My mom and I made appointments for pedicures at 11 and we got here at 10:50, sat and waited for 25 minutes and then sat in the pedicure chairs for over 45 minutes waiting for someone to even acknowledge us. i had to work at 1 and wasn’t sure i was going to make it. absolutely ridiculous. should not have to wait like this when appointments were made a week in advance.

I had an amazing experience here! The people were so pleasant and very kind! The wait was a little long even though I had an appointment, but it was worth it considering the results.

My, oh Mai! I just had the best pedi I've ever had. There were moments when Mai was a wee bit - and I do mean just a wee little bit - aggressive on cleaning up my previous pedicure from ages ago, but the end result is super pretty. And that little massage they give you with scrubby stuff? That was the absolute best massage I've gotten during a pedicure; no light weight pretend rub-the-stuff-around-and-slosh-it-off-massage, but a real massage- it-in-and-rub-your-feet-massage. I really felt pampered and rejuvenated. Thank you, Mai!

I went in for a pedicure and had an appointment made it took them forever to bring me back even though they weren't busy. I still have dead skin on my heels she never even used anything to get it off.

Every single time I come here the wait just to get a fill is ridiculous. Waiting over 2 hours for them to even start me while taking other walk ins and appointments before hand me. You basically have ...
Every single time I come here the wait just to get a fill is ridiculous. Waiting over 2 hours for them to even start me while taking other walk ins and appointments before hand me. You basically have to know someone or be really close with any of the technicians for them to take you right away. The technicians were rude and did not offer any type of discount after I waited for that long. I will not be returning to misty nails after this horrible experience.

I've went here for almost 5 years no problem but I got my nails done 2 weeks ago an 2 broke an half not to happy knowing I had my nails done before that an theu only lasted for 2 weeks also..

I went there today on 3/4/16 and I was honestly surprised with how nice and polite the people were. I had my puppy with me and they all were nice about it. They played with him and enjoyed his company...
I went there today on 3/4/16 and I was honestly surprised with how nice and polite the people were. I had my puppy with me and they all were nice about it. They played with him and enjoyed his company even after he made a patie on a floor. The ladies who did my and my husbands nails did a perfect job!!!! I was pampered and I was enjoying my services provided to me by these beautiful people! My nails rock today and I am very happy :)

i LOVE THIS NAIL SALON! I have been coming here for almost a year now, trust me this is the best salon in butler. I have recently moved and still travel to come see everyone here at the salon and get my nails done. Very clean and they are very friendly. best thing is they have hardly any wait when you come in so its fast!

My mom and I made appointments for pedicures at 11 and we got here at 10:50, sat and waited for 25 minutes and then sat in the pedicure chairs for over 45 minutes waiting for someone to even acknowledge us. i had to work at 1 and wasn’t sure i was going to make it. absolutely ridiculous. should not have to wait like this when appointments were made a week in advance.

Every single time I come here the wait just to get a fill is ridiculous. Waiting over 2 hours for them to even start me while taking other walk ins and appointments before hand me. i LOVE THIS NAIL SALON! I have been coming here for almost a year now, trust me this is the best salon in butler. I have recently moved and still travel to come see everyone here at the salon and get my nails done. Very clean and they are very friendly. best thing is they have hardly any wait when you come in so its fast!
