The workers are money hungry and the service is terrible. They don’t speak to you at all or ask what you want . And it’s dirty they use the same block the scrub everyone else’s feet I watched it with my own eyes and they don’t sanitize the tools the machine isn’t even on or working . I got a gel or acrylic manicure done here on 02/25/2018 the day before my fiance proposed to me (I didn't know I was getting engaged). My nails were supposed to be burgundy with gold tips, and I have maroon with some sparkly tips. Not what I asked for (I had a photo off the internet that showed exactly what I wanted), and definitely not the length or shape they should be. My first tech. Coco I believe, got angry with me and walked away when I explained I didn't want my natural nails painted on, and the 2nd tech didn't trim my natural nails so the manicure is longer than I am accustomed to. I paid $35 for this manicure, and while I am content, I am far from happy. They didn't get a tip, they spoke in their native language, dismissed my concerns, and I will probably not be going back. I loved the work they did on me when I worked a few 100 yards away from them in 2016, but since I quit my job, I've rarely had my nails done. Now, I got my nails done before a very exciting event for me, and they are far from what I wanted. The colors, shape, length are all wrong, the techs were just short of outright rude, they rushed me through so they could take care of "regulars" (note: the 2nd tech sent me back to the first one because, and I quote, "I have a walk in waiting for me" in an aggressive tone). I went to this estsblisment and ask for gel nails with a design, my nails look like a 4 year old did the job. My pedicure took less than 7 minutes with a quarter inch water. They did not sanitarize their equipment. Read Less

Big mistake. I live in NJ but I'm from PA and for some reason I've never thought to try this place, but my aunt gets hers done here so I figured why not. Not impressed at all. The girl who did my nails, Serene, Selene... Did an okay job removing the acrylic from my real nails (when trying to pry it off, she noticed my body language and asked if it hurt. I told her yes so she used another method. Thumbs up.) however, it went downhill after that. Her painting job wasn't that good. I see a couple spots that were missed, and it just looks like I painted them at home. No top coat. Then, she puts my hands in front of the fan and walks away. No "I'll be right back" or anything. I already paid for the service and the design I wanted. No exaggeration, she didn't come back out from the back room for 15-20 minutes. Seriously? The owner had to come over and tell me to go over to the dryer, and THEN my design would be put on. So I wasted time sitting there for nothing. Selene finally comes out and starts on another customer without saying a word to me. The guy working there came over and did the design. He followed what the picture looked like perfectly (thumbs up). But tonight, not even 5 hours later, it's already peeling off. Never again. Read Less

This place is terrible... I wanted a pedicure. They charged me $30 at first then added 5 dollars more for a French. To expensive for the service you get. Paint all over my toes, didn't clean all the dry skin of my feet. Not happy at all , won't be going there again. Read Less

I went here out of random today while my boyfriend was at work. I don't live in PA, I live in NJ, and so every weekend I come to Bristol and never took time to get my nails done, so I decided to treat myself. Firstly, the lady who did my nails was talking on her cell phone the entire time I was getting my nails done. It was ridiculous. Secondly, no one ever thought to tell me the gel color I picked for my nails was a polish color that changed in different temperatures. She told me this when she was done painting my right hand. The color that shows up when your hands are cold is the color I thought I was getting from the start, and I liked it. It's a pretty pink color. The color that shows up when your hands are warm, however the horrendous. It's a nude/yellow color that matches my skin tone exactly. I hate nude colors, considering how pale I am and how much they wash me out, and was so unhappy. When I asked her to take the polish off and let me choose another color, she refused to let me. At that moment I walked out, not saying a word to anyone, and without giving her a penny's worth of a tip. I won't be going back there again. $30 and lots of tears and anger later, I've learned my lesson and will not recommend this place to anyone in the Bristol area. Save your money and go somewhere with better staff and better prices with quality nail polish. Extremely disappointed with my outcome. Read Less

I go here often and love the idea of the customer card where you get $7 off a service after you go 6 times. I like the jelli-pedicure because it includes a 10 minute hot stone massage and once a year for my birthday I upgrade to the spa or deluxe spa pedicure. Read Less

I chose this place at random. I wanted to get my nails done, but have no idea of good salons in the area. This was the closest to me when doing a Google maps search. It wasn't very busy when I entered. I was seated quickly and have a very nice manicure now. I was happy with my visit and would return again. Read Less
