They were amazing! I would recommend them to anyone everyone! They are so nice and polite and make you feel welcome. My nails look the best ever, shaped perfectly without me even showing him a picture and I am very particular. They are long And strong they held up great. Wonderful staff stayed late so clients who were walking, like me, could receive nail services. Shop was clean as was staff. Only 2 stars because a dish or acetone was used to soak my nails in order to remove the previous gel. If I haven't been in a hurray to get my nails done, I would have gone to my usual place as scheduled. Also, the instruments were cleaned by wiping a corner of a paper towel dipped in alcohol. Normally a mist of alcohol and a lint free wipe is used to complete process thus, revealing shine. Nope, the old alcohol on paper towel corner...huh?. This owners needs to step it up and provide the proper tools to provide a professional service. The lack of proper manicure prep and instrument hygiene is of concern. Does the County Health Dept..have standards? Some old nail brushes were soaking in that blue solution used as a microbicide.. across the barber and beauty industry. Special instructions must be followed for effectiveness. No thanks on the brushes. The manicure tools were cleanest and set back in a small open boss. I guess they were ready for next patron. Had I been more observant, I would have left. No blood borne pathogen: h.i.v., hepatitis b and  hepatitis c ( a problem in baby boomers, not just addicts), We'll, I will not be be be returning. Honestly, this is just your typical nail salon.... Nothing better or worse than any other one you would walk into. I went here to treat myself to a pedicure for my birthday. That was simply my goal and that is what was achieved. Am I happy with my pedicure? I guess. It wasn't the greatest one I've gotten, but also not the worst. I had to wait for about 20 minutes when I got there, which was fine because I was in no hurry. When it was my turn, I had already chosen a color and took a seat. I like my water hot, so I wasn't upset that it was just that. The woman who did my pedicure was nice enough. I wasn't really in the mood to engage in a lot of conversation, so I was okay with her not asking a lot of questions. I enjoyed my feet soaking and getting a massage in the chair, but trying to get the massage chair just right was kind of a task. I'm almost positive that airplane cockpits have less buttons on controls than the control for this chair!  Whatever though. I sorta figured it out and got massaged for 20 minutes in my seat. I do wish that she would have at least ASKED if I wanted my heels scraped being that they are cracked & calloused from being on them all day at work. Again, whatever though. Disappointed that a half assed pedicure cost me $35 ($5 of that was a tip because I felt obligated). Not sure I completely understand why a pedicure cost $30 for soaking my feet and getting some polish on my toes. I wasn't willing to pay almost $50for a "deluxe pedicure", especially not knowing what "extras" you got with it. I doubt I will be back, especially because there are a 100 other nail salons around. The shop is not very clean. The staff, outside of the owner, is not very friendly.  Manicures and pedicures are not very thorough. They over estimate the time they have to be able to take on walk-ins, causing patrons to wait for long periods of time. The last time I went, both my mani and pedi were rushed, to the point of my nails being uneven and jagged, polish not fully covering the nail, and worst, my tech cut my skin on three different fingers; one of which appears to be infected. I see Donna at least once a month for mani and pedi. I'm a server so my feet are a wreck. She always uses the gel callous remover and cheese grater and it works amazing ($5 extra) I don't understand the below bad review because everyone is always so nice. My aunt and gram have been going to Mary (the owner) for over ten years. They both get gel and never an issue. I get clear OPI nail envy because I work with my hands a lot and regular top coat chips off. Nail envy is a matte clear polish and I love it. Donna did my eyebrows for the first time ever (wax) and they look awesome ($10) I'm a guy so I don't want thin brows. I tweeze because they get so bushy and she cleaned them up real nice. Donna has never cut me with the cuticle clippers, but I'm sure accidents happen. Especially with very dry, sensitive cuticles. All in all I love Bebe. This place is HORRIBLE. I went here for the first time today and I'll NEVER go back! First of all, I got a new set of acrylics and they aren't even filed down even. If you look down the tip at them, one side is obviously thicker than the other. I chose a glitter for my accent nail that he didn't want to use because it wasn't course enough. I guess its too much work to paint black under it first? So he chose a different glitter for me. The one I chose was pinkish with a black base, he picked what looked like silver in the bottle but it has blue sparkles in it, too. Not at ALL what I wanted. The worst part is that he cut my cuticle while buffing my nails. Ive never had anyone do this to me before and it STUNG. Its been 2 hours and it still stings. This place is horrible. Read Less

HORRIBLE! Their price board is confusing and over priced. There was no sugar or salt scrub on the legs. They only put a little lotion on there and cover with a small hot towel. My mother's pedicure was worse. She has a callous on her foot. The lady asked if she wanted her to use a callous remover for $5. My mother said no. So when the lady was doing the regular scrubbing with the pedicure, she skipped right over the rough spots! Then later again asks is she wants her to use a callous remover. My mother asks what they use and they pull out the ol metal grater. No way anyone who knows better would let anyone near them with one of those. Then on to the manicures. They nipped my mom and she bled. My lady didn't even remove the remaining spots of clear polish I had leftover on my nails. We both got gel polish. For the first time ever, after 3 days and I have CRACKS! The employees were quite rude and the place just seemed wrong to begin with. Obviously we won't ever be back and I highly suggest no one else subjects themselves to such a horrible experience. Read Less

I got nail tips done, and had them on for about two weeks. They were getting uncomfortable so I went to get them removed. When I walked in, no one was speaking English, and wouldn't speak to their clients. The woman I had say me down, and pulled out a fake nail, and started digging at my nails and caused great pain. I pulled away and told her that she was hurting me. She proceeds to say to me "you want off or not?!" She gets up and goes to another client and left me sitting in the chair with a bleeding nail. She almost took my real nail right off!!! My nails look so bad right now, and I do not recommend anyone go there! Read Less
