I have problem hair. Not only is it very long, but it is ridiculously fine and knots very easily. I'm also a quiet person so it's difficult for me to speak up when I don't like what's happening on top of my head I had given up on having it worked on professionally because previous salons made me feel bad about how unmanageable my hair is and didn't set aside enough time for the appointment. I have only gone twice here to have my nails done and this second time around will be my last time! The guy that did my nails (Tyler) was in a rush to get me done and kept making mistakes on my nails that he was aware of but tried to ignore thinking I didn't see. I had to have him fix them 2x and he still didn't completely correct the mistakes! I had asked him not to take any length off of my real nails but he completely filled them down! I was so upset and felt so disrespected that I just wanted to get out of there. When I got out to my car and really had a chance to look at my nails, I realized there was white nail polish on my skin on every single finger. I had to go back in and ask to have it taken off bc I was not going into public looking like a 2yr old had painted my nails! I tried to have another employee re-fix my nails but this guy totally ignored the fact that I did not want him touching me and more or less forced his way into "fixing" my nails while proceeding to yell at me saying I was mean bc I wanted my nails done properly after just paying him to do so!!! I also didn't realize it until later in the day but he had over charged me by $5. This place is ridiculous! The only reason I went this place is bc TQ nails which is amazing btw, did not have any walk ins available and my younger sister has gone to diamond nails so I thought I'd give them a try. After all this I come to find out that my sister doesn't go to diamond nails any longer bc she too had a bad experience with Tyler and diamond nails, and let me tell you that my sister loves to get her nails done like clock work and always tips at least $20 so needless to say she thought she had a good relationship with Tyler but unfortunately he proved her wrong on that by screaming at her one year old daughter to "SHUT UP" when she was tired and cranky having a bit of a fit at the parlor. i absolutely adore and appreciate Sarah and her teams work!!! literally the best hair salon! I was in such admiration as to how professional yet lovely Sarah is. i have no idea how she does it so effortlessly listening to my rambling whilst working her magic haha :P She has also saved my hair after going to other bad salon and I haven’t turned back since. even the other girls were just awesome, easygoing relaxed vibe and it was hard not to doze off after that head massage. my family and I used to fear hair salons but now always excited to come back to Sarah again and again thank you so much!! Service is good and they were friendly at first, but my nails look terrible. The nail polish isn't even, the design is not at all what I asked for, and I chipped my nail accidentally before I left and asked if I could get it redone and the lady rolled her eyes and huffed at me. I love diamond nails, But this time when I got my nails done the person who did them didn't want to grind off all the white and do the pink and white. He just wanted to grind them short and leave it the way it was. Just fill them in and that's it. When he put the jell polish top coat on it dripped on to my finger and I was unaware so when I put my hand into the uv light to harden it it burned my skin and he said "it's fine just take them out and put them back in" so the jell hardened on to my finger. Theirs also spots of the pink showing through on the sides. Usually this is a relaxing experience for me. I've never left diamond nails so irritated and disappointed in my years of going their. Came with the great price ( very affordable especially for this keratin treatment), great service, lovely staffs, lovely salon ! Highly recommended for you girls, it's so worth it .
