin to do anything with! I stopped going to this salon a long time ago and chose this wonderful salon in Downtown Pittsburgh called B&T salon..I mean if you really want to compare there is no comparison!! Steer away from Regal Nails.

SHE GETS MY HUSBAND ON THE SIDE AN OVER CHARGES HIM 5X IN A ROW NOW!! SHE RUSHES JUST TO GET MORE CLIENTS.. AN SCREWS THE PERSON IN THE SEAT BY RUSHING AN SCREWING THEIR NAILS UP! MY MOTHER IN LAW GOT A FULL SET AN TBEY FELL OFF IN 1 WEEK.. BECAUSE OF KELLYS SLOPPYNESS!!! I JUST WALKED IN THERE AT 7:15 AN SHE DENIED ME SERVICE AN SAID COME BACK TOMORROW IF U CLOSE AT 8:00PM U DONT TURN AWAY CUSTOMERS THAT SPEND $250 A MONTH IN THERE!! HER EQUIPTMENT IS "" DIRTT AND I.M FINISHED WIT THAT NAIL SALON IF I WERE U AN U DONT WANT UR HUSBAND HIT ON AN NAIL INFECTIONS AN OVER CHARGED I WOULD NOT GO THERE!!!

First I wanna say the one girl from Australia was very nice and friendly, but she wasn't my nail tech. The girl I had for my pedicure was very rough she made my toe bleed and didn't even say sorry and...
First I wanna say the one girl from Australia was very nice and friendly, but she wasn't my nail tech. The girl I had for my pedicure was very rough she made my toe bleed and didn't even say sorry and the French I got was kinda uneven. Next I got acrylics by a guy and I asked for coffin nails and they look more like almond shape and he charged me extra just for the shape of the nails. On top of that the paint job looks sloppy and the nails are very thick. Neither one of my nail techs spoke to me, which made me uncomfortable. Kinda wish the Australian girl was my nail tech cause I spoke to her more than my actual nail techs and maybe I'd give the place another try but I'm not wasting $60 again to be unsatisfied.

I've been going since January and have had a different stylist every time. Everyone is friendly and professional. I especially love the pedicure, my feet have never looked or felt better.

Kim does an excellent job of my manicures & my pedicures. I have been going there since i moved into the area almost 3 yrs ago. While I'm soaking before my pedicure, I have the opportunity to watch the clients that come in & they have a lot of regulars - including me now. My pedicure lasts til my nails grow too long - never any chipping - they do an awesome job!

I went to get a pedicure and manicure for vacation the day before we left. I ended up paying an extra 15 dollars for gel polish that they said would last through my 5 day vacation that I left for the 12 hours after I had them done. Well it didn't even last 2 days!! They started peeling off one by one. A week later and I have 2 polished on one side and 2 on the other .. I paid 80 w. Tip for nothing, I'm so upset. Our guy was really great but the polist they use is awful. My toes lasted 2 days and then we're all chipped and crappy. We weren't even in water!! It rained the whole time so I won't be going back.

So, they charges me a extra 10$ for TOP COAT ! First , I had given a 20% tip , but the nail women said that wasn't enough ! When I realized there was a extra 10$ on my bill for mat top coat ! The gel was very thick and looked uneven as well. So very unhappy. FYI topcoat is included !

They suck they say they can do nail designs other than airbrush and the other people in there say they can't went in there and got acrylic put on day later one breaks I go back charges me three dollars for it after one day second day another one breaks did not return and will never return they say they can do this all they can do is basic nothing when it comes to design and don't want to make repairs on nails the break a day later come on you shouldn't be charging after one day or two days after put a set on robbers never again they suck

I got a nail repaired in the same day I left from getting them filled and fix it broke off again +3 other ones also the polish chipped off the day after I got them done ! Which that’s never happened before ! I have tried to give this salon a chance but I cannot patronize a business with such horrible customer service and sub par technical work. First I wanna say the one girl from Australia was very nice and friendly, but she wasn't my nail tech. I went to get a pedicure and manicure for vacation the day before we left. I ended up paying an extra 15 dollars for gel polish that they said would last through my 5 day vacation that I left for the 12 hours after I had them done. Well it didn't even last 2 days!!
