I'm so glad I stopped in here. It's right down the street from my house, so that's super convenient for me. But that's just luck, I'd drive further if I had to! They have a special right now, for $35 you get a spa pedi. I chose that option and asked to upgrade to the heel treatment. The young lady who helped me was just so polite and welcoming. She didn't make me feel embarrassed or weird about my gross toes and was super sweet about cleaning them up. We even polished them, which is just funny, but definitely makes me feel less awkward about my ugly feet. It's amazing how much better you feel about yourself when your feet look pretty!! We moved on to the manicure next, which was short, sweet and to the point. She did a great job and the polish is perfect. I believe my tech was Kim and she was a doll. Everyone there was super friendly! I will definitely return! Anyways, Pink Nails is the only FIVE STAR place I go to get my nails done! Best experience like always! It's busy there and that means a lot of people love it! Pink Nails always does my nails the best in Broomall, there's literally nowhere else I would go! Sorry, nothing relaxing about this place. Visited last Wednesday 5/16 around 7:30. It was my first visit, I was surprised how crowded it was. Women yelled over to me how can I help you, " I have an appointment for powder nails, she said go to 11- didn't know what that meant, then noticed all the stations were numbered. Sat at 11 for about 10 minutes, finally approached with color swatches, then the man doing my nails poured a 1/2 bottle of nail polish remover in a bowl and told me to dip my fingers and then put a towel over my hands to reduce all the fumes...WTH. The television was so loud everyone was talking over it, the kids were all playing behind me. Don't get me wrong, I love kids, but had a long day and was looking to relax. It is now five days and 3 of my nails need to be repaired. I have been getting powder nails for years. This was one of my worst nail experiences. I decided to come back here for the 2nd time. My pedicure was nice but my refill was horrible and the gel polish peeled off within a hour on top of it the nail tech cut me with her electric filer....mind you they do your pedi and nails at the same time to for more money and clients which was uncomfortable and I asked if I can do them separate she said no this way is faster ha! Ok! on top of it when one of the nail techs asked me what my ethnicity is and discovered were the same ethic background he kept talking to me about my life asking 100 questions I wasn't trying to be rude but also I'm trying to enjoy my pedicure and then had the nerve to ask for my phone number in front of my boyfriend in our language like my boyfriend isn't the same ethnicity. Never going back to this place! No one speaks even basic English having to do with their job, except for the manager who they called in when was a problem. I told them not to cut my nails and only file my nails a little.  I closed my eyes for a few minutes, while getting a neck rub and they're filed my long beautiful nails off.  Her response was "no English."  The guy doing my pedicure kept moving my leg up & down, while laughing and saying something in his language.  The whole experience was extremely frustrating. Have you ever found a place that is worth the drive? That's how Pink is for me. I live 45 minutes away and will still drive to Pink to get my nails done and a massage. I am so spoiled from Pink that just getting my nails done isn't enough. Great nails and getting the knots in my back massaged out? Yes freaking please! If you don't like something, tell them. Stop being a punk and keeping your mouth closed until you're alone infront of your phone to complain. Pink aims to please and they aren't mind readers. Everyone is different so speak your mind and they'll do their best to make you happy.I came last week after a stressful day at work and got a back massage from Liu. My best friend was a spa manager for 3 different spas and yet this place takes top for me. She can read your body reaction I swear. She knows exactly the right amount of pressure that's not too soft or too hard. Just hard enough to get the knots yet gently enough not to leave a bruise. After the massage, I drove straight home and fell asleep, I was that relax.Now I'm back a week later. I got a pedi, refill, and massage, all at once. Now if you're not interested in that, tell them. They will do it separate but it will take longer for obvious reasons. I'm for efficiency as long as the outcome of the nails are the same. Michael handles my claws and I am never disappointed. There are a tons of salons between my house and here but Michael has perfected acrylic nails while his wife is on point with painting them. This is absolutely one of the top best spa places I ever been too. I was treated like a queen from the moment I walked in. I took my boyfriend here for the ultimate spa package and we both came out looking so refreshed! We both feel so relaxed and beautiful! They went above and beyond for us! The massages were just so soothing and relaxing. They have free water and offer drinks. I told the massager, Liu, to focus more on my upper body for knots and she broke off every single knot. I'm definitely coming back. The price is so inexpensive and you are getting what you deserve!! Treat yourself and come here! After getting my nails done at Pink Nails for over 10 years I feel that it is important to let you know all of the great things that they offer that you can not get anywhere else. Pink nails is one of the only nail salons in delaware county that opens at 8am and stays open until 10pm EVERYDAY of the week. They are one of the only salons that will do your nails, toes, waxing, massage all the the same time. They offer so many options when it comes to nail polish, gel color, di...p, S&S, etc. They keep up with all of the current nail trends. The only reason I went here today was because they are literally the only place in the area opened  past 8pm. I keep forgetting that this place is awful and doesn't deserve my one star. I waited at least 30 minutes with my feet in the water, while the girl who was up next to do my pedicure was at McDonalds. Then when she returned, I could tell I was not going to be happy. She looked like she was about 14 years old, she literally took 45 mins to cut my cuticles and didn't even do it correctly. By the end of the 2 hour ordeal I asked for her to stop "massaging my legs ( more like slopping lotion up and down my calfs). She obviously did not like the fact that she was dealing with my "flip flop" feet. After she stopped putting lotion on my legs I wanted to leave so I said please just paint my toes. I've been getting my eyebrows done here religiously for over 12 years. I even moved out of the area and make it a point to go out of my to go here because they do it the best. That will all be changing after my experience today. I climbed into the waxing chair and don't get a "hi", "hello", nothing. Just "sit here". Okay, fine. The waxing itself took 2 minutes. Usually it's a 5-10 minute process, they usually go through and pluck out stray hairs that are left behind after the wax. Not this time. You can also tell that they didn't get the wax close enough to my natural hair line and it looks awkward. They missed whole patches. It actually looks like my eyebrows weren't even waxed. Should I also mention that the ENTIRE TIME I was sitting there, the girl was talking to her co-workers RIGHT IN MY FACE in her native language. I have a feeling they were talking about me, as I brought my 9 year old son with me and they kept looking at him and chatting. When the "waxing" was over, no "thank you", no "goodbye", nothing. If I could give 0 stars I WOULD. TERRIBLE waxing experience. I may be scarred for life. After sloppily slathering my skin and missing large areas, she tried to use the waxing strip to clean up excess wax. After removing the strip, she continuously rubbed with force the areas that she missed with another waxing strip!!! I asked "can't you use a cotton ball, and some oil, that hurts!" She proceeded to apologize, lathered me with oil and was about to send me on my way, when I asked for a mirror, and instead of giving me one, she started plucking at me with tweezers after realizing the patch she missed. The only reason I came to this salon is because it was open later than the others and I had gotten off work after they had closed, leaving pink as my only option if I needed a manicure. I don't know why I even bothered going because I had to go back the next day for a repair of both feet and both hands. I don't understand why they don't just take their time and do it right the first time. If I am paying well over $50 for a service I expect it to be worth my money. Even with the repair, my nails are still chipping and my color is uneven and messy. Not to mention the slop of a job done left me with a nice chunk of skin haphazardly cut away from the middle finger on my left hand. It would be nice if they looked at what they were doing while cutting cuticles. I should have just waited a day to get them done right elsewhere because I ended up having to go back again. The best part was being stared at as if the bad job was my fault, no apology was offered and no comfort measures were taken. She Put a layer of polish right over the already uneven layer and asked if it was okay, and when I responded "No" it was as if I was asking her to do something out of this world. If I could give this place no stars, I would. I came here only because I was desperate for a refill and pedicure since the original salon I went to closed early, and the only good thing about this place was that it opens late. Worse decision ever. When I go to a salon I expect to have a relaxing experience. Instead there's kids running around the place, and instead of being able to sit in your chair to enjoy the $35 dollar spa experience you have someone trying to rush thru your refill.The $35 dollar spa was not even worth it, the lady was using sample size bags to put whatever product it was on me, and called it the $35 special spa. If it's going to be a special spa don't let it look so cheap. The menu of which they let you select had stains where you don't even want to touch it. I should've taken this as the first sign to get up and walk out.Nothing in this place was sanitized. And I mean nothing. All the tools used was used after being used off of someone else. The buffers, files, and pedicure tools weren't new either.As I sat in the chair getting two things done at once, the gentlemen doing my refill kept filing to the extent I now have two cuts on the side of my pinky nail. This is why you need to let the customer sit down across from you so that when you file it doesn't come out crooked. Instead of making me lean one arm over and not being able to file correctly. He did the shittiest job on my refill, it came out thick, and unnatural looking. I needed my nails to be long like the photo I showed him but he filed it down too short. With thick and short nails like this I would've just gotten a regular gel nail polish manicure and taken off my gel powder. Now I have too thick and short nails I can't even open a can of soda with. After my refill they didn't even bother to put lotion on my hands, whatever chemicals they used left my hands crusty and fill of residue. My hands are never crusty. And my pedicure didn't even last for 24 hours. I wore sandals from there to home and didn't even put shoes on until hours later. After a night out and coming home my socks were stuck to my polish and the whole thing was a mess. I've never had this problem going to my original place. This goes to show this place doesn't pay extra attention to detail to anythingI don't care if this place offers fast service, but make sure this fast service let the customer leave with a lasting good experience. I'm never coming here again. And I suggest no one else should come here. Take it from someone who has had experience in nail salons, and has been to way better places. Avoid this place and Do yourself a favor, drive down the road to The Nail Bar. I walked in for a routine gel removal and manicure. I was greeted with a hello and "what you need?". Normal interaction at a nail salon. I picked a color and was quickly started on. I told the lady that my nails are thinning and I would like her to not use the electric nail filer. She nodded and proceeded to use a rough Emory board to file off the top layers (normal). After soaking my entire hand ...in acetone, leaving barely any on the cloth she walked away for five minutes to wax a lady (she still hasn't said a word to me yet). She came back, unwrapped my nails and tried to use a cuticle pusher to get the polish off. After it didn't work, Duh, she rewrapped it without adding more acetone. Acetone evaporates and I told her it was dry. She said it was okay. She unwrapped them and used the same rough Emory board to file it all off. It left crazy amounts scratch marks all over my nails. She proceeded to quickly file my nails and tried to start painting. I stopped her and told her that they were not even. She rushed to fix them, making them more jagged and uneven. Fed up with the bad service and shitty job done on my nails, I got up and left. The place was empty with two techs standing around. Rediculous. They don't care about paying customers, instead they complain that you're asking them to do their jobs right (I grew up in a Vietnamese speaking house hold, assholes). As far as nails go, I'd say this place seemed OK for a decent job.  My SIL and I came in for gel nails and she was to get her eyebrows waxed.  The technician did 3 layers of gel and 2 topcoats, and while I'd normally really appreciate it, it took FOREVER.  But, one week on nails still look good.Now.. on to the waxing..First off, they tried to do my SIL's eyebrows WHILE she was getting her nails done.  Um.  That's not the best customer service right there.  She's fairly young, so I asked for them to wait until she was done with her nails.After she was done, they scouted her on to where the wax was, and I ran over as fast as I could.  A little background, I'm a certified wax technician, but don't live in the area, otherwise I'd be doing her eyebrows, but I didn't have any supplies.  But either way, I always always suggest that one should get into the habit of threading their face, especially eyebrows, since it is much less risky than wax on the face-- which can be very dangerous.  I know threading is more painful, but so much better for you.So, they whisk her away and the lady just starts applying wax without cleaning her skin or anything before.  Freakout Moment #1... then Freakout Moment #2.. she's double dipping!!  EVERYONE knows, especially a certified tech, that you must ALWAYS use a new stick every time you dip in the wax pot.  Ladies, if your tech isn't doing this and it's a big pot (not a mini-personal one) RUN FOR THE HILLS.  I don't care if they say that the "heat" kills the bacteria-- it doesn't.  It's a breeding ground for it.  I asked her to please use a different stick, and she replied with "every time?"... um YES, EVERY TIME.Freakout Moment #3... she NEVER held skin taut as she ripped the wax off.  There was risk in damaging and burning skin with that.  Freakout Moment #4... she never held the skin again as she tweezed any strays she missed, which were a ton, causing more pain and discomfort.Overall, get your nails done, but PLEASE do not get anything waxed. I went to Pink Nails for a mani pedi.  Three different people worked on my pedi and when I got outside in the daylight, I noticed the polish on the pedi was an uneven color, lighter in some areas.  My gel nails were perfect!I went again on Sunday, just for gel nails.  There were two techs that worked on me.  The color was uneven and she had missed on the second coat on the side of several of my nails.The hours are excellent and the price is good, but I won't be back. Awful experience.  Went here the day before my sister's wedding because they were one of the only places that could take an appointment for 6 of us in the area.  They rushed us doing the manis and pedis at the same time (without us asking or saying we were short on time) and they put on so much polish that it wouldn't dry.  My toe polish smudged when I put a shoe on 4 hours later.  My sister got the gel manicure and they put on 5-6 layers.  I have never been anywhere that would do more than 2 or 3.  The atmosphere was anything but relaxing as people are constantly bothering you to buy a massage or waxing and the pedicure station was not as pristine as I am used to at other places.  I would not recommend this place even for a polish change.  We were overcharged for the bad service we received. I love this place...it is no longer especially convenient for me to go there since moving but I often will make the trip to treat myself.  I love the fact that the place is so big and has so many technicians that I can get a pedi, refill, wax AND massage all in under an hour (Oh, and I can't remember ever having to wait).  At other salons you move from one station (pedicure) to the next (manicure), etc, which can make your appointment 2.5 hours.  While I would love to be pampered for this long, it is just not in my schedule.  Their prices are competitive and I consistently get a quality refill and wax.  I typically ask for Lou for the massage and I swear it is worth the $1 a minute. Truth be told I will make the trip just to get a brief massage from her...it is the best spent $15 for the week.  They often run specials like the $10 hot stone foot massage for 20 minutes (great bargain). Recently, I got a eyelash extension, after a few people there raved about them.  I will admit, as someone who is not prone to wearing much eye make up I was a little unsure at first but I have to say everyone loved them, especially my husband.  All in all, I really love the place and would recommend it highly. I'm not sure why this place has such great reviews. I bought a Groupon based on the reviews and regret it. The place seems very dirty and tired. My Groupon was for a manicure and pedicure. They constantly try to upgrade your massage, which is annoying. OMG!  I can't believe I'm reviewing a nail salon.  I'd rather have a root canal then have my legs waxed!I'm writing this review because I am a beneficiary of their work.  My wife and daughter have visited many times.  I often bring them and while I'm waiting, hang out at the Starbucks across the street.  These folks are open all the time.  Weekends, holidays, you name it they're open.  Usually until 10 PM.When the most important ladies in my life come out, they look good!  I can really appreciate the work.  The wife tells me the prices are very competitive and the longevity of the manicures and pedicures is excellent.  I'm clearly a fan! My Mother found this place and has brought me a couple of times now. First thing I have to say about this place is the wonderful hours (probably why my Mom, the night owl loves this place). They are open til at least 10 pm every night and open on Holidays too. This is also one of the biggest nail salons I have been too. They have at a minimum 10 pedicure chairs and if you decide to get a Mani-Pedi, they do them both at the same time while you sit in a massaging chair - very comfy. I have also have my eyebrows waxed here and have to say they do a great job and are always very consistent. Great price, great people, and great quality. I like pink because its the only nail place where my girls and I can go and get everything done at the same time and be done in 30mins. Im talking the mani and pedis, eyebrows, massages...everything.This is also great for wedding parties and girls day out. This place can service 50 clients at the same time maybe more. I went the day before my wedding and I got a pedicure and full set all at the same time. When I got up out the pedicure chair my fullset was done as well. In and out in 30mins. Read Less
