Was there once.  Actually twice - my first AND LAST time.  I went here to get a fill, and came out with my nails cut to the quick, many in layers,  MIDWAY DOWN MY NAIL BED ON SEVERAL OF MY NAILS .... Tina told me I had "a bubble", and fungus (that I guess only she could see) and was quite rude and condescending during the whole process. It took me 6 MONTHS for my nails to grow back in properly.  I lived in a metropolitan area with an abundance of nail shops, therefore plenty of competition, for many years.  TQ, with Tina's lack of skill and customer service  does not measure up.   They get one star for Annie.  She has been doing my friend's nails for years, is pleasant and does great work. I've lived in Butler for a few years now and have always gone to one salon. It wasn't until about a month ago I found TQ Nails, and fell in love. Beautiful salon, bright and airy. I also found I can save 10$ here versus the old salon I used to go to!! All I get done is a refill on my acrylics with gel, only 25$ instead of 35-40$ else where. Definitely will come back Read Less

Went in few days ago, to get nails removed And they used nail clippers. In doing so they cut the corner of my thumb nail off, way past the skin and my middle finger nail off, both fingers were bleeding and hurt so bad. I then couldn't get a new set on, and they still made me pay for the nail removal. I didn't know that included my real nails!!!! What ever happened to soaking the nails off!!!!! I've always been a big fan of this place but as others have opened around town, I started going elsewhere. Today I went to my usual spot but they were too busy to take me so I decided to go over to TQ. It was right when they opened and there was a small wait til everyone got there but not a huge issue. The gentleman who did my nails was extremely nice and went above and beyond to "fix" some of the nails who did it. I had an idea of nails i got off pinterest and he was able to replicate them almost exactly. I wish I would've gotten his name to make appointments with him in the future as I know I'll be back! I love this place I've gone to essence they nice but not perfect and 1st nail is horrible service and work. ..the guy at tq made my nails even and long lasting I'm a server so a bad nail job is noticeable in a two days air pockets and the nail started lifting ...this didn't happen at all with TV;) Read Less

Best kept secret in Butler. I am a frequent pedicure kind of girl and called TQ Nails at the last minute. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this little shop is. The equipment is new and very clean. The staff was great, respectful and very accommodating. I highly recommend Justin as he had some innovative procedures that knocked my socks off.
