Went in today for a full set paid $55 for full set, soak off and gel. My full set should have not been as expensive since I just got a square shape and average length. (Mind you full sets start at $28) I was told it would be more if I got the coffin shape that I originally wanted but I changed my mind and got them square. My nail tech didn’t apply the gel all over the nail so on the sides there isn’t any gel polish. I didn’t even get to rinse my hands off and he didn’t bother cleaning off all the dry acrylic that i had on my hands from soaking. For the price that I paid he could have at least cleaned my hands off before massaging them with lotion. I came here because all the reviews said they were “good” but I am highly upset I wasted my money there. Never again nor will I ever recommend anyone there. I don’t like going to people who rush! I got a nice warm welcome by Chris. I was very curious about the different options of manicure and she patiently listened and answered my questions and helped decide the best option for me. I needed gel manicure that would last for at least 3 weeks for my vacation and she did a marvelous job! She assured me that it would definitely last 2 weeks and anything beyond would be bonus. Not a satisfied customer! I went today for the first time with a friend, we're looking for a new salon that's closer to our job that we can go to on lunch. We had appointments and they took us right away. My friend got a pedi, quickest pedi on earth. I got a toe polish change, it was decent. My nails on the other hand... horrible! The tech had horrible customer service skills, as if he didn't even want to speak to me and was very short when I spoke to him. He applied 4 coats of polish and my nails have streaks and the polish looks like it was barely applied because you can see through to the nail! The edges of my fingers weren't cleaned and they honestly are by far the worst my nails have EVER looked! I'll never go back there again! Save your money! They're over priced for no reason! TERRIBLE experience. My friend and I came to Crystal today for the very first time. We wanted to try a new nail salon that was closer to work. Let's just say this will be the first and last time. The man that worked on my friend was very rude and had NO customer service at all. The work was rushed and sloppy. Both of the polish on our nails is see through.The pedicure I got was basic, simple, and rushed. The massage was no more than 2 minutes total, and all they really did was cut my toe nails and polish them. This was in NO WAY a legit pedicure. They definitely charge you a lot, so you would think the service would justify the price, but it certainly did not. I have been getting my nails done for a very long time both in PA and FL and honestly this place was the worst. I hope they read these reviews and apply feedback that they get. Probably one of the best nail salons I've ever been to. The service was extremely nice and accommodating. My nail technician was very thorough and the whole process did not feel rushed at all. He even painted one of my fingers to make sure that I was happy with the other and how it came out. I have never seen service this good before. I do suggest making an appointment or calling ahead because they are always busy (because they are so good and worth it) Vin is amazing. I have been living in the Valley for four years now and I have never gone anywhere else nor will I. Chris, Vin, Wendy and the rest of the staff are absolutely amazing. Last weekend, I had the worst manicure here that I've ever had! My gel manicure is bumpy and uneven, 2 places on my cuticles have cuts. Not sure is it was just the young Asian man who did my nails and others do a better job, but I won't take a chance. Read Less

Every time I go I am always turned away cuz they are too busy and I need appointment..( so I am told) I have actually got my nails done twice and both times I was not spoken to and the last time I was actually burned and caused infection . I got no sorry and was still charged 60.00, so unprofessional and seems like I was in high school again.. they have their customers they have a click with. A lady came in after me and I was left alone after only just 20 minutes into getting my full set , and the tech left me to take care of lady who came in completely. This place is great! I see Wendy every time I go and she has always done a fantastic job, everyone is very friendly and they have iPads at every station with the travel/food channel on to enjoy while you're being pampered. My nails have never lifted of broke off and I am VERY hard on my nails and they are constantly in water, never had an issue with my acrylic gel fill. Pedicures are great too. They have loads of colors to choose from along with designs, chrome, and gems. I will go out of my way and pay the little extra because I know the quality is unlike any other nail salon in the area. We absolutely loved this place. We made appointments for mani/pedis, and they were ready for us right away. It was a comfortable setting, and we appreciated that they weren't talking to each other in another language. The polish turned out fantastic, they did a great job! Great place. They waxed my eyebrows and my armpits. Did a great job and even plucked the extra fine hairs. Pedicure was great. The usual massage and scrub rub. Manicure was just as nice. Crystal nails was amazing! Although it was busy they still squeezed me in in a timely manner to get a polish change for an interview that day.
