I got my nails done here twice. I read other reviews but i figured I'd give it a try. First visit the lady who did my nails was slow.. Very slow. Her finished project on me was not what i am used to.....
I got my nails done here twice. I read other reviews but i figured I'd give it a try. First visit the lady who did my nails was slow.. Very slow. Her finished project on me was not what i am used to..One nail was crooked, they were bumpy..Just not good. I got my eye brows waxed at this visit to. That service i was ok with. Why i went back to this place again is beyond me. On second visit I got the same lady who did my nails the first time she was a little quicker this time and my nails seem to look a little better then last time I was okay with it and didn't say anything again also got my eyebrows waxed paid for my services and left. Once I got in my car I looked at my nails and the Polish didn't look right it look like there were lines through it I don't know what that was then about a week later all of my now started to lift and pop off. I didn't go back to this place again now I know why there's never a wait when you go in here. I thought maybe my first visit was just a bad one so I gave them the benefit of the doubt but after it happening twice I won't go back there again.

I love this place. The nail techs always do a great job on my nails which last over 3 weeks (I get the dip polish). There was only one time when my nail chipped the following day and they were very happy to fix it for me at no charge. The only downside is the limited number of staff when it gets crowded but everyone working there is great. It is clean and it's definitely a plus they use liners in the pedicure tubs!

I've only been here twice and unfortunately I will not go back. The first visit was for a pedicure and the tech did a nice job. I was glad to see the pedicure tub was lined because the salon does not give me a clean impression.The second visit was for a powder refill. The tech this time did an ok job, but she wore a filthy dirty white shirt/jacket that looked as though it hadn't been laundered in months! Eww! She wasn't very friendly and needs to clean up her hands and jacket before working on a customer.The other staff there are very pleasant, but the salon just isn't clean and neat enough for me to come back. I'm bummed because it's a convenient location.

Today was the second time I went back to his salon. Last week the manager (who was told how much time I had) just let my feet soak in water and I had to leave. Today I went back I was in before 10 AM....
Today was the second time I went back to his salon. Last week the manager (who was told how much time I had) just let my feet soak in water and I had to leave. Today I went back I was in before 10 AM. I got a pedicure (the girl cut my skin several times to the point there was blood.) Then I get a dip manicure...it looks horrible. Both of my ring fingers are cut by the girl. She messed up trying to do a design so it took so long for her to try to fix them. The "dip" color is all over my fingers, some of it is stuck and harden onto my skin. The nails aren't even filed to the same lengths...save your $ and don't go here.

So I've been to this place 3 times this summer. The first visit was the best pedicure I've ever had and I couldn't believe it was only $25. The second visit was not good....probably the worst pedicu...
So I've been to this place 3 times this summer. The first visit was the best pedicure I've ever had and I couldn't believe it was only $25. The second visit was not good....probably the worst pedicure I've ever had and I watched one of the techs squash a bug on the floor. uhm, yuck. You'd think that would have been the end for me, but I decided to try one more time. This time, the pedicure was ok, but the tech who was doing my pedicure was sneezing and sniffling while she was working on me....ewww....stay home if you are sick!!! now I have a cold! I will NEVER be going back here.

I've been going here for over a year and love this place! It's not convenient to my house but the quality of the work that they do is worth the drive. Each and every time I've had a gel manicure here ...
I've been going here for over a year and love this place! It's not convenient to my house but the quality of the work that they do is worth the drive. Each and every time I've had a gel manicure here it is lasted well over two weeks. Same with my pedicures.

Yesterday (7/26/17) a friend and I made appointments for this place, both our first times here. I was not happy with the fact that I had three different women work on my nails ( a simple dip powder manicure) because the first two left me to go work on other guests who came in after us without appointments! The third woman was extremely polite and apologized on behalf of the other two and even explained to me that they were short staffed because of someone leaving for an emergency. This was a tiny, skinny woman with braces, I should have gotten her name. She was great. As for my actual manicure, I am overall happy with them except for a few that have dirt bubbles on top because the second woman was so quick and careless. She continuously used the electric filer on the same spots in my nails causing my cuticles to become sore.
I will probably return again to see if it really was just a bad day for them, but I am not too thrilled with our first experience there.

I came here after walking out of the nail salon in Laurence Park. So it was very last minute and I was annoyed and tense. They took me right away, the woman who gave me the pedicure was terrific and a perfectionist. They asked if I wanted a manicure too and I said I did but, was running late and did not have time. She said the manicure could be done the same time as the pedicure if it was ok with me, was it ever!!! Yes, yes please. She gave me a killer foot massage, FANTASTIC!! I left relaxed with a great manicure and pedicure, I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK.

I arrived at 425p after confirming my appt for 430p over the phone. Their were customers being serviced in which I waited patiently. At 440p, one of the employees stated me and my sister should come back tomorrow. She stated that although she knew she gave me an appt.she had already taken in walkins and no longer could service us. To my dismay, I left and vowed never to come here again with my three family members anymore. New management equals bad customer service. Take heed, you've been warned.
Btw, they turned away a customer right in front of the reception desk where we were sitting, who also stated she had an appointment.

I love, love, love this place! I have religiously gotten my nails done with a gel manicure for the last 3 years. After moving from Chicago I was on the hunt for a new nail place. I have tried multiple places and iNail Bar is the best! My manicure lasts, and lasts! My work is hard on my hands and the manicure still lasts more thank 2 weeks. I can also attest that the pedicures last as long as my nails. Highly recommend this salon!

Was very unimpressed the guy doing my nails was texting and making phone calls during my appointment. Didn't listen to the client consultation and was very hard on my nails. After my nails felt sore and in pain. Im not one to conplain or say anything when in a position like this but i was so disappointed in the quality of my service.

I got my nails done here twice. I read other reviews but i figured I'd give it a try. First visit the lady who did my nails was slow.. Very slow. Her finished project on me was not what i am used to..One nail was crooked, they were bumpy..Just not good. I got my eye brows waxed at this visit to. That service i was ok with. Why i went back to this place again is beyond me. I love this place. The nail techs always do a great job on my nails which last over 3 weeks (I get the dip polish). There was only one time when my nail chipped the following day and they were very happy to fix it for me at no charge. The only downside is the limited number of staff when it gets crowded but everyone working there is great. It is clean and it's definitely a plus they use liners in the pedicure tubs!

Yesterday (7/26/17) a friend and I made appointments for this place, both our first times here. I was not happy with the fact that I had three different women work on my nails ( a simple dip powder manicure) because the first two left me to go work on other guests who came in after us without appointments! I love, love, love this place! I have religiously gotten my nails done with a gel manicure for the last 3 years. After moving from Chicago I was on the hunt for a new nail place. I have tried multiple places and iNail Bar is the best! My manicure lasts, and lasts! My work is hard on my hands and the manicure still lasts more thank 2 weeks. I can also attest that the pedicures last as long as my nails. Highly recommend this salon!

Was very unimpressed the guy doing my nails was texting and making phone calls during my appointment. Didn't listen to the client consultation and was very hard on my nails. After my nails felt sore and in pain. Im not one to conplain or say anything when in a position like this but i was so disappointed in the quality of my service.
