If I could give this place a ZERO, I would.  DO NOT GO HERE! Extremely dirty, rushed and rude service.  I went for a no-chip polish change which was $20- the only good thing about the place.  Not worth it though- you obviously get what you pay for. The woman that did my nails was so incredibly rude and rough, she was annoyed when I asked her to fix my nails that she filed unevenly.  She did my nails so fast, and there was a black spot that got on my no chip polish and I told her about it, but she ignored me and did not fix it.  The worst part though, was watching her pour the acetone she soaked my nails in, back into the bottle when my nails were done.  How many other people's left over soaking remover has been poured back in there?! Luckily I didn't get a regular manicure, so she didn't use the nail tools on me, but the packaging they were in was ripped apart and dirty, so obviously those tools were used over and over again and not cleaned.  The station I sat at was dirty and disgusting.  Find ANYWHERE else to go! I wanted to give them nothing. I got a pedicure on the 3rd of July. Three toes were chipped when I woke up on the morning of the fourth. I went back to get them fixed and I was treated so rudely. The workers are sloppy and just want to move volume. Understandable but your great service shouldn't suffer. I won't be coming ever coming back.Update. This is the worst mani/pedi I've had in years possibly ever!! Used dirty tools, watched older man doing my pedicure put tools back into little blue bag where they should go after sanitized! Watched him pull out cuticle nippers from another unsealed blue bag spray alcohol on prior using. Why? if sanitized why need alcohol? Did not clean pedicure tub prior or after use. Did not even TRY to do proper manicure/pedicure, had to instruct to file all nails same length as they were leaving longer ones and not trying to make all match, left rough dry skin left, not even attempted to remove. Nail polish on cuticles and skin both toes/nails. Asked them to remove but incompetent to do so. Got gel polish underneath my finger THEY attempted scraping off w fingernail!! No gloves used at all. It was hot, no air circulation not even fan! Did not try once to engage me in any conversation. DO NOT GO HERE. I PAID $51 for chance of infection and poor quality and service. I was looking for Nail Salon in my area, I viewed reviews on google and Yelp and called for my first appointment. The Manager answered my call, I told him I would like to make appointment with Anyone and he was very nice even on the phone. I went 15 minutes earlier than my appointment, The manicurist was very welcoming super sweet. Tiffany ( first table on th left) did my full set, very professional, very welcoming and super sweet. She did such a fabulous job. Jemie did my pedicure, she was very caring and thorough, she did amazing job. I left the Salon very happy and fulfilled. I gave 5 STARS because, it's very well deserved. HORRIBLE! First it was super hot and humid in the salon...so not relaxing. I think there are some sanitary issues here. They use pumice stones and dirty nail brushes on people's feet. I have been going here since Michelle open her store. I absolutely love it. Would never go anywhere else! Super nice people and soo friendly. Always able to get my girls Jamie or Michelle. I send many customers there as I was in restaurant business and now back to flying. I always get compliments on my nails and I tell them where to go EUROPE NAILS! I came in as a walk-in. she started to work on my nails and then took another customer to the wax room and I waited another 15 minutes or so. she was pretty rough and was hurting my fingers. she also kept making personal phone calls while doing my nails. when it was all said and done it was affordable and the nails did look ok. I guess you learn the most about a business when things are at their busiest/most challenging. I realize I went on a day right before the holidays and IF I had I been a walk-in I would absolutely have no right to complain. But I wasn't... I called earlier in the day and made an appointment. I asked for an earlier time but the technician said to come in at four. After no one said anything to me with my feet soaking for 25 minutes, I left. None of the nail techs seemed worried about losing my business that day, so I won't worry about returning. Ever. If you don't mind what comes along with a cheap mani/pedi, like threadbare fabric on the spa chairs, or being ignored for a half-hour, while people who came in after you get served first, go for it. went to get a pedicure and the guy was completely rude, he kept rolling his eyes, I was talking to him and he completely cut my off to speak to someone in a different language. didn't feel comfortable and he did not massage very good, he was rough and it hurt. never coming back and don't recommend coming here to anyone! also he grabbed my purse and threw it on me and said pay me now. I was going to this nail place from the time they opened up until 3 1/2 years ago. Used to go here all the time- however I stopped going because I felt they were just "hurrying" me out the door, they stopped talking to me during my fills, and I felt like they were attempting to just get rid of me every time I went in.
