Always loved this place, but today had a terrible experience. The nail tech could not understand me, had to redo my nails. He was very rushed and cut me 2 times and they still charged me 50 dollars for a solar fill. It is not my fault that he could not understand what I was saying.

Only giving this a 1 star because you cant give 0. I had the owner which I believe his name is Phillip on my last visit and it was the worst experience I ever had. I have been going here for almost a year and I will never return.
I always get a powder dip. This time I decided I want the same color so he advised he could do a fill. That sounded great to me at the time.
Looking back on it now it was the worst decision I could have made. I now have fungus on several or my nails that my new salon is trying to heal for me. My new salon also advised you can NEVER fill a powder manicure.
I also got a pretty nasty cut on my pinky nail because Phillip was way too distracted and in a hurry to take the next customer.
Now I have fungus on my nails and I have never been more embarrassed.
If you do decide to go here please see some one other than Phillip.

Made an appointment to get my nails done for prom and we waited almost an hour to get done. They went so fast they cut my friends fingers with the sander. Second I went, we had an appointment for 6 and when we got there, they said they couldn’t take us till 7. Honestly, there are way better options than this place.

I had a horrible experience. I went here to just relax and pamper myself. The owner, who is the one that did my nails was absolutely rude. Told me my nails were “too short” to do and my cuticles were too dry. The owner also barely talked to me while he did my nails and played on his phone the whole time. I will never be back there again. No one deserves to be put down especially at a nail salon!

Kim is the best! Best gel manicure around! Plus- you can enjoy a Free water, coffee or glass of wine while u get pampered!

Friend and I went in at 7:45pm when the store said it closes at 8:30pm. My friend wanted a French manicure and the receptionist went back to find someone to do her nails. All the workers started fight...
Friend and I went in at 7:45pm when the store said it closes at 8:30pm. My friend wanted a French manicure and the receptionist went back to find someone to do her nails. All the workers started fighting in the back about not wanting to do her nails. One of the other girls walked up with a cob of corn in her hand and told us to come back tomorrow. Strange that no one can do nails when they're supposed to close at 8:30 and it's only 7:45?? Didn't even explain why or apologize. When we walked by at 8:20 they were doing someone's nails. Horribly RUDE and I would not recommend. Apparently eating corn on the cob is more important than customer service!! Would put 0 stars if I could.

I have been to the VIP nail spa in McMurray many times and I've always had a great experience. Today, I walked in without an appointment and was pressed for time. They immediately put me with Ava and David, who worked at the same time on my manicure and pedicure. They are husband and wife, and are new to the area, but previously did nails in California. They were both very professional and did a fantastic job!

I am very surprised this place gets a 1.9 I've been going here for over a year now and I've had amazing experiences. The lpeople have always been nice. The prices are average. I recommend this to my friend, they give a high school student discount. I have just been getting gel manicures and they have done an amazing job every time.

Always loved this place, but today had a terrible experience. The nail tech could not understand me, had to redo my nails. He was very rushed and cut me 2 times and they still charged me 50 dollars for a solar fill. It is not my fault that he could not understand what I was saying.

I had a horrible experience. I went here to just relax and pamper myself. The owner, who is the one that did my nails was absolutely rude. Told me my nails were “too short” to do and my cuticles were too dry. The owner also barely talked to me while he did my nails and played on his phone the whole time. I have been to the VIP nail spa in McMurray many times and I've always had a great experience. Today, I walked in without an appointment and was pressed for time.
