Very disappointing experience. I have tried this nail salon several times with my daughter and my mother. We have always had a pleasant experience before, never wowed, but pleasant. It's in a wonderfully convenient location for us, the girls are sweet, and the inside is super clean. That is until a week and a half ago. My 12 year old daughter and I came in for pedicures. Something special to do together for the start of our summer. We were talked into gel nail polish ...for 2 reasons. 1. Because the color choices are far superior to the basic nail polish choices and 2. I figured it would last us most of the summer and I tend to get lazy with changing my polish. The pedicures were fast and not very thorough. We both opted for the base pedicures, but I expected a little more than a 15 minute (tops) treatment. Then my daughter and I both selected the same polish and when we were done my polish looked totally different than hers. I told them that hers looked too light and I think it needed another coat. He spoke to the girl who did mine in their native language that I didn't understand and dismissed my concern. I was noticeably upset and he was not budging on fixing the concern. Fast forward a week and a half later and sure enough my daughters big toe nails are already almost half worn off. I called because of the 2 week gel polish guarantee. We went in, he asked for our receipt because he "didn't remember us, since he see's so many people"--fine no problem, we had it, he assessed the nails and then she sat, and she sat, and she sat, all while a nail tech sat next to me in the waiting area doing nothing. It was as if she was being punished for her nails chipping. She finally received some attention and he fixed her nails. When the dryer went off she sat for awhile and then I had to go over to her and ask him if she was done or needed more time, he didn't take notice. He said "she's done" to which I said thank you and he turned away and didn't say another word. We walked out of the nail salon without another word spoken to us by anyone. It was as if the chipping polish was our fault and they all wanted us to know they were mad at us. 1. It clearly wasn't done right the first time. And 2. Don't put a 2 week guarantee on your sign if that's how you are going to treat people that come in to utilize it when something isn't right. I'm more sad about this than anything. We were so excited to find a local nail salon that was affordable, clean, and from other reviews, friendly. We are hoping to give this place another chance, but I'm just not sure I want to pay money to a place that treats people in such a manner. See more Read Less
