I thought the nail tech was very nice. She did a nice pedicure. I went with my sister that is 8 months pregnant and she sat her in a broken chair. Which I thought was bad for business only because all other 6 chairs were empty. I probably would go back again if it was my only option. Read Less

OMG, What a great experience! Cindy did my nails and her mom did my pedicure. They were both wonderful. I left so relaxed and comfortable. I had a few pretty awful experiences. The first time I went was with a friend. Despite an empty salon, they seated my friend and I on completely different sides of the salon. To top that off, despite separating us, the nail techs made no effort to speak to us. I went back the another time for just a plain manicure, and it was an even worse experience. My manicurist complained about working on my hands because they were "too rough." Listen, I know they're rough. I work with my hands. But if I'm paying you to do a service, then I really don't want to hear about it. To make matters worse, the minute I got home, my thumbs and my pinky finger were completely chipped off, and my other fingers already had stress lines on the polish. Nail salons are really personal preference. Everyone is looking for different things in a salon, but this place was just generally awful. Read Less

Horrible horrible horrible. While the woman who did my nails was nice, I can't believe how horrible my nails look. I decided to try this place as its close to my job and would be convenient to visit during my lunch breaks. I regret my decision. $15 for a manicure that my 6 year old niece could have done better. She CAKED on the polish, which STILL wasn't  after 8 minutes of drying. There is nail polish all over my fingers, and not to mention my one finger is still bleeding and I left 10 minutes ago.I do not recommend this place, and I will never go back here. Read Less

This place is okay. I had an appt, so I did not have to wait too long.Con: No coat rack  Went in there during the winter and wanted to hand up my coat, but could not find any coat rack. After my pedicure the woman said they have a hook on the wall in the pedicure area, but I did not see any when I was there.  I think it's important that they have a coat rack right when you come in so you don't have to carry around your coat.Con: The nail dryer I put my feet under only ran for 4 mins at a time so I had to keep resetting it.  Also, it rand cold air.Pro: The pedicure was fine.  The nail tech spent ample time on the foot massage so that made me very happy! My toes look nice.Pro: The cost!  For a "regular" pedicure it only cost 30 dollars!I may go back because the foot massage and cost make this place worth it. Read Less

I decided to pop in for an eyebrow wax. I've driven by there a million times and decided to check it out. The older woman who did by brows was not personable, friendly or welcoming. My experience here was awesome. When you enter they treat you like Norm on Cheers! All smiles and welcoming. This is so different from other salons where they seem to be having a contest to see who can ignore you the longest. I got a pedicure with gel and the experience was wonderful. Amy was my technician and she did a great job. It is going on week 3 and my toenails still look perfect. The store is very clean and that is very important to me. I drove past this salon several times and it looked very nice on the inside so I decided to give it a try. As soon as I walked in I wanted to leave. The woman at the front desk was not very friendly. The woman who did my nails took her time, which I can appreciate if she had done a good job. However, after she finished painting my nails they were still very streaky and uneven looking. She was very skimpy with how much lotion she used on my as well as with the top coat she put on. My nails look like she used a matte top coat, they are not shiny whatsoever. I honestly thought they looked terrible, but I didn't say anything because I figured I could just go home, put another coat of polish on since I brought my own, and make them look half decent. When I got in my car, I noticed I had a very large, sharp piece of acrylic on the side of my finger. It looks like a huge hang nail, so not only will I have to repaint my nails, I'll have to file that mistake down as well. For $21 this salon is not worth it whatsoever. When I went to pay, the lady at the desk asked if I had my nails cut down. I could not believe they charged for cut downs. I will not go back and I will not recommend. I went to this salon with my mother to get regular french manicures. They weren't special or acrylic, just plain manicures. My mom's nails were done by the owner and she did a wonderful job! My nails were done by a different employee and I wasn't as happy. Some of the nails were uneven and the top coat was not distributed very well, but I was mostly satisfied. However, we were very shocked when we went to pay. We were expecting to pay about 15-20$ for each manicure. Instead we payed 35 dollars each!! I would love to go back and have my nails done again by the owner, but I don't want to pay that price! Read Less

Walked in to get my acrylics refilled. The nail tech did a great job and shaped them way better than the place I originally got them done at. My nails have a nice natural shape to them and aren't too thick. This place also has a good selection of polish colors. I will definitely be returning! - also, while the salon accepts credit cards, they ONLY accept tips in cash, FYI. Read Less

It looked like I had bitten all of my nails off. And she made two nails bleed. I had to pull my hand away before they even started putting any polish on because I was afraid for my nails and left. Just left the salon about 30 minutes ago and felt the need to review. It's a new nail salon near Giant in Trexlertown. The massage chairs are excellent. The staff is quite nice. They have three options for pedicures. I went for the Cadillac version - paraffin wax, massage, and lotion. The technician was wonderful- very bubbly, smoothed out all of the rough spots on my feet, and took her time. Very bright and clean space. All for $40! Will return. Read Less
