PLEASE READ ALL ! I must say the lady whom helped me did a fantastic job. As a single mom to two kids ages 2&3 i dont have much time to pamper myself, its been almost 3 years now since ive gotten my nails done! This was a Christmas gift from someone that i decided i needed to do something nice for myself for valentines on my first real day off work in a long time. Ive had experiences in the past that made me feel unwelcome in other salons, not this one! The lady was kind, understanding, took her time and made me feel welcomed. Its a very Relaxing atmosphere. I will be going back again now that i Love Gel Nails! My only concern is price is steeper than elsewhere, however the professionalism and relaxation make the saying "you get what you pay for" very adequate to describe this place. Id gladly spend 70$ for a Mani/Pedi once a month at this place with no "buyers remorse"! *Oh did i mention just how professional this place was? I origionally went to the West Chester location and was told they had no openings when i walked through the door, when i asked if i may wait for a few to see if anyone might cancel... I was met with "well alot of our regulars have apointments scheduled i doubt they will cancel." I then waited a few as a few people walked in and got helped. No one checked on me at all i felt very unwelcom... so i checked to see if any other locations were close by and called Bryn Mawr which was 45 mins away. It was a long shot but again this was my only real day off that i could have this done. I was greated by someone over the phone that told me they have an opening around 630, i told them "im sorry i have to pick my kids up from daycare by 6 but thank you." As i was about to hang up and give up on doing this completley the lady responded "how about we do 515 i can squeeze you in if you can make it?" I was so happy i did not even mind the 45 min drive to get there... best part was 20 mins away i got a phone back from the same lady asking how far i was away, i told her about 20 mins she said shell be ready for me when i got there (445). Not ONLY did they make me feel wanted by this point but also completley changed my outlook on the spa i just left from in West Chester. Heres where its gets better. My nails are done, im ready for checkout, i pull out the gift card my grandmother gave me for christmas (which prompted me trying this nail spa in the first place) she had loaded 40$ on at the West Chester location. They went to look up the card info and they couldnt find any balance. Panic now set in because i was not expecting to pay 70$ today maybe 40 extra on top of the gift card... The lady looks at me and said "dont worry it may have been mistyped over the holiday it happens". She credited me the 40$ and i paid the balance. This is what won my heart, i was not made to feel unwelcome, i was not made to feel like a liar when the gift card showed no balance. I left with beautiful nails, a smile on my face very satisfied and very happy i will be returning. I would recommend this location to anyone! Read Less

Hello to anyone looking for a great blow dry and styling…I found this salon desperate one monday afternoon when Stacy Ann took me in immediately and gave me a wonderful blow-out and style.
