I just had the best manicure I've had in the last 4+ years. The salon was spotless and I finally had someone who listened to me as to what I wanted. The visit was friendly and filled with pleasant conversation (not something always available at other salons). The prices were right in line with the other salons in the area. Got my toenails done in June 12th so they were fresh for vacation on the 13th. When I woke up the 13th I was already missing polish in one toe, since my flight was at 7am I didn't have a chance to call and go back. By the 15th I was missing polish on 5 toes. I wasn't even in the ocean so I don't understand. I went back in today to see what they could do. The response I got was 'well you can pay for polish change cause that's was done well over 2 weeks ago' well no it wasn't it was a week. They refused to do anything for me considering the polish job was terrible and didn't even stay on. Not even a sorry, just kept getting accused of lying about how long ago it was done. This place is AWFUL. I went in to get a pedicure and gel manicure. I was in there for 1 hour and 45 minutes. The guy who did my pedicure cut me on 3 of my toes and I was bleeding really bad. He couldnt even paint straight, it looks like a child painted my toes. I got a gel manicure and the lady cut my finger nails so short they hurt to type this review. She kept getting the nail polish on my skin and had to scrape it off with her sharp nail. When I was leaving, I was told that my toe nail polish was dry and it is okay to put on my shoes and socks. I did so, I went home, took off my shoes and socks to see my paint smeared all over my toes. It wasnt dry!!! and now the tops of my toes are so sore because of being cut open! I called them the next day asking if they would redo my toenails (considering I paid an expensive price to get a crappy service). They were yelling at each other, then hung up on me. I called back, asked to speak to the owner, and he then hung up on me. Terrible customer service. They hardly understand you, and do a horrible job for the overcharged crap job they do. Read Less

Very disappointed. Came here based upon a recommendation from a friend and had a very poor pedicure at best. I chose the expensive pedicure for $50 and had to ask them to repaint my nails bc there were bumps all over my big toes. Being 9 months pregnant and only days until delivery, I wanted to feel pampered. Upon leaving I realized how dry and cracked my heels were, it looked like I never even got my feet done. My socks were sticking to my dry feet, so I had to go back again. When I came back they told me they cannot get the cracks out. The woman who redid my feet made up for the first job done, however it turned into something that took up my whole day. I walked into the salon at 9 am and finally at 3 pm I feel satisfied. I don't know if the woman who did my feet initially was new but she could use more time.perfecting her skill, before charging full price for services. Read Less

Horrible! 1. the owner is extremely rude 2. She started my nails and asked me if I wanted to cut them , I said no. She then asked me again if I wanted them shortened I said no so she proceeded to talk to her coworkers about me as if I'm dumb. What she did not know is I UNDERSTOOD THEM! 3. Since she could not figure out how to shape my nails the way that I had them she decided she was going to reshape them . 4. And I paid full price ! 5. Last night I went to go scratch my thighs and my nail broke. IMMEDIATELY! I'm like are you serious I just got them done 3 days ago.Read Less
