I went to euro nails in Washington pa by Sams club. My nails looked so bad. They didn't push cuticles back and all the nails were different lengths and shapes. SOUTHPOINTE NAILS FIXED THEM. They cared about each nail and made sure they were all the same shape and length. I came in with a picture of what I wanted and I got exactly what I wanted. I got a design that was her idea. They need to replace a lot of their polish, old and thick. Awkward pedicure. Staff did not speak enough English to give directions.  Had nail polish on skin in several spots. Pedicures usually last me a month and it hasn't even been a day and I have several nails with polish messed up. Will not return. Read Less

Satisfied with the look of my pedicure and nails.. after I had to fight with her on what I wanted. She kept saying "no" or "that will not look good" and trying to upcharge me by trying to talk me into something completely different than what I asked for. Also very unfriendly- she talked on her phone the whole time. And the staff talked and laughed amongst themselves. My friend and I went to SouthPointe nails because Dallas Beauty Lounge was booked on the day we needed appointments. We showed up for our appointment and had to wait for over an hour to get a gel manicure, with an appointment already made and there were maybe 6 customers total in the salon. The women who did my nails commented on the condition of my nails in an negative manner, was not friendly, and did a poor job on my manicure. It's been two days since I got my nails done and three of them are already chipping off, I've never once had this issue when getting a gel manicure in the past. My friend's nail broke entirely and the paint and everything came off. Historically, for her and I gel manicures have always made our nails stronger and more durable but that was not the case with this salon. My friend liked the color she choose however there was a pile of someone else's skin at the manicure station, garbage and other people's clipped nails everywhere. It was unsanitary and not pleasant to know you are getting your nails worked on in other people's filth. I would not recommend this salon to anyone as you are charged the same prices for custom nail art in other salons and are treated like a customer not like you are doing a favor for a friend in beauty school. A few weeks ago I decided to give this place a try for a full set... I made an appointment and had to wait almost a half hour after my scheduled time to be taken care of. Okay fine, but after I had left I noticed my nails were not even. For the price I paid they should have been. My experience was awful. I went in for a fill, and I left with seven bloody fingers and smudged nails less than two hours later. There was way too much paint on them so even after waiting for forty five minutes and the receptionist telling me they should be dry, they still smudged hours afterward. I would have went back to complain but I was leaving for an international trip and didn't have the time. When the better half comes home happy, I know all is well.  Having just moved to the Pittsburgh area, she went on a quest to find a nail salon that specializes in cuticles as it takes talent and expertise to deal with her particular preference.I believe Southpointe nails nailed it.  The clean environment, the ultra friendly staff, and attention to detail clearly set them miles apart from the other businesses she experimented with prior.  Also, the owner gave excellent recommendations on locations on where to dine and visit during the service.Honey dragged me to a customer appreciation event that Southpointe Nails held for their customers last night.  The spread of finger foods and wine was well received and to me shows they are serious about taking care of the customer.Recommend. This is my favorite nail salon in Canonsburg. It is superbly clean and the service is always excellent. Tammy and her staff make you feel at home and create a relaxing environment. First off, for being in Southpointe, I've gotta say- I expected a much nicer salon atmosphere. But oh well. So, I'm currently sitting in the salon while the nail tech is finishing up my nails. I couldn't even wait to do this when I left.. It's been a nightmare since I walked in. They stood and talked in "their language" when I walked in. It was so awkward, as if they didn't see me standing there. Then, once I sat down the lady didn't soak my acrylic nails off.. She literally ripped them off. I finally had to ask her to stop, because it really hurt! Meanwhile, she and the others working there were talking amongst themselves the WHOLE time, making the experience very unpleasant and impersonal. I mean for God sake, I couldn't chime in if I wanted to.. I couldn't understand them! Finally, after we got through that.. It was time to pick a color (which by the way- not a good selection in gel polish). Anyway, I picked one and she said "nobody pick that color, nobody like it. Get pink and white". Ummm? No thank you? I feel bad for giving this place 2 stars. It's a nice salon in a great area!I came in for a pedicure and I was just not satisfied with my experience. For the price, it definitely was not worth it. -No compliment tea/coffee/etc (I know it's not about the free drinks but it does make for a good atmosphere)-WEAK massage :( I felt as if I were being teased. I look forward to the massage.-I later noticed my nails were a little uneven. They were filed weird. I had to fix them myself.-When I first got there, two co-workers were bickering.
