My teenage daughter went there and when she walked in the door she was yelled at by the man for “almost hitting his truck”. She did not hit his truck and was parked a safe and reasonable distance away. I do not appreciate him yelling at her. I normally don't write reviews, but felt strongly enough about my experience at Rose Nails to feel the need to say something. I went to this salon this weekend for the first time.  Prior to this, I had been to another salon in the area, and wanted to compare.  I have to say that Rose Nails was eons beyond the other salon in terms of level of service, personalized approach, professionalism, and overall coordination among the employees (i.e. "seamless service").  Having worked in the service industry myself for the better part of a decade, I appreciate people and businesses who really have the customer service element nailed.  Lana did a fill for me and took the time to explain the differences between acrylic work vs. gel and shellacs.  She also explained that other salons might try to offer gels/shellacs on top of acrylics, but this was a waste of money as the acrylics + "regular" nail color already last a long time.  Lana also pointed out that the other salon had filed too deeply and had taken out a portion of my natural nails/nail bed :-( When it was time to check out, an additional staff member escorted me to the reception area, and the person working there graciously checked me out and thanked me for coming.  I was also acknowledged by several other staff members during my experience there, which made me feel like they actually appreciated my business (vs. the "assembly line" approach of the other salon.)  I will definitely be going back to Rose Nails in the future and highly recommend this salon to anyone who is hesitant about going to have their nails done.  Rose Nails will make you feel at home and offers a non-intimidating atmosphere.  Plus, their turquoise sink is GORGEOUS! :-) Read Less

They do a fair job. The prices are okay compared to other places around.I used to like this place because of a certain girl that they had working for them. She was very nice & did a good job.The last time I was here there was only the man & woman(owners?) working there. The woman does alright but the man burned me often.  They are not very friendly.I prefer 1st nails by Bilo's.. Read Less
